Abstract

This research aims to develop and test a digital financial management system model that is integrated with blockchain technology to address security, transparency, and efficiency issues in the traditional digital financial system. Blockchain technology is used to ensure the integrity and security of data by recording each transaction in the form of interlinked and immutable blocks. The methods used include experimental approaches, quantitative analysis, and model validation. The results of the study show that blockchain integration improves the transparency, security, and operational efficiency of digital financial management systems. Although the designed asset recording application still has weaknesses in UX and UI, such as the lack of drop-down features and manual data entry, blockchain technology has successfully strengthened data security with the use of unique record IDs (hashes) that cannot be changed and public transparency through Etherscan. This research makes a practical contribution to the application of blockchain technology in the financial industry and suggests further development to improve the user experience and add features that improve the efficiency and flexibility of the asset recording system. These findings support the potential of blockchain in advancing the integrity and performance of the digital financial system.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of writing scientific papers, examining various AI applications, such as writing tools based on natural language processing (NLP), automatic assessment systems for writing quality, and reference management platforms automatic. With the rapid advancement of technology, AI has shown great potential in improving the efficiency and quality of academic writing. This study analyzes how AI can help in various stages of writing, from literature searches, structuring papers, to proofreading and improving writing style. The research also highlights key differences between traditional approaches to writing scientific papers and AI-powered approaches. Previously, scientific writing relied entirely on the individual writer's ability to conduct research, organize information, and write effectively. These conventional methods are often time consuming and prone to human error. In contrast, AI integration allows the automation of some time-consuming tasks, such as data processing and text editing, so that authors can focus on the creative and analytical aspects of their research. The results of this research show that the use of AI in scientific writing not only increases efficiency but can also improve the quality and accuracy of scientific papers. AI is able to provide relevant suggestions based on existing data, identify grammatical and writing errors, and assist in finding the right references. Thus, AI integration can become an invaluable tool for researchers and academics in producing high-quality scientific work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of alignment between business strategy and information technology strategy at PT Bee Solution Partner using the Luftman method. PT Bee Solution Partner, an information technology company located in Arcamanik, Bandung, provides bootcamp services, consultations, and overseas development, as well as IT consulting for application creation. The data collection method used is a closed questionnaire, structured with predetermined answer alternatives. The research results indicate that PT Bee Solution Partner has achieved aligment between business and IT strategies at level 4 (improved/managed process) according to the Luftman method. At this level, the organization is assesed to be strong in aligning IT and business, with the business considering IT to add value and being willing to take risks and benefits arising from the use of IT. The research conclusion indicates that overall, PT Bee Solution Partner has reached a fully strategic position at level 5 according to the Luftman method. However, there are some aspects of each criterion that need improvement to enhance the maturity of aligment between business and IT strategies. These the findings provide additional insights into the steps that can be taken to strengthen the integration of business and IT strategies in the context of an Information Technology company. This research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the importance of aligning business and IT strategies in optimzing the performance of Information Technology companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-learning learning media on the quality of information systems student grades; to provide exposure to e-learning learning media in information systems department; it is known the quality of student scores both the acquisition of the final score of each course and the GPA assessment of each semester as well as the presentation of attendance and the value of activeness in student learning. The type or method of this research is quantitative research with the SEM model which is a process of processing data previously obtained from respondents in the field or from quotations from trusted sources. In this study, statistical analysis will be used with the SmartPLS test. The research benefits obtained include exposure to effective and efficient e-learning learning media, so that it can be input in efforts to increase a high academic culture in the information systems department. The sample in the study was 20 students from the Information Systems Department. The analysis technique used is in the form of data from the results of giving questionnaires with descriptive analysis techniques to see tendencies, using a research and development approach. Results from research on e-learning learning media in the information systems department where e-learning can support the quality of student grades. The quality of grades here is not solely on the acquisition of the number of grade points from the course, but from all aspects, behavior, activity (fulfillment of assignments) that have been given.

Abstract

The automation era has been a big step in human civilization. The use of automation technology combined with an internet connection, or IoT, has helped a lot in everyday life. In one example, feeding cats is a problem when the owner is busy working or traveling for more than two days. However, having a cat feeding device is automatically a solution to this problem. This research created an automatic cat feeding device using the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller base, which has a WiFi module installed. When it is paired with an HCR04 ultrasonic sensor to measure the feed height, it will send a message to the MQTT application on the smartphone if the remaining feed in the cat food container is at a certain height or is almost finished. The Blynk application manages this tool, which provides a widget to help monitor, change feeding times, view feeding statistics, and view the last feeding time and date. The black box testing method is used to test this tool so that it functions properly.

Abstract

We successfully developed the mobile program that can solve the car problems that may be difficult to find the location of garage service. We developed MyBengkel as the solution of the problems between car owners and garage location. We delve into the common types of car problems encountered by drivers and explore the methods used to diagnose and resolve them. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, we will discuss the underlying causes of these issues and examine the technologies and tools employed in modern automotive diagnostics. The location interest in Deli Serdang regency and ist surrounding. The data compilation shows the total casualties in 2021 and 2022 is ranging at 80 – 120 cases in Deli Serdang with various roads type. This application makes it easy to get information on car problems facilities, appropriate prices and boarding car and garage service locations for local peoples and increases promotional opportunities for the garage owners in Deli Serdang locations

Abstract

This research discusses the development of an e-menu web service integrated with a payment gateway using the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach at Angkringan Ateng. This technology allows customers to view menus, order, and pay online, improving efficiency and quality of service. The SOA method was chosen for its flexibility and scalability in the development of complex systems, making it easy to integrate and maintain services independently. This study includes requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, and system evaluation. The results show that the developed e-menu system is able to improve operations and customer experience, and can serve as a model for the development of similar applications in other culinary industries.

Abstract

Effective and efficient inventory management is crucial for the operational success of trading companies. CV. Al Salam, engaged in fabric trading in Sukoharjo, faces significant challenges in managing fabric stocks at their main warehouse. Currently, inventory management at CV. Al Salam is done manually, often leading to issues such as recording errors and document piles. This research aims to develop a web-based warehouse information system using technologies like PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript to address these challenges. The system is expected to provide real-time stock monitoring, automated restock notifications, and an interactive dashboard for data analysis. The Waterfall development method is employed, covering requirements analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Testing results show the system functions according to specifications with a 100% success rate, enhancing recording accuracy and speeding up reporting and goods distribution processes. The research findings indicate that this system successfully improves operational efficiency at CV. Al Salam by reducing recording errors and accelerating the reporting and distribution processes.

Abstract

TB. Sami Jaya is a construction materials provider company offering key components like sand, nails, cement, iron, heavy steel, and electronic products for infrastructure construction projects. In the era of rapid technological development, the company faces the challenge of making accurate sales predictions. This study aims to develop a sales prediction system using Support Vector Machine (SVM) to help TB. Sami Jaya optimize the supply of construction materials based on existing transaction data, collected from November to December 2023. By identifying relevant trends and patterns, the goal is to generate more reliable projections, thereby reducing the risk of inventory excess or shortage, which increases operational costs and decreases customer satisfaction. The model's performance is evaluated by comparing the prediction results with actual data using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is employed for information system development. The results indicate that using SVM for predicting sales of construction materials is effective and helps optimize inventory management.

Abstract

The Da'wah Management Study Program is one of the study programs at STAIN Bengkalis which has used the website as a place to Get information and promotional media for the Bengkalis Stain Da'wah Management Study Program. The function of this website is to make it easier for users to access information relating to institutions and the Da'wah Management Study Program. In implementing this website there are still several problems, namely: information that is not updated enough, an unattractive appearance, a lack of visitors and a website that often has errors. The aim of this research is to analyze, evaluate and measure the level of user satisfaction of the missionary management study program website using the heuristic method evaluation and to provide recommendations to the website manager of the da'wah management study program so that it can be used as a solution for increasing user satisfaction based on the success rate of the website. Data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Slovin and Simple Random techniques Sampling. Based on research results on data obtained is that the percentage value of Usability is obtained Total testing was found to get a score of 36%, which means it shows that the website is good enough for you users, for a total not found, got a score of 32%, which means it shows that the website not good for the user.
