Abstract

Even though small businesses are informal, they should always be fostered and facilitated in order to develop these businesses to be more independent in the future. Not to mention, the role of small businesses are very real, especially in employment and to alleviate poverty in Indonesia. There are several important aspects that have not been paid attention for the success of culinary street vendors, for instances organizational, financial, infrastructure, sanitation, environmental and marketing aspects. The main aim of this paper is to examine these aspects that affect the culinary street vendors which is the based on the development model of culinary street vendors that is going to be built in Singkawang city. The methodology used in this paper is descriptive research by combining quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The findings of this study show that street vendors culinary have role in developing local economy and empowering local people because they are able to employ the labors that cannot be employed in the formal sector. The developed models of street vendors culinary that is going to be implemented in Singkawang are dispersed and concentrated models.

Abstract

One of alternative ways to maintain the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is to keep the financial institutions exists since MSMEs still have difficulty in accessing the formal bank loans. The respondents of this study are the staff from financial institutions, MSMEs, community leaders, NGOs and related institutions. This study used descriptive analysis which involved two analysis models: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The results show that there are three effective key elements for development of financial institutions in agricultural sector which are precise target, which means that the loan is given to the MSMEs who really need and satisfy the requirements; in time which means the loan is given when the MSMEs are needed; and an exact amount which means that the total loan which is given is based on the needs. Furthermore, this study recommends three model alternatives in order to fix the effectiveness of financial institutions in financing the MSMEs in agricultural sector at the boundaries of Kalimantan Barat province; (1) develop the existing financial institutions through improvement of rules system and regulations; (2) establish new institution which can be the activator of all existing financial institutions; (3) combine the positive aspects of all existing financial institutions. Abstract

Abstract

المشكلة عن استخدام اللغة العربية موجودة في معهد الأزهار, هذه المشكلة تسمى نقل اللغة, هو أن القواعد التي توجد في أداء اللغة المتوسطة تتأثر بقواعد اللغة الأصلية أو اللغة الأولى, هذه الأخطاء تسبب سوء تفاهم في التكلم باللغة العربية, وهذه تشجع الباحث إجراء البحث في معهد الأزهار. غرض هذا البحث معرفة الأخطاء من نقل اللغة, وجهود التي يمكن القيام بها لتقليل مشكلة نقل اللغة, وعلاقة نقل اللغة لتعلم اللغة العربية. وهذا البحث بحث ميداني. دلت نتيجة هذا البحث علي أن الأخطاء من نقل اللغة هي عندما تكون الترجمة بين الإندونيسية والعربية لهما قواعد مختلفة وهذا يشمل أخطاء لغوية ويسمى نقل سلبي. وجهود التي يمكن القيام بها لتقليل مشكلة نقل اللغة منها ان يسجع المشرف التلاميذ لكي يلازموا اللغة العربية في كلامهم اليومية, واصلاح اللغة, وتزويد المفردات, واللوحة الحائطية لإصلاح اللغة, ولوح المفردات, وتوفير كتب العربية, وانشطة التي تتعلق باللغة العربية. وعلاقة نقل اللغة لتعلم اللغة العربية هي إذا حدث نقل سلبي للغة ، فسوف يصعب التلاميذ لتعلم اللغة العربية ، ولكن ، إذا حدث نقل إيجابي ، فسوف يسهل التلاميذ لتعلم اللغة العربية. الكلمة الأسسية: نقل اللغة، البيئة اللغوية، تعليم اللغة العربية

Abstract

إجراء تعليم الصرف باستخدام كتاب قواعد الإعلال ببلمبانج شيء غريب في تعليم اللغة العربية. وتختص مواصفات الكتاب أغنية سندة من مؤلف الكتاب وهو كياي مسندير. بل تعليم الكتاب في المعهد بالمبانج مطور بطريقة التمييز. ها هذا بحث الباحث لمعرفة كيفية التعليم باستخدام الكتاب تعليما صرفيا بطريقة التمييز. استخدم الباحث هذا البحث بحثا وصفيا لوصف التعليم. ونتائج البحث هي تحطيط استخدام كتاب قواعد بطريقة التمييز في تعليم الصرف أن يلقي المدرس ما في الكتاب بأغنية. وعملية التعليم في استخدام الكتاب زائد بالأسئلة والأجوية. وتقويم التعليم في استخدام كتاب قواعد الإعلال في تعليم الصرف ثلاثة أنواع وهي الامتحان اليومي والامتحان في وسط نصف السنة والامتحان في نصف السنة. وكل امتحان يؤديه بطريقتين وهما شفهيا وتحريريا. والأوقات المقررة لتأدية امتحان مقررة بمؤسسة المعهد بل يؤدي الامتحان اليومي بأسهل ما يقرر المدرس.

Abstract

Stunting is a critical issue affecting children under five years old, characterized by inadequate growth due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, especially during the crucial first 1,000 days of life (from age 0 to 23 months). Stunting impacts not only height but also vital functions such as brain development and the immune system, potentially leading to decreased intelligence levels and increased susceptibility to diseases later in life. This study examines the impact of the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors and the level of rural poverty on stunting in Indonesia. This research, which covers time series data from 2015-2020 across 32 provinces in Indonesia, employs a panel data regression model analysis method. The findings indicate that primary sector GRDP growth has a positive effect, whereas secondary sector GRDP negatively impacts stunting. However, the tertiary sector GRDP and rural poverty do not significantly affect stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper discusses the techniques, goals, and urgency of learning Arabic in improving understanding of the Qur'an. This research is library research, using qualitative data. The literature data in this study is of a secondary nature which is then written qualitatively regarding Arabic language learning and its impact on reading and writing comprehension of the Qur'an. After obtaining the data from the literature, then analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. This research found that those who are proficient in Arabic must memorize mufradat and learn the sciences of uthala'ah, muhadatsah, insya', Nahwu and Sharaf. Understanding of these various sciences will also lead someone to four skills; First, listening skills, namely language skills that are receptive, receiving information from other people. Second, meaningful reading skills understand changes in the form of writing into a form of meaning. Third, writing skills, namely language skills that produce or provide information to other people (readers) in written form. Writing is a change in the form of thoughts or feelings into a form of writing. Fourth, speaking skills. In addition, it was also found that the urgency of learning Arabic on the Koran is to preserve the purity of the Koran, understand the contents of the Koran, and eradicate al-Qur'an illiteracy.

Abstract

The physical environment of the class and motivation is one of the factors that can affect students' mastery of memory and in class there are many pictures that support learning and the teacher gives motivation to students. This study aims to determine whether or not there is influence of the physical environment of the class and learning motivation on the ability of mufrodat's memory. This research is a quantitative research. The method used is a survey research method. This research was conducted at MI Daarul Aitam Palembang. The sample used was students in grades 4 and 5, totaling 58. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression with product moment correlation. The results of the study show that the elements in the physical environment, namely pictures, writing and illustrations in the classroom affect students' ability to memorize mufrodat. In addition, it was also produced that the ability of students' memory of mufrodat was also influenced by the elements in students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Research Originality: This research lies in its comprehensive approach. It utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze education levels' direct and indirect impacts on economic growth through various economic indicators.Research Objectives: This study investigates the impact of primary, secondary, and tertiary education levels on Indonesia’s economic growth, specifically examining the mediating effects of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), credit, exports, and unemployment.Research Methods: The data from the World Development Indicators (WDI) for 2015-2023 offer a long-term perspective on the trends in education and economic performance in Indonesia.Empirical Results: The empirical results indicate that none of the mediators significantly influence the relationship between education levels and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. These challenging conventional theories predict a positive impact of education on economic development. This outcome suggests a potential misalignment between Indonesia’s educational outputs and labor market demand, underscoring the need for policy reforms.Implications: The study implies that to foster meaningful economic growth, Indonesian education policy should enhance curriculum relevance and align educational outcomes with key market needs.JEL Classification: I25, F21, J64

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ speaking skills (maharah kalam) in Arabic language learning through the implementation of a peer teaching model supported by YouTube media. The background of the study stems from students' lack of confidence in speaking Arabic and the predominance of conventional teaching methods in schools. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods with data collected through observation, interviews, tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The research subjects were seventh-grade students at SMP Al-Hamidiyah Palembang. The findings reveal that the application of the peer teaching model supported by YouTube media significantly enhanced students' speaking abilities. This was evidenced by the improvement in pre-test and post-test scores, and further supported by statistical analyses (normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test) confirming the method's effectiveness. Collaboration in small groups, along with engaging visual media, fostered an interactive and enjoyable learning environment that boosted students’ confidence and active use of the Arabic language. Therefore, this model is recommended as an effective strategy for developing speaking skills in Arabic language education.
