This study will analyze the misuse of technology in the telecommunications industry by examining the technology gadgets used by children, where many youngsters are now too lazy to participate in activities, too lazy to learn, and too reliant on cellphones. There are several instances of children abusing digital tools and devices. Yet, how do youngsters in Indonesia actually utilize the internet? This research is conducted in a library, which is a way of conducting research that involves reading books or periodicals and other data sources in a library. Additionally, this study employs case study and descriptive methodologies. The data and discussion indicate that internet abuse by children fosters a closer connection between children and the internet, particularly those under the age of 12, despite the negative consequence of addiction, which results in children interacting less with other family members and peers. As for other reasons, the internet is frequently seen negatively due to its content, which includes pornography, violence, and cyberbullying. On the other hand, the internet is believed to have a beneficial effect because it may be utilized by youngsters as a tool for learning. As a response, parents must supervise their children's use to avoid any negative consequences. Several prior research have demonstrated that young internet users were exposed to the internet at an early age.

The main objective of this study is to examine factors affecting the effectiveness of state and regional property management. This is a descriptive study that discusses the effectiveness of state and regional property management through a factor analysis. The data for this study were gathered through a survey of the literature. The factor analysis of this research data identifies five categories of factors: security and maintenance of state property, planning and administration of state property, use of state property, and technical guidance for state property. While the planning factor - purchase of BMD - is prominent in the management of regional property, the usage factor - utilization of BMD - is also significant. This is because planning is critical for facilitating the control and supervision processes. Meanwhile, utilization and use might be considered effective if they are accompanied by proper management and periodic maintenance.

This paper delves at communication ethics as a means of controlling virtual piety in public media conduct in the digital age. The objective of this research is to describe, explain, and determine the role of communication ethics in the digital era as a control of virtual piety in public media behavior. The communication ethics notion employed is based on Haryatmoko's viewpoint and is supported by Habermas' theory of communication activities. This study employs qualitative research methods and a descriptive methodology. Observation and documentation were utilized as data collecting methods. The successfully gathered data is then examined, compared, and merged to generate a systematic, coherent, and comprehensive study result. According to the findings of this study, communication ethics is a set of standards, values, or a measure of good behavior in communication activities. In this regard, communication ethics as virtual piety control in public media behavior in this digital era is meant to ensure the attainment of general characteristics of acceptable norms in people's lives. Furthermore, it ensures individual autonomy through emancipatory powers, which leads to the establishment of a common will through logical dialogue. As a conclusion, communication ethics is an attempt to govern the communication process in order to ensure social stability in a pluralistic society in the digital era.

The 21st century which is synonymous with the century of globalization has brought changes in all lines of life. The development of science and technology, especially communication technology, has made the world like an environment without distance even though in reality it is very far away. What is happening now in a matter of seconds can already be seen, heard in other parts of the world. This brought many changes in the concepts of human life. The concept of parenting, education, work, and fulfilling the needs of life has shifted a lot. This change must be realized and addressed wisely by the Indonesian nation and society, which cannot be separated from the influence of globalization. Changes in the conception of Indonesian people whose behavior was formed at the beginning of independence, the old order era, the new order and then the reform era need serious attention. The readiness of society and government to face 21st century globalization needs to be studied in depth. History proves that society's unpreparedness to face globalization has ultimately led to the proliferation of corruption, collusion and nepotism in Indonesia. Creating clean, transparent and professional Indonesian people is a must. This effort must be carried out by all components of the Indonesian nation, both state implementers. government officials from the center to the lowest, the community, the intellectuals and professionals in Indonesia. If this effort is not carried out immediately, the effort to form the concept of Indonesian human beings will only be an empty hope like building a house on the wind.
