Abstract

Competition among manufacturers of smartphones is increasing, so companies always provide products that was updated to seize or retain customers. In this case the company should really pay attention to the image of products offered to consumers. So that consumers who were satisfied with the products bought gives positive word of mouth to other potential customers. In addition to provide complete information about the product is also very important, so that consumer knowledge about the product offered is more accurate. The number of brands of smartphones output china that offer cheaper prices and quality is almost the same, does not make Apple worry in the smartphone competition, because Apple through the iPhone smartphone has a good image in the eyes of consumers, so that consumers are more confident and feel safe to buy and use a smartphone iPhone. It is shown to be the iPhone smartphone market share increased by 35% in the second quarter of 2015. This study aimed to determine the effect of word of mouth, brand image and product knowledge to the purchasing decision smartphone iPhone by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Tanjongpura Pontianak. The sample in this study were 100 respondents drawn through the proportional method of random sampling and purposive sampling. In collecting the data obtained through questionnaires and measurement data through the Likert scale. Data analysis using validity, and reliabelitas, classic assumption test, regression test, t-test, f, and R determination test. Results achieved through SPSS 17 is known that word of mouth, brand image and product knowledge significantly influence purchasing decisions. With influences percentage of 18.3%. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether the variable Corporate Image, Educational Service Quality, Price, and Word of Mouth toward students decision who continue the study in Management Magister Economy and Business Faculty, Tanjungpura University. Data analysis technique used multiple regression linier using program SPSS version 17.0. Data used is primer data collected from 80 students of Management Magister program in Economy and Business Faculty, Tanjungpura University. The results of study show that (1) Corporate Image had significant influence toward educational service decision, (2) Educational Service Quality had significant  influence toward educational service decision, (3) Price had not significant  influence toward educational service decision, and (4) Word of Mouth had significant influence toward educational service decision. Abstract

ABSTRACKLearning achievement is a benchmark of students' ability after learning activities for a certain period of time. The learning achievements of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Tanjungpura University are generally varies, there are students who scored high and low as well. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the factors that influence student achievement. Learning achievement is a benchmark of students' ability after learning activities for a certain period of time. The learning achievements of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Tanjungpura University generally differ from those that are high and low. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the factors that influence student achievement. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of ethics and self efficacy towards achievement students of Faculty of Economics and Business at Tanjungpura University. The sample in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that ethics and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the achievement of students at Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tanjungpura with  determination coefficient (adjusted R2) of 49 %, while the remaining 51% was influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.Keywords: Ethics, Self Efficacy, Student Learning AchievenmentDAFTAR PUSTAKAAgoes & Ardana. Abstract

ABSTRAKDidalam suatu perusahaan, sumber daya manusia adalah aset yang sangat berharga yang dimiliki perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan kunci pokok dalam menentukan keberhasilan setiap perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan, sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama pada setiap kegiatan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Memahami pentingya keberadaan sumber daya manusia di era global saat ini, maka salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki saat ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menguji, dan menganalisis, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepribadian terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan Bank Mandiri Consumer Loan Business Outlet (CLBO) Pontianak bagian kredit konsumtif.. Populasi dalam penelitian meliputi seluruh karyawan Bank Mandiri CLBO Pontianak bagian kredit konsumtif sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel Penelitian ini diambil di Kantor Bank Mandiri CLBO Pontianak bagian kredit konsumtif sebanyak 40 orang dengan menggunakan metode saturation sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.  Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepribadian, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara kinerja obligasi syariah dan obligasi konvensional. Perbedaan antara kedua obligasi tersebut diukur berdasarkan nilai Current Yield , Yield to Maturity (YTM) , tingkat risiko obligasi berdasarkan peringkat obligasi dan tingkat likuiditas berdasarkan volume perdagangannya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh perusahaan non?finance yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2010-2014.  Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari karakteristik yang sudah ditentukan, terdapat 15 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16, dengan pengujian analisis independent sample T-test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan anatara kinerja obligasi syariah dengan kinerja obligasi konvensional berdasarkan Current Yield dan risiko obligasi. Namun dari sisi Yield to Maturity dan likuiditas obligasi tidak ada perbedaan antara kinerja obligasi syariah dan obligasi konvensional. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of Investment Risk, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Firm Size on Stock Return of companies incorporated in Kompas 100 Index Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over period 2010-2014. Independent variables used are Investment Risk, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Firm Size. The dependent variable used is Stock Return. The kind of this research is quantitative research. The research population covers all of Companies Incorporated in Kompas 100 Index Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sample was collected by purposive sampling method. The data of the research population as many as 100 companies, and obtained a sample of 30 companies for 5 years. The analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression, used SPSS program with the simultaneous test (Test F), and the partial test (t test). The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) significantly with the direction of a positive coefficient on Stock Return, Firm Size significantly influence the direction of the negative coefficient on Stock Return, and Investment Risks effect is not significant with a positive coefficient direction toward Stock Return. The ability of the three variables in explaining the effect of the Stock Return of 0.052 or 5.2% indicated by the adjusted R-square, while the remaining 94.8% is influenced by other factors that not included in this research model. Company managers and investors who expect the Stock Return need to pay attention Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), as Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) most influential and significant impact on the magnitude of Stock Return, then Firm Size and Investment Risk. Abstract

ABSTRACTWomen who work have two roles, namely the role in family and the role in job. Both roles, if not balanced, can cause conflict. This study aims to examine and analyze the role of mediation work family conflict on the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of female employees. Research type used is descriptive research with quantitative approach, which test the hypothesis using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The study sample comprised 54 female employees who are married and have at least one child. The results show that emotional intelligence variables have a negative and significant effect on work family conflict, emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords:  work family conflict, emotional intelligence, and employee performance.ReferensiAbassi, M. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere, hedonic shopping motivations dan fashion involvement terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen toko aksesoris Stroberi di Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen toko aksesoris Stroberi di Kota Pontianak, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere, dan fashion involvement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku impulse buying, sedangkan hedonic shopping motivations tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku impulse buying. Kemampuan ketiga variabel tersebut dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku impulse buying adalah sebesar 41,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,1% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian. Kata Kunci : store atmosphere, hedonic shopping motivations, fashion involvement, impulse buying, toko aksesoris

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Barat. Selain itu juga mendapatkan bukti empiris seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Kanwil Kemenkumham Kalbar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner pada pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Kanwil Kemenkumham Kalbar, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 122 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden. Data yang diperoleh tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknis analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis Regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Kanwil Kemenkumham Kalbar Kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Board of Commissioners (Commissioner), the Audit Committee (the Committee), CEO Duality (CEO), Institutional Ownership (Int) and Size Growth (Growth) either partially or simultaneously to Return Stock Companies Index Kompas 100 registered Indonesia stock exchange. The sample in this study were obtained by using purposive sampling techniques, thus obtained 33 samples of the study period 2011-2015. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the Board of Commissioners and significant negative effect on the Stock Return. The Audit Committee and no significant negative effect on the Stock Return. CEO Duality and no significant negative effect on the Stock Return. Institutional ownership and no significant negative effect on the Stock Return. Size and Growth variable positive and significant impact on Stock Return. Board of Commissioners, the Audit Committee, the CEO of Duality, Institutional Ownership and Growth Size jointly significant effect on Stock Return. The result of determination coefficient of 10.2%, this suggests Stock Return 89.8% influenced by other variables outside the five variables of this study.
