Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian property di pt bimasakti mahawira. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik slovin dalam mencari jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 101 pelanggan 30 pelanggan untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian property, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian property di pt bimasakti mahawira.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 178 karyawan, dan sampel berjumlah 123 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh hasil secara parsial kepemimpinan, kepuasan, dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai Fhitung (23,324) > Ftabel (2,68) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, berarti bahwa secara simultan kepemimpinan, kepuasan dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, communication and competence on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu. Researchers took the population in this study as many as 230 employees. The number of samples in this study were 107 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The results showed that simultaneously work discipline, communication and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu and partially work discipline, communication and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan. Daihatsu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of communication, competence and work stress on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mitra Perwita Medan. The number of samples in this study were 108 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mitra Perwita Medan. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mitra Perwita Medan. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mitra Perwita Medan. Communication, competence and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mitra Perwita Medan. The coefficient of determination test results obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.249, this means 24.9% of the variables consisting of employee performance can explain the variation of the independent variables, namely free communication,competence and work stress while the rest is 75.1% (100% - 24.9%) explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as compensation, organizational climate, and, employee job placement.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang International Freight Forwarder/ EMKL (Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut) sejak tahun 1995. Perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan sumber daya manusia atau karyawannya agar terjadinya peningkatan kinerja dan memberikan hasil yang maksimal untuk perusahaan. Masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan adalah target penjualan selama beberapa bulan tidak tercapai. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu stres kerja, motivasi dan displin. Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga sebanyak 110 orang. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Metode statistik menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja, motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga. Stress kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga. Motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga. Disiplin berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Bandar Niaga.

Abstract

Product, price and promotion are elements that can affect sales. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product, price and promotion on the sales of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Medan branch. This type of research is explanatory research. The research population that will be used in the study is all customers who make purchases at the company with a total population of 1,941 customers. Due to the total population which only amounts to 1,941 customers, the sampling technique that will be used is the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 95 people. In this research, the distribution of questionnaires will be measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, product, price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on sales of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Medan branch. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to improve products, prices and promotions.

Abstract

The research objective is to explore and analyze the influence of business risk, sales growth and asset structure on the capital structure of a trading company. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive statistics. The nature of the study is causal relationships. The population of this study is 45 trading companies. The 23 companies as samples were drawn by using a purposive sampling technique in the four years of the study period. The results of this study show that simultaneously, business risk, sales growth and asset structure had an effect on capital structure. Partially, business risk had a significant effect on capital structure, sales growth had a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure did not have a significant effect on capital structure. The result of the determination coefficient test shows that 79.3% of the variation of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh merek dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sosro pada PT. Medan Sumber Alam Semesta Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian hubungan kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 236 pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin di dapat sampel penelitian sebanyak 148 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sedangkan sebanyak 30 responden untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas diambil dari diluar jumlah sampel. Untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel independen terhadap dependen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan merek dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sosro pada PT. Medan Sumber Alam Semesta Medan dengan Fhitung = 13,666 Ftabel = 3,06 dan signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sosro dengan nilai thitung ttabel atau 4,361 1,97646. Secara parsial kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sosro dengan nilai thitung ttabel atau 2,589 1,97646. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 14,7% dari variasi variabel loyalitas pelanggan Sosro dipengaruhi oleh merek dan kualitas layanan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This paper is based on research at the company PT. PLN (Persero) Region of North Sumatera Medan on the influence of discipline and performance appraisal toward employees’ work attitude. This study involved all employees of the company as a population, while the sample was only 30 persons through random method. Data obtained through questionnaires was analyzed based on statistical approaches, namely multiple linear regression, t test (partial test), coefficient of determination (R²) and test f (simultaneous test) which are calculated by using SPSS program. The results of statistical process showed that the positive influence of both independent variables of discipline and performance appraisal of employee attitude even though low. This was shown through the double correlation test (R) of 0.126, so that further evaluation is needed to improve the quality of employees’ work of the company toward better performance.
