Abstract

The object of the study is PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan, because there was a decrease in employee performance at the company. Decline in employee performance occurs due to discipline in terms of accuracy is still less than optimal and lack of attention from the company that resulted in the presence of a sense of dissatisfaction. PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan is a company engaged in the distributor of mobile phones. This research uses quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory.  Data  were  collected  by  questionnaires,  interviews,  and documentation studies. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination simultaneous and partial test. The population of this research is all employees who work in PT, Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan which amounted to 107 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample where107 employees from PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan and 30 people from the branch office is OkeShop as a test of validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicate that the discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of determination coefficient of 0.475 indicating that the discipline and job satisfaction affect employee performance with the percentage level 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% Is another factor that is not researched. The conclusion of this research is discipline and job satisfaction have influence both simultant and partially to employees performance at PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of motivation, school head and the organizational climate simultaneously to the performance of teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan District, and the purpose of this research is To know and analyze the influence of motivation, school head and climate of the organization simultaneously to the performance of teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan and Langkat district.This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 44 teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan and Langkat district. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the principal motivation and managerial ability of the school as well as the organizational climate has a significant effect on the performance of Vocational High School (SMK) YPT basis, and the value of coefficient of determination of 0.840 or 84.0%. Partially, motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT, and with a regression coefficient value of 0452 or 45.2%. The principal's managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT Berandan and with a regression coefficient value of 0407 or 40.7%. Climate Organization (X3) positively and significantly affect the performance of vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT, and with a regression coefficient value of 0197 or 19.7%. The highest value of a regression coefficient is the master motivation of 0452 or 45.2%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment to Teacher Performance in SMA Persiapan for Stabat Langkat Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample of this study were all teachers at the foundation, amounting to 37 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques used were direct interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are partially the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2,432 2.04,), Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (3,712 2 , 04) and Commitment Variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (3.830 2.04). Simultaneously the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with Fcount Ftable, (12,201 2.87). R2 (RSquare) value of 0.540, which means that the variable Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Persiapan for Stabat Langkat Regency by 55.60%, and the remaining 44.40% again, influenced by factors other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the development progress towards teachers in the Medan Aviation Management Vocational School. To determine the effect of competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Flight Management Medan. To find out career development and competence on teacher performance in SMK Flight Management Medan. The population is all teachers obtained by 41 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The research results obtained from positive and significant career development on teacher performance. Positive competence does not significantly influence teacher performance. Improved teacher performance significantly and significantly to teacher performance.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of education, training and experience teaching teachers to the professionalism of teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 Peace District of Stabat District, Langkat, and the purpose of this research is to Know and analyze the influence of education, training and experience teaching teachers to the professionalism of teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat District Langkat. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 30 teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat District Langkat. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the education, training and teaching experience have significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teachers (SD) of the 050662 District peace Stabat with the value of coefficient of determination of 0.554 or 55.4%. In partial, education has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of elementary school teachers (SD) of state 050662 peace of Stabat subdistrict with a regression coefficient value of 0330 or 33.0%. The training has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teacher (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat with a regression coefficient value of 0355 or 35.5%. The teaching experience has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teacher (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat with a regression coefficient value of 0365 or 36.5%. The highest value of a regression coefficient is a teaching experience of 0365 or 36.5%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: Does motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities partially and simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities on teacher job satisfaction in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. With the sampling technique in total sampling, the sample in this study was the entire population of 38 teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat, because the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat and researchers were not sampled. The results of this study indicate; motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; facilities a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; motivation, organizational commitment and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction.

Abstract

The research objective is to explore and analyze the influence of business risk, sales growth and asset structure on the capital structure of a trading company. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive statistics. The nature of the study is causal relationships. The population of this study is 45 trading companies. The 23 companies as samples were drawn by using a purposive sampling technique in the four years of the study period. The results of this study show that simultaneously, business risk, sales growth and asset structure had an effect on capital structure. Partially, business risk had a significant effect on capital structure, sales growth had a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure did not have a significant effect on capital structure. The result of the determination coefficient test shows that 79.3% of the variation of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is whether school culture, teaching facilities, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the elementary School (SD) of cluster state I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze whether school culture, teaching facilities, motivation and work satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the elementary School (SD) state cluster I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 76 teachers at elementary School (SD) Negeri cluster I Se-District Stabat district of Langkat. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the variables of the school culture, work facilities and motivation and job satisfaction as a free variable (X) have significant effect on the teachers ' performance variables of the state elementary School cluster I Se-District Stabat District, Langkat. Partially, the school culture has no effect on the state teachers ' performance of cluster I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District. Furthermore, the work facility has a positive and significant effect on the state elementary school teachers cluster I Se-district Stabat in Langkat District. The motivation has positive and significant impact on the state elementary school teachers cluster I Se-district Stabat in Langkat District.  Job satisfaction positively and significantly affect the teacher's performance of State Elementary school cluster I Se-District Stabat Langkat District

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is: how to influence the discipline on the teacher's performance, how the professional influence on the teacher's performance in elementary School (SD) Se – District Stabat Langkat District. How the teacher's characteristic influence on the teacher's performance in elementary School (SD) Se – Kecamatan Stabat, Langkat District, how to simultaneously influence the discipline, professionalism and characteristics of teachers on teachers ' performance in elementary School (SD) Se – District of Stabat, Langkat district. The results of the study were obtained that there was a significant influence on the discipline variable impact master performance with the value of Thitung This (4,708 1,995). Professionalism variable has a significant effect on Guru performance with the value of Thitung This (2,391 1,995), characteristic variables have significant effect on Guru performance with the value of Thitung This (3,988 1,995), discipline variables, Professionalism, the characteristics of positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in elementary School (SD) Se-Kecamatan Stabat District Langkat. Of 41.3%, while the remaining of 58.7% (100%-41.3%) Influenced by other factors not researched.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this study is: How is competency towards teacher performance? , How is discipline to teacher performance? How does teacher motivation to teacher performance? How does the teacher's competency, discipline and motivation be simultaneous to the teacher's performance, the results of the research gained that there is a variable of competency positive and significant to the performance of Guru with the value of Thitung T table (5,249 1,664) and the value of significance (0.000 0.05). The discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on the master's performance with the value of Thitung T table (2,369 1,664) and the significance value (0.000 0.05). The motivation variable positively and significantly affects the teacher's performance with the value of Thitung T table (4,548 1,664) and value Significance (0.000 0.05) variable competence, discipline and motivation effect positive and significant towards Guru with Fcount value Ftable (29,228 2,712) and significance value (0.000 0.05). The influence of competency variables, discipline and motivation has positive and significant impact on the teacher at 75.80%, while the remaining amount is 24.20% (100%-75.80%) Influenced by other factors not researched.
