Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Kantor Cabang Pontianak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 54 karyawan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Kantor Cabang Pontianak. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode random sampling dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis uji Fhitung menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Kantor Cabang Pontianak. Pada uji t, menyatakan gaya kepemimpinan tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Kedisiplinan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The increase of competitive environment in food industry sector, especially fast food industry drives fast food industry to have more consideration on customer satisfaction to win the competition. Some elements that cannot be separated from fast food industry are brand image, food quality,and service quality. The study aimed to figure out the influence of brand image, product quality, and service quality toward customer repurchase intention mediating to customer satisfaction on KFC Restaurants in Pontianak. Primary data was gathered using questionnaire basedon 150 respondents of KFC customers in Pontianakusing probability sampling technique.Model analysis used is path analysis which split into two tests. The result of the first test showed that brand image, product quality and service quality significantly influence the customer satisfaction and the result of the second test showed that customer satisfaction significantly influence the customer repurchase intention, meanwhile, service quality variable proved to be not significantly influence the customer repurchase intention. The result of direct and indirect influence testingwhich proves the total effect is greater than the direct effect is the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality and Service Quality toward Customer Repurchase Intention. This proves that Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable is able to strengthen the independent and dependent variables.

Abstract

Abstract : Customer loyalty to a brand is one element that is important for a producer to gain an profit. But to gain the loyalty of buyers is not an easy thing to achieve, there are so many aspects that it is necessary to be noticed by a producer of the brand. In this study we will look at three aspects are believed to affect the loyalty of buyers to the brand (Honda). Abstract

This study aimed to determine and provide empirical evidence about whether the variable quality of care that is financial compensation, non-financial compensation, work motivation on the performance of the employee Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16. The population used was employee Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The samples used were 66 votes against employees Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Kubu Raya by purposive sampling method. The results of multiple regression analysis that has been done shows that, Y = 0.474 X1 + 0,368 X2 + 0,156 X3. The independent variables that most influence on the dependent variable is the variable of financial compensation (0.474), followed by variable of non-financial compensation (0,368), then the variable work motivation (0,156). T test results prove that all independent variables (financial compensation, non-financial compensation, work motivation) has a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely work performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained at 0,897 . This means that 89.7% work performance is affected by the variable compensation of financial, non financial compensation, work motivation, and the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other variable. Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which runs agro-business and agro-industry with operations spread across West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The operational activities PTPN XIII (Persero) Pontianak includes the cultivation, production and trade of commodity production of palm oil and rubber. To meet the needs of production raw material, the company developed nucleus plantations (belonging to the company) and coached plasma farmers. To run the operational activities of the company, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak employeed workers with different levels of skills that caused quite a high spending on salaries, so the management of the company should pay attention to the effectiveness of internal control of payroll procedures. The role of the internal control system is important to improve payroll procedures. Therefore, the researcher chose the title “An Analysis of the Effectiveness of Internal Control System of Employee Payroll at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak”. This thesis aimed to find out the effectiveness of the internal control system of employee payroll procedures at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak and to reveal the obstacles faced by the company in implmenting the internal control system of employee payroll procedure at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method through an analysis of flowcharts, organizational structure, internal control questionnaires (ICQ) and compliance test on the employee payroll procedure of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) Pontianak. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the internal control system of payroll procedures at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) was effective despite several weaknesses found. This research provided some suggestions that the company should pay attention to the policy of internal control system of employee payroll procedures, not only to be understood but also to be implemented and maintained. Abstract

Background of this research is the increasing of food industry growth especially in seasoning flavor product in Indonesian market. This condition used by the producers to increase their selling. One of the popular seasoning flavor product is Masako. Masako become more popular in Indonesia because it easy to get and have good flavor according to the customers. Masako company use perceived quality, brand image, brand trust strategy to influence customer loyalty to their product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image to brand trust of Masako product and their impact on brand loyalty. Responden in this research is the customers of Masako product in Indonesia. The data sample collection was done by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents through judgment sampling. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis. This research use path analysis as the tools of analysis. The variables are Perceived Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Brand Trust (Y1), and Brand Loyalty (Y2). The result based on hypothesis testing using t test is that partialy perceived quality and brand image have significant effect to brand trust, perceived quality and brand trust have significant effect to brand loyalty, but brand image have no significant effect brand loyalty. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic cues of the product on repurchase intention. In this study, the extrinsic cues of fever reducer “Bodrex” are price, trademark, packaging and distribution while intrinsic cues of the fever reducer ‘Bodrex” are composition, shape, benefit as well as the indicator of repurchase intention such as transactional interest, referential interes, preferential interest, and explorative interest, The samples in this study using accidental sampling method . Samples in this study were 100 respondents to the sample criteria consumers have ever made ​​a purchase and consume fever reucer “Bodrex” in the city of Pontianak . The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires , interviews and literature study. The analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is to test the research instruments, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis The test results with partial linear regression analysis proved that extrinsic cues not significant effect on the buying interest and test results with partial linear regression analysis showed significant effect on the intrinsic cues to repurchase intention. Abstract

Golden Tulip Hotel Pontianak is a 4 star hotel in the city of Pontianak. Company engaged in hospitality services should be able to always maintain a good value in the eyes of consumers. Marketing mix strategies, if executed properly will tend to provide good value and directly improve customer satisfaction, thus making consumers loyal to that hotel. This study aims to analyze how much influence the marketing mix to customer satisfaction through customer value Golden Tulip Hotel Pontianak. Samples in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Model data analysis used is regression Spaced (Path Analysis). Based on the first test using the t test was concluded that the elements of the marketing mix consisting of product variables have a positive effect but not significant customer value, the price variable has a positive effect but not significant customer value, promotion variables have positive and significant impact on customer value, variable location has a positive and significant impact on customer value, variable people (employee) has a positive effect but not significant customer value, physical evidence variable has a positive effect but not significant customer value, the process variables have a positive and significant impact on customer value. The second test using the t test concluded that the variables studied customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, reputasi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan Nasabah menjadi debitur ULaMM Unit Siantan di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini  merupakan penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Nasabah ULaMM Unit Siantan yang menjadi pengguna produk pinjaman ULaMM Unit Siantan. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah purposive sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data  yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dimana perolehan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data regresi yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,022, promosi memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,044, dan lokasi dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menjadi debitur ULaMM siantan, sedangkan variabel reputasi  dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,307 berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah ULaMM Unit Siantan.   Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Reputasi, Lokasi, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Investors that put their money by purchasing stock in the capital market will analyze the existing condition of companies in order that their investment can provide reasonable rate of return. Financial statement ratios can give information about the current condition of monetary health of the company. For investors, the financial safety factor of any company could be a consideration to investment choice, as this type of company is expected to give high-return for its investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, long term debt to equity ratio, and return on equity on stock returns. Population in this study is food and beverages companies which are listed in BEI during 2009-2013, which were obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchanges) stock price information website (www.idx.co.id). By employing purposive sampling technique, the final sample obtained is 11 companies. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis show that return on equity has a positive and significant impact on stock returns, while long term debt to equity ratio and working capital turnover respectively has a negativ and insignificant impact on stock returns.
