Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of the Coldplay concert ticket war in Jakarta in 2023 and the factors that influence consumer behavior in buying expensive concert tickets. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach by using interview techniques, and document analysis to collect data. The data is then analyzed systematically and interpretively to identify the themes, models, and contexts that emerge from the phenomena studied. The results of the study show that the war ticket phenomenon for the Coldplay concert in Jakarta in 2023 is the result of consumer behavior which is influenced by factors such as the desire to meet social needs, the desire to experience a unique experience, and the influence of social media in creating awareness and interest in the concert. Consumer behavior in buying expensive concert tickets can also be associated with the concept of consumptive behavior, in which individuals tend to behave consumptively in an effort to fulfill their wants and needs. In dealing with the phenomenon of concert ticket wars, it is important for concert organizers and marketers to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior in buying concert tickets. This can be done by increasing awareness through social media, creating unique appeal, providing clear information about concerts and tickets, and involving consumers in promoting concerts to others.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of coaching clinic service innovation on driver's license applicant satisfaction at the Gresik Police. Starting from the fact that there were complaints from SIM applicants, the Gresik Police issued innovations to serve them better. One such innovation is the Coching Clinic. The Coaching Clinic program is expected to be able to overcome and minimize complaints from SIM applicants in practical and theoretical exams for difficult SIM management. This research is a quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique is the questionnaire method. In accordance with the explanation of the research results, it can be concluded that the coaching clinic service innovation has an effect on the satisfaction of SIM applicants at the Gresik Police, meaning that H1 which states "Coaching Clinic innovation has an effect on SIM applicant satisfaction, SIM applicants are accepted", on the other hand H0 is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of coaching clinic service innovation on driver's license applicant satisfaction at Gresik Police is shown by the R square correlation of 96.7%. Increased coaching clinic service innovation will have an impact on increasing SIM applicant satisfaction, as well as a decrease in coaching clinic service innovation will result in a decrease in SIM applicant satisfaction. The innovation level of the coaching clinic service at the Gresik Polres is high, as is the satisfaction of SIM applicants at the Gresik Polres.

Abstract

The increase in land cases in court has raised the desire to speed up the settlement process through out-of-court settlement patterns, besides that the settlement of land disputes in court has many drawbacks including being very bureaucratic and time-consuming and quite a lot of money. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency No. 11 of 2016 concerning the settlement of land cases, land disputes can be resolved through mediation outside the court. The mediation model that is suitable for resolving land disputes is interest-based mediation, namely the focus of mediation is directed at the substance of the best interests of both parties based on aspects of joint resolution by resolving the root of the problem, avoiding prolonged conflict between the parties, and the desire to have a good long-term relationship. Studying and handling land cases, which is the duty of all levels of society in assisting the National Land Agency's task of resolving land cases can be resolved quickly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the government's role in strengthening budget allocations on sports performance in the Binja City Youth and Sports Department. The type of research is associative quantitative. The population in this study were all employees with ASN and Honorary status at the Binjai City Youth and Sports Service, totaling 90 employees. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample where all populations were sampled. The data collection technique that was carried out was by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used the PLS Structural Equation Model with the Smart PLS 3.0 Application Program. The results of this study indicate that the budget allocation has no significant effect on sports achievement based on the results of the T-statistic value of 0.909 > 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.366 > 0.05. In the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, a T-Statistic value of 0.502 > 1.96 was obtained with a P-Value of 0.617 > 0.05, which means that the moderating variable, namely the role of the government, is not able to significantly strengthen the influence of budget allocations on sports achievements at the Youth Service and Binjai City Sports.
