Abstract

PT. Kedaung Medan Industrial salah satu perusahaan bergerak di bidang penjualan barang rumah tangga seperti gelas, piring dan barang pecah belah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 178 karyawan dengan diambil sampel berjumlah 123 karyawan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data Hasil perhitungan bahwa disiplin kerja, kompetensi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Medan Industrial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, work competence and work stress on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Binjai Branch. The population and sample in this study were 62 employees. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of statistical analysis testing partially the supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Alfa Scorpii Binjai Branch. Partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Binjai Branch. Partially, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Binjai Branch. Simultaneously supervision, work communication and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Binjai Branch.

Abstract

PT Delica Indonesia Medan merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang membidangi usaha manufaktur, adapun usahanya bergerak dalam bidang produksi aluminium, untuk menilai kualitas dari SDM yang ada dapat diukur dari kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delica Indonesia Medan. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari PT. Delica Indonesia Medan. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 102 responden. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana sampel jenuh adalah sampel yang menggunakan semua populasi yang ada. Dan hasilnya menjadi 72 koresponden. Metode statistik menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan perusahaan PT. Delica Indonesia Medan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  pada perusahaan PT. Delica Indonesia Medan. Motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  pada perusahaan PT. Delica Indonesia Medan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  pada perusahaan PT. Delica Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research carried out aims to see the analysis of the decline in performance at PT Artha Centra Bangun Perkasa down. HR has a very important function that aims to be able to achieve the goals the company PT Artha Centra Bangun Perkasa wants to achieve. So human resources must be more efficient and professional in dealing with problems and always take an existing opportunity. Apparently in this company, PT Artha Centra Bangun Perkasa really has problems with competence, discipline and work stress. Competence is not very good because the company does not place employee positions according to their education and abilities so that many employees do not understand or do not know the position they are currently occupying. Not only that, but the company’s employee discipline also there is not good. Many employees lack discipline in terms of attendance, and many are late because the company does not punish employees who do not comply with the rules so that employees dare to be undisciplined. Meanwhile, the company has to deal with work stress. Actually there are many companies that experience work stress, but there are some work stress that can be handled by the company. However, the company PT Artha Centra Bangun Perkasa is not able to cope with excessive employee work stress because most of the employees say that many jobs have short targets so that they become stressed in doing their work. Validation test is used with a population of 66 people and 30 people from companies that have similar industries. The method used is quantitative, using interviews, distributing questionnaires, and studying documentation. Multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing will be used in the analysis method. (Test – F) Fcount (23.681) > Ftable (2.75) and partially (Test – t) t-count competence |2.786| > ttable |1.99|, disciplined t-test |3.579| > ttable |1.99|, and stress t-test |-5,177| > ttable |-1.99|. It can be concluded that competence, discipline and work stress simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of doing this research is to determine the reduced performance of employees of PT Prima Jaya Motorindo caused by work motivation, work stress and compensation. The theory to support the research is the theory according to experts related to work motivation, work stress, compensation and performance. 78 employees were used as the population and at the same time the sample in this study, but for validity and reliability tests were carried out at PT. Capella Medan using 30 workers. The results showed that partially work motivation and compensation had a significant effect on performance, while work stress had no significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation, Work Stress and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 19.7% and the remaining 80.3% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as training, recruitment, etc.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Seleksi dan Pelatihan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT Citra Hannochs Niagantara. Populasi; berjumlah 201 karyawan dan jumlah sampelgsebanyak 134 karyawan dan untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas sebanyak; 30 karyawan di luar dari sampel penelitian. Teknik;sampling;yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sumut Medan. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 42 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sumut Medan, secara parsial keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sumut Medan, secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sumut Medan dan  secara simultan kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sumut Medan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rashid Hussein Bank Sekuritas Indonesia. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. 99 orang karyawan pada PT Rashid Hussein Bank Sekuritas Indonesia dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian, sampel 66 orang yang didapat dengan memakai rumus Slovin. teknik wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Metode analisis data secara regresi linear berganda,uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan,uji parsial. hasilnya komunikasi, motivasi, serta Lingkungan kerja dengan mandiri serta bersamaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Rashid Hussein Bank Sekuritas Indonesia. 56,4% dari variasi variabel terikat kinerja karyawan yang bisa ditegaskan dengan variabel komunikasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja, 43,6% sisa uji koefisien determinasi ditegaskan selain variabel penelitian. Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja dan Kinerja karyawan

This study aims to obtain accurate information related to: (1) Procedures for granting credit to members at KSP3 Nias in Gunungsitoli City in the period 2020-2021, (2) Obstacles faced in granting and returning credit to members at KSP3 Nias in Gunungsitoli City in for the period 2020-2021, (3) The solution made by the management for the obstacles to returning credit to members at KSP3 Nias in Gunungsitoli City in the period 2020-2021.
