Jurnal Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan (JEBIK) or Journal of Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship is a national, open access, peer-reviewed academic journal, which is published by Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tanjungpura. As a medium of communication for academics, practitioners and other related parties about their research results and new thoughts in the fields of economics, business, management, entrepreneurship and accounting, JEBIK publishes quarterly (April, August, and December). Therefore, JEBIK publishes high quality manuscripts, both in form of conceptual and empirical papers (priority). This study aims to obtain empirical evidence the impact of intergovernmental transfers on local revenue effort. This study uses unbalanced panel data from 14 Regency / Municipality in West Kalimantan Province during the period 2001 to 2009.The research concluded that (1) There are differences in the local revenue capacity in the Regency/Municipality West Kalimantan Province, causing the local revenue efforts was different, (2) On average in the Regency / Municipality West Kalimantan Province, DAU and DBH tax (unconditional transfers ) has a positive and significant effect on local revenue effort, (3) On average in the Regency / Municipality West Kalimantan Province, DAK (conditional transfers) has a negative and significant effect on local revenue effort.

The current study was done in March 2016 by involving the cattle farmers from Slorok village, Kromengansubdistrict, Malang. The objective of this study was to investigate revenue of cattle sharing system and toanalyze its contribution on the farmer family's income. There is 18 farmers who used sharing system, wasselected by total sampling method. Primary data was collected by through survey and interview. The secondarydata was gained from institutions and related sources. Data analysis used in this study was income analysis ofcattle farmers (who used sharing system). The result showed that cattle farmer's income at Slorok was Rp.3.259.853/beef/year which was come from cattle sharing income.

The financial condition of the plantation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2017 shows that the company has high asset value. The stock return of companies is experiencing a fluctuating condition. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique so that obtained 8 research samples. The data analysis tool used in this study is quantitative analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Return on Equity (ROE) has significantly negatif effect on stock returns, 2) Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has not significantly positive effect on stock returns, 3) Price to Book Value (PBV) has significantly positive effect on stock returns, 4) Net Profit Margin (NPM) has not significantly positive effect on stock returns. In this study the ratio of PBV, and NPM proved to have no significant effect on stock returns, while ROE and DAR had a significant but opposite direction.

Changes in content-based curriculum to competence-based curriculum require an urgent implementation of e-learning as learning supporting media owing to learning process undergoes radical changes from lecturer’s-oriented into student’s oriented. The present study aims to examine some factors affecting the acceptance of e-learning application in higher education. By making use of regression analysis, the results show that intrinsic motivation factors such as ease of e-learning usage and desireness to use e-learning influence significantly on willingness to use e-learning. Keywords: higher education curriculum, e-learning application, learning supporting media.

Year 2015 is the year for developing Tax Payer and the year of issuance of GovernmentRegulation No. 46 Year 2013, which imposed 1% tax to SMEs with a turnover (gross income)from Rp 1 to a maximum of Rp 4.8 billion per year. The research problems are formulated: (1)How does the level of tax compliance in KPP Pratama Pontianak before and after the 1% taxpolicies for SME corporate tax payer? (2) What efforts made by the tax authorities in improvingtax payer compliance company in terms of delivering the tax obligations on KPP PratamaPontianak. The research method was an exploratory, descriptive, narrative case study approachto the object KPP Pratama Pontianak. Outcomes of this study are expected KPP PratamaPontianak be an example or reference for other KPP in performing their duties and functions aspublic service on tax. The results showed that there was a slight increase tax payer compliance inKPP Pontianak after their policy of 1% per month tax on turnover (gross income), whencompared with the prior policy. Suggestions for the government, in this case the DirectorateGeneral of Taxation, in formulating tax policy in order to maximize tax revenue.

This research aims to analyze the influence of money supply, export, and import on inflation rate in Indonesia. It employs multiple regression method to analyze a time series data between 1985 and 2016. The findings showed that money supply positively and significantly influences inflation rate; export positively and significantly influences inflation rate; and import positively influences inflation yet not significantly. These findings illustrate that Indonesia inflation is also caused by both internal (money supply) and external factors (export and import). Therefore, a policy to stabilize inflation rate shall be formulated by considering both internal and external influences.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of distributive justice onperformance appraisal to work performance through performance appraisal satisfaction (study onPT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya). This type of research is a causality research studies, with thequantitative approach. This research was using simple random sampling. This research used asample of 137 respondents was drawn from employees of PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya inProduction Department. The result was based on path analysis method showed that there was asignificant direct effect distributive justice on performance appraisal to performance appraisalsatisfaction and performance appraisal satisfaction to work performance. But there was notsignificant direct effect distributive justice of performance appraisal on work performance.

In 2015, Ministry of Agriculture through Department of Agriculture of West Kalimantan did a productivity improvement program for paddy by adopting a new farming method which called the Hazton Technology. This research aimed to 1).determine and analize worthiness of Hazton Technology farming; and 2).determine and analize factors affecting paddy productions of Hazton Technology farming. The results shows that Hazton Technology is a worth paddy farming activity with the average score of R/C ratio as much as 2.69. Seeds amount variable and farming experiences have significant effects to paddy productions, while farming field and educational level do not have any significant effects to paddy productions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of government spending - for building infrastructures, education and health - on economic growth and Indonesian community welfare that reside along the borderline during the period of 2007 to 2014. The data used in this research is panel data. Applying estimation model of Ordinary Least Square (OLS), this research indicates that government expenditures for infrastructures and education created significant effect oneconomic growth while the expenditure for healthcare did not significantly affect the economic growth. However, in the case of people welfare, government spending on infrastructure and economic growth showed a significant effect on it, butthe government spending for education and healthcare had insignificant impact on human development index.
