Abstract

Contract arrangements are an important aspect of the validity of muamalat, especially in the context of sharia law. A contract is an agreement between two mutually binding parties to perform an action or provide an item or service. In the context of muamalat, a contract is an agreement between parties who wish to carry out a transaction that is lawful and in accordance with sharia principles, covering several aspects, including an agreement between the two parties, the object of the transaction that is lawful and in accordance with sharia principles, and other provisions in accordance with sharia law. In this case, the parties must understand and agree on the contents of the contract clearly and in detail, so that disputes do not occur in the future. Besides that, Contract arrangements in the validity of muamalat must also pay attention to the applicable muamalah principles, such as fairness, openness and equality. The contract made must be fair for both parties, not detrimental to either party, and does not violate sharia principles. If there is a dispute or disagreement between the two parties regarding the contents of the contract, the settlement must be carried out in ways that are in accordance with sharia law, such as through a process of deliberation or arbitration. In conclusion, the arrangement of contracts in the validity of muamalat is very important to ensure that the transactions carried out are in accordance with sharia principles and do not violate sharia law.

Abstract

Every Muslim must comply with Islamic law, and fear Allah SWT in order to be rewarded. Muslim family lifestyle is an important element in shaping children's Islamic behavior. Muslim families are obliged to regulate shalat times to shape the habits, behavior, and character of their residents.The author uses a study approach to discuss the concept of worship in Islamic thought, the importance of Islamic spatial patterns based on the Qur'an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the opinions of the ulama, taking into account the provisions in its implementation. The concept of spatial patterns through the shalat activity approach influences the design of Islamic family dwellings. Based on the above, the authors synthesize that early childhood education can be achieved through the application of architecturally oriented residential space patterns in shalat rooms.The results show that shalat is the most important starting point for Muslim families to build the character of their children. The availability of a shalat room, in addition to building an obedient personality, time discipline, hard work, and maintaining purity, also familiarizes the character with always remembering Allah SWT, living in balance, doing good, and loving peace.

Abstract

There is still a significant gap between the potential and actuality of zakat collection, the lack of zakat literacy among Muslims, and the preference for direct distribution as factors causing the difficulty in managing zakat in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to maximize zakat collection funds and see an increase in zakat fund collection after utilizing online media at Lazismu Medan City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, in which researchers collect information from international and national publications. Information collected from these journals was then used as research material for this study. The results of the study found that the results of this study found that to maximize zakat collection funds at Lazismu, Medan City made the latest innovation, namely digital fundraising. Utilization of online social media platforms, namely as a forum to invite or urge the public to give zakat and also zakat pick-up services and transfer of banking services is very helpful for the community and also for Lazismu to experience an increase in zakat collection. Zakat campaign tactics must be developed, including but not limited to: education, service promotion, program promotion and achievements, generating empathy through advertising, and building collaboration with stakeholders. Utilization of online social media platforms, namely as a forum to invite or urge the public to give zakat and also zakat pick-up services and transfer of banking services is very helpful for the community and also for Lazismu to experience an increase in zakat collection. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze strategy development Pangkal Babu Mangrove Ecotourism for development sector tour in the village Tungkal I West Tanjung Jabung which became means preservation environment and well-being the surrounding community area in a manner sustainable . As for method analysis used in study is method analysis descriptive use tool ASOCA analysis . The results of this study disclose that strategy development Pangkal Babu Mangrove Ecotourism  analyzed  in Islamic Sustainable Development studies with increase quality source power human and source power natural with collaboration from various related parties to sustainable optimizing existing opportunities for produce creativity and innovation for ecotourism this own power pull and the quality of tourism that still pays attention to protecting the environment created by Allah SWT and can support the economy of the community around the ecotourism area.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of character education on student achievement in class IX at the Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif Islamic boarding school. The total population of class IX was 150 students and the sample in this study was taken 25% of the total population of 39 people. This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are that there is an influence of character education on student achievement. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.002 0.05 or it can also be proven by the t count value of 3.424 t table 2.026. The effect of character education on student achievement contributes 24.1%. This means that 75.9% of student achievement is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study examines how the process of learning fiqh at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. In addition, this researcher also examines how the strategy of fiqh teachers in motivating students' learning at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai and examines what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' strategies in learning motivation of students at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of learning fiqh is, to find out how the strategy of fiqh teachers in motivating student learning at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' strategies in motivating student learning at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. The analysis used in this study refers to data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained from this study are. The importance of implementing good and appropriate learning strategies will be able to foster the spirit of learning fiqh at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. Conventional methods or strategies applied so far by fiqh teachers cause students to be lazy to study, fall asleep in class, make noise and result in students' learning outcomes of fiqh are not optimal. The strategy used by fiqh teachers in motivating students' learning is by using a cooperative strategy in which there is a jigsaw model and group investigation, as well as reward and punishment methods. The fiqh teacher's strategy in motivating students' learning has two factors, namely: supporting and inhibiting factors

Abstract

Potential fisheries resources are a blessing from the one and only God. In order for these fish resources to remain sustainable and maintained, the prevention aspect is very important to be developed and implemented by everyone, especially fishermen. Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries, has provided guidance regarding sustainable management of the fisheries sector and provided criminal threats for perpetrators who destroy marine resources, but criminal acts in the field of fisheries still continue to occur in society fisherman. The purpose of this study is to provide legal solutions in increasing the prevention of fisheries crimes according to Islamic law. Islamic criminal law policy is one of the data sources in this study. The steps to be carried out are the preparation and implementation of research by collecting field data or information for analysis. The method in this study is normative juridical. Normative juridical research refers to the legal norms contained in laws and regulations as well as the existing norms in Islam. So far, fisheries crimes have been prevented in a normative way using positive law, namely the fisheries law. Prevention is carried out through supervision by the government or community groups, counseling or dissemination of rules in the field of fisheries and even to prevention through the act of punishing the perpetrators with the aim that the crime does not happen again. Fishermen as religious people will certainly comply with the rules made by the government, but in fact there are still actions that damage marine resources, even though in addition to the instructions in the rules there are also orders in the rules of Islamic law to protect and preserve the sea so that the resources contained therein can be sustainable.

Abstract

Digital age emerged the use of social media as one of major source of information, including Moslem families to access the parenting advices on Instagram.  The study discusses the identities represented on @parenting_islam.id on Instagram.  The objectives of the research were to find out :(1) the strategies of forming Islamic identities in the posts of @parenting_muslim.id and (2) the negotiated and adapted identities represented of the posts by using the Islamic parenting perspective. Qualitative method of the study gathered the data by observing selected posts of account @parenting_muslim.id through physical structure and the descriptive structure of the posts. The first result indicates that the identities as a Moslem represented into strategies to develop positive Islamic identities as parents, particularly in relation to mother-father’s role, the do and don’ts advice, and daily lives motivational posts. Secondly, the negotiated and adapted through the contents were reflected  in  the way to communicate to audiences.   Dynamically  contested nature in the form of Islamic identities come to the fore which are used to demonstrate the value of incorporating Islamic representations into Moslem’s parents as social identity and self-categorisation. This demands a critical review of the importance of representations in the construction of Moslem family’s identity.

Abstract

The emergence of the Renaissance provided a spirit of change for Western civilization, marked by various kinds of discoveries by Western scientists. However, there is one side that should be of particular concern to Muslim scientists named Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, where the spirit of renaissance has its own impact on Muslims, especially Islamic education, namely the separation between Islam and Science. Religion goes its own way, as does science, so science is seen as value-free. This paradigm is part of the study of the philosophy of Islamic education, which examines and discusses critically everything about Islamic education. The method used in this study uses Library Research or what is known as a literature study, which is a study that uses literature references, namely journals, books, and so on. Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas believes that Islamic education that takes place today must be criticized from all aspects, one of which is by redefining Islamic education, because the definition that is currently understood has been mixed with the understanding brought by Western civilization. Education for him cannot be termed Tarbiyah but is more appropriate with ta'dib because this definition will guide Muslims to become Insan Adabi, namely individuals whose movements, steps in life are based on the principles of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Al-amal wa al-sana is a concept in Islamic economics that refers to the principles of work and productivity in achieving prosperity and social welfare. This concept emphasizes the importance of hard work and productive efforts in meeting the necessities of life and building a prosperous society. The meaning of al-amal wa al-sana in Islamic economics can be analyzed from the point of view of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The Qur'an teaches that humans must work hard and productively to meet their needs and build a just and prosperous society. Sunnah also provides concrete examples of the importance of hard work and productivity in achieving prosperity and well-being. In practice, the concept of al-amal wa al-sana can be implemented in various economic aspects, such as industrial development, trade, agriculture, and other sectors. In Islamic economics, this concept is also related to the principles of justice and equity in the distribution of results and the management of economic resources. However, in its application, the concept of al-amal wa al-sana also needs to pay attention to the current social, cultural and economic context as well as other existing interpretation approaches. Thus, an accurate and relevant understanding of the concept of al-amal wa al-sana in Islamic economics can be produced which can be used as a guide in developing a sustainable and just economy today. and contemporary economics and other existing interpretation approaches.
