Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterikatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel MediasiPada Karyawan Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Pontianak Rahmat IlahiFakultas Ekonomi dan BisnisUniversitas TanjungpuraPontianakEmail : rahmatilahi893@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitiain ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Karakteristik pekerjaan, Kepuasan kerja, Keterikatan Kerja dan Turnover Intention pada karyawan Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Pontianak. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang dengan metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya ialah karakteristik pekerjaan dan vairabel terikatnya ialah Turnover Intention sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja ialah variabel mediasi. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif signifkan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja. Pada hasil pengujian hipotesis kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention tidak terdapat pengaruh.
