Abstract

This study examine the effect of financial fundamental on stock return movement ( case study: companies listed on Kompas 100) over period 2010-2014. This study do because many different in study with one another and there is a difference between the real condition with the theory. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 32 companies by the observation numbers of 160 observational data. The data analysis tehnique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using f-statistics and t-statistics. The other hand, classical assumption also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result in this study showed Return On Assets (ROA) has positive influence and not significant on stock return changing. Earning Per Share (EPS) has negative influence and significant on stock return changing. Current Ratio (CR) has positive influence and significant on stock return changing. Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has positive influence and significant on stock return changing. Price Earning Ratio (PER) has negative influence and not significant on stock return changing. Price to Book Value has negative influence and not significant on stock return changing. Net Profit Margin Value has positive influence and not significant on stock return changing. The conclusion in this study that stock return are affected by Earning Per Share and Current Ratio. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Nilai Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Sabun Lifebuoy Di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian asosiatif berupa penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang datang membeli Sabun Lifebuoy Di Kota Pontianak dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis regresi berganda.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Besarnya pengaruh langsung variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 95,3 %. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Profitabilitas Dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahan Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Dibursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel CR sebesar 0.828 lebih besar dari 0,05 memiliki arah yang positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variabel ROE sebesar 0.044 lebih besar dari 0,05 memiliki arah yang positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan variabel DER sebesar 0.570 lebih besar dari 0,05 memiliki arah yang positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Leverage Dan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of participative leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance BPKAD Pontianak. The sample in this study was 69 employees BPKAD Pontianak. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression, and using SPSS version 16.0. Results of the analysis showed that the value of the coefficient of determination obtained indicates a value of 0.334, which means that the influence of participative leadership style and cultural organization can contribute to the performance by 33,4% while the rest influenced by other factors outside the research. The result of f test analysis showed a significant with a value 0,000. The results of t test analysis showed a participatory leadership style have a significant effect on performance, with a value of t = 2.827 greater than the value table = 1.668. And cultural organization significant effect on performance, with a value of t = 2.353 greater than the value table = 1.668   Keywords : Participative Leadership Style, Cultural Organization, Employess performence

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of the administrative staff at the Regional General Hospital doctor Soedarso. The population in this study were employees of Regional General Hospital doctor Soedarso totaling 160 people. This type of research is a survey research. Total sample of 60 employees. Tools of this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis found that the variables of motivation and discipline significant positive effect on employee performance Regional General Hospital doctor Soedarso. The independent variables (motivation and discipline) otherwise be able to explain the variance of the dependent variable (employee performance) so that the model used in this study could explain and predict or model fit for use. Statistical calculations show that discipline variables turned out to have a value greater influence than the motivation variable in affecting both the poor performance of employees Regional General Hospital doctor Soedarso. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of website quality and security privacy toward e-loyalty of Tokopedia in Pontianak with e-satisfaction and e-trust as mediating roles. This research is a survey research conducted to understand the causal relationships between variables which are website quality, security privacy, e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. The questionnaire is distributed to 100 sample who are above 18 years old and have made purchase in Tokopedia. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method and SmartPLS 3.2.7 software used to complete the quantitative data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel model Altman Z-Score modifikasi yang diproyeksikan dengan Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Retained Earning to Total Asset (RETA), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset (EBITTA) dan Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt (BVEBVD) terhadap kondisi financial distress perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2016. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 15 perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen. Metode pengumpulan data berupa teknik dokumentasi dan analisis diskriminan dengan menggunakan data panel sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kondisi financial distress, Retained Earning to Total Asset (RETA) berpengaruh positif terhadap kondisi financial distress, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset (EBITTA) berpengaruh positif terhadap kondisi financial distress dan Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt (BVEBVD) berpengaruh positif terhadap kondisi financial distress.  Kata kunci : Financial Distress, Altman Z-Score, Working Capital to Total Asset, Retained Earning to Total Asset, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset, Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt

Abstract

The goal of this research was to determine the influence of the working environment on employee’s performance. The method used to prove the hypothesis in this study is a survey using a questionnaire and observation as a data collection instrument. This study consists of two variables: the working environment as independent variable (X1) and motivation (X2). The dependent variable is employee’s performance (Y). The samples in this study were 30 employees. Data managed by using SPSS 16.0 to determine the level of significance using multiple linear regressions. The results of this research as follows: there is influence of the working environment on employee’s performance of PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak, with a contribution of 2.553 (t-test), significant level of 0.17, a constant value of 104,216. There is no influence of motivation on employee’s performance of PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak with a contribution of 0.591 (t-test) significant levels of 0,559, a constant value of 104.216. While the amount of the influence of the working environment and motivation on employee’s performance PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak, with a contribution of 3.392 (F test), significant level of 0.49.     Keywords: working environment, employee’s motivation and employee’s performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga. citra merek, iklan tv dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tanjungpura, Pontianak dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penarikkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposiv Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kelompok referensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,031 dan 0,000. Sedangkan harga, citra merek, dan iklan tv tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di Kota Pontianak. Nilai  sebesar 35,6% dan sisanya sebesar 64,4% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak ditelili dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : kualitas produk, harga, citra merek, iklan tv, kelompok referensi, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu modal utama dalam suatu organisasi dimana dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam strategi pencapaian organisasi. SDM yang berkualitas memang sangat dibutuhkan, mengingat perubahan dan tuntutan yang begitu besar dari organisasi untuk berupaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel, Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai BAPPEDA Bengkayang yang berjumlah 45 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai.
