PT. BIMA located on Jl. Perak Bar. No.379, Surabaya City always maintains the quality of spare parts and maintains port facilities with accurate planning with hundreds of personel who are professionally certified in their fields and have several service services including as one of the suppliers of equipment and spare parts, especially for heavy equipment such as Cranes, Excavators (Bego), Wheel Loaders, Wales Stump and other heavy equipment. In determining warehouse inventory, the Company can see from the exit of goods periodically either weekly or monthly. What often happens in various warehouses owned by PT. BIMA is in determining the stock of goods. There are times when the goods needed by the consulate are exhausted due to insufficient stock, especially in the monthly period. This research use Fuzzy Tsukamoto to problemsolving control systems that are suitable to be applied to systems, ranging from simple systems to complex or complex systems. Based on the tests that have been carried out In 16 tests, 11 spare parts of goods were obtained with the status of Good Stock information, meaning that the goods can be tested properly by the transaction system every month. Based on the test results of the Good Stock Control Unit 68.75%. Overstock Control Status amounted to 6.25%. The Tsukamoto Fuzzy System used in this research can provide stock recommendations to PT BIMA in a well-maintained stock status.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, learning activities were used to being carried out online. Utilization of the Learning Management System is starting to be widely used for asynchronous learning, while synchronous learning is carried out using different applications. In this study, a video conferencing server design was created to integrate Jitsi Meet with Moodle. On the Moodle server, install and configure the NginX, MariaDB, php, Moodle packages and install the Jitsi Meet plugin on Moodle. On the Cacti server, install and configure Cacti, manufacture devices, create graph trees, add graphs and monitor data on graphs. Black Box Testing is carried out to test the Jitsi Meet feature and to monitor the average use of CPU and memory during meetings. The results of the Black Box test on the Jitsi Meet feature get a percentage of 89.7% completion. In testing the average CPU usage in the Cacti application, a percentage of 3.21 was obtained. In testing the average memory usage in the Cacti application, a percentage was obtained of 33.56%.

This study discusses the measurement of partial discharge in air insulation. Partial Discharge measurement is very important to know the condition of electrical equipment. Partial discharge causes are not only old equipment, but also from set-up errors and insulation problems. In this research, partial discharge measurement is using non-electric method. The non-electric method uses a loop antenna sensor that detects electromagnetic waves generated by partial discharge. Modeling the occurrence of partial discharge with a needle-plate electrode at a distance of 1 cm with air insulation. Partial discharge measurement parameters include Background Noise (BGN) measurements, Partial Discharge Inception Voltage (PDIV) and Partial Discharge Waveforms. The different parameters of each discharge were analyzed based on the given voltage level. The resulting data is a discharge wave obtained from an oscilloscope. The resulting data is processed using origin software so that it can determine the characteristics of the amplitude, duration of rise time and fall time of the discharge that occurs. From the results, it is known that the amplitude and duration of the rise time and fall time is greater at discharge with a higher voltage. The discharge characteristics depend on the applied voltage.

Attendance in Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) uses the manual attendance method. So it is less effective to implement, because manual attendance is not environmentally friendly and in the process fraud can still occur. In addition, the health protocols that we should have implemented both on campus and in classrooms must still exist considering this is a post-pandemic. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to make a prototype of the entrance and attendance access system which is carried out by utilizing the features on the NodeMCU ESP32. The design step is divided into 2, namely hardware and software design. The manufacturing process for the door access system is carried out by utilizing the Gy906 temperature sensor as a body temperature detector, a relay to turn on the pump, an IR proximity sensor to detect people who are going out, and a servo motor as an open- or closed-door driver. Next, the process of making attendances is carried out using a barcode on the KTM (Student Identity Card) which is connected to the application that has been made so that the output for the presence can be seen on a google spreadsheet. This tool can make it easier to make attendance and access entrances and exits without touching the door.

Providing a return line for short-circuit currents or fault currents to a low-resistance ground, a grounding system is useful for achieving a uniform potential voltage over a given area of buildings and equipment. Because a large voltage difference can occur if a fault current is forced to ground against high resistance. Placement of the electrode to be planted is one of the elements to obtain a low grounding resistance value. Grounding resistance measurements, which will serve as a guide for the grounding system design process, are required during the planning stage for certain types of grounding systems. The problem is how the grounding resistance is affected by the buried depth of the rod conductor and the soil-type resistance. Therefore, it is very important to conduct research and testing to determine the extent to which these parameters influence. The experimental results of measuring resistance on dry and wet soils are on dry soil 30 cm obtained 98.48 Ω, 60 cm obtained 37.07 Ω, 90 cm obtained 20.52 Ω, 120 cm obtained 19.77 Ω, and for wet soil at a depth of 30 cm obtained 43.34 Ω, 60 cm obtained 22.21 Ω, 90 cm obtained 15.43 Ω, 120 cm obtained 11.66 Ω.
