Abstract

The goal of this community service activity is to increase the Muslim community's legal understanding of the importance of understanding the rules of the Islamic inheritance system. This activity was carried out using a direct approach method, with the entire team including students who were directly related to the community by conducting socialization or counselling while still adhering to health protocols such as keeping a distance and not gathering the community in large numbers. Based on the outcomes of the Community Service (PKM) activities carried out in Laosu Jaya Village, Konawe Regency, it can be concluded that there were still many participants present who did not fully comprehend the Islamic inheritance system, so the PKM team provided direct counselling regarding the basic principles of the Islamic inheritance system. Islamic inheritance, including: a) Definition of Islamic inheritance, b) Rights related to inheritance, c) Pillars and terms of inheritance, d) Those who are hindered in inheriting, e) Class of heirs according to the Islamic inheritance system.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic condition that describes stunted growth due to long-term malnutrition. Stunting according to the WHO Child Growth Standard is based on an index of body length for age (PB/A) or height for age (TB/A) with a z-score less than -2 SD (Beal et al., 2018). The prevalence of stunting in Southeast Sulawesi ranks fifth highest in cases of stunting in Indonesia. One of the cities contributing to stunting in Southeast Sulawesi is the city of Kendari. One of the areas with stunting cases that fall into the category of 5 areas with the highest cases of stunting in Kendari City in 2020 is Nambo District (0.16%) which is the working area of the Nambo Health Center (Kendari City Health Office, 2020). The Sikaginting application (Information System for Nutrition and Stunting Cadres) is an application for recording data on nutrition cadres and stunting prevention for Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Nambo. This application has a variety of features and advantages that can make it easier for nutrition cadres to collect data and handle stunting. With the Sikaginting application, it can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of nutrition cadres in identifying existing cases of stunting so that treatment measures can be taken according to existing procedures.

Abstract

Inovasi merupakan ide-ide baru atau buah hasil pemikiran dari pengalaman yang sudah ada. Dalam sebuah usaha, baik produksi hingga pemasaran membutuhkan perubahan yang disesuaikan dengan pangsa pasar. Misalnya, saat ini kita sedang menerapkan adaptasi new normal dari sebuah pandemic Covid19 yang melanda tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi di seluruh penjuru dunia. Adaptasi tersebut selain mempengaruhi daya beli masyarakat, juga mekanisme jual dan beli yang saat ini lebih dominan pada transaksi secara online. Hal itulah yang menjadi pendorong untuk terjadinya sebuah inovasi atau pengembangan sebuah produk. Salah satunya adalah terkait inovasi tentang pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik. Permasalahan mengenai perlunya peningkatan kemasan produk juga dialami oleh pelaku usaha tahu dan tempe yang ada di Desa Lambusa Kecamatan Konda, yang mana produk yang dijual hanya dikemas dengan plastic putih. Dari kemasan yang seperti ini, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya adalah kebersihan produk yang sulit untuk dijaga, daya tahan tahu dan tempe yang relative singkat, nilai jual yang rendah. Maka dari itu pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada pelaku usaha Tahu dan Tempe yang ada di Desa Lambusa, Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.
