<![CDATA[Religious moderation is an important key in minimizing radical acts and extremism in religion in Indonesia. The Ministry of Religion is an important element in being responsible for religious harmony in Indonesia. The program to strengthen religious moderation was also intensified in 2019 by the Ministry of Religion. The author uses a qualitative research approach for this research method. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it is "The Role of the Ministry of Religion in Religious Moderation in the City of Medan". The Mayor of Medan advised that we must maintain harmony and establish harmony between religious communities so that Medan City can become a harmonious city for all believers. "How to Promote Religious Moderation" Use social media to spread the message of religious moderation, educate the public, and create a positive platform for communication "The Ministry of Religion's goal is to promote religious moderation in the Digital Era" to be able to develop an online educational platform to deliver religious moderation material, utilizing technology digital as an easily accessible learning tool. Through campaigns on social media, the ministry can spread messages of religious moderation, promote interfaith dialogue, and share inspiring stories that show harmony in life amidst differences in beliefs.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru pendidikan agama islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penulis melakukan peneitian di SMP Negeri 25 Medan karena penulis melihat bahwa selama ini upaya guru PAI dalam memotivasi belajar siswa kurang maksimal sehingga hasil akhir pendidikan kurang memenuhi target. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk membuat gambaran atau deskripsi tentang Upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa di SMP Negeri 25 Medan secara objektif. Metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi aktual secara rinci yang melukiskan gejala yang ada, mengidentifikasi masalah yang atau memelihara kondisi dan praktik - praktik yang berlaku. Dalam memperoleh data peneliti terjun langsung ke lokasi untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tekhnik sebagai berikut: Metode Observasi, Metode Interview, dan Metode Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwasanya dalam memotivasi belajar siswa ada berbagai macam cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru diantaranya: menggunakan metode mengajar bervariasi, menggunakan media, pemberian nilai, pemberian tugas, pemberian ulangan, pemberian pujian, pemberian hukuman. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan guru diatas dapat merangsang siswa untuk belajar lebih giat dan sungguh-sungguh dalam belajar agar dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal sesuai dengan harapan guru dan orang tua.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth of MSMEs continues to increase every year, but in 2022 it will experience a decline. North Sumatra is one of the provinces with the largest number of MSME developments in Indonesia. Barbershop growth continues to increase as a result of changes in people's lifestyles. The facilities and services offered greatly influence customer interest in the Barbershop. The aims of this research are (1) Carrying out a descriptive economic analysis of the UMKM production sector in Pematang Siantar (2) Carrying out an economic evaluation of the actors in the Barbershop UMKM sector in meeting family income in Pematang Siantar City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Technique sampling in this research that is with method snowball sampling use questionnaire Which given to 30 perpetrator MSME Barbershop in City Pematang Siantar. The data collection technique used in this research comes from websites official like Body Center Statistics (BPS), Ministry Trading, and distribution of questionnaires via Google Form . Data analysis techniques used in this research uses analysis factors with program Smart PLS 3.0. results study shows that Number of Customers and Facilities Factors influential and significant on business development for UMKM Barbershop operators in Pematang Siantar City to meet economic income.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems identified in this study are: (1) the Corona Virus or Covid-19 has become symptomatic in the world, including in Indonesia; (2) The public knows that information on Covid-19 comes from the mass media; (3) Scientific studies show that mass media is able to create a positive impact, but it can also have a negative impact on society, namely anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders, especially during the Covid-19 period. For these problems, this study aims to analyze the effect of social media use behavior in influencing the creation of public anxiety in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a survey design to 666 Muslim respondents in Medan. Collecting research data is a questionnaire about the behavior of using social media and public anxiety. Analysis of research data using inferential statistical analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SMART-PLS). This study produced several findings, including: First, the behavior of people in using social media during the Covid-19 pandemic was generally quite high; Second, the level of public anxiety facing the Covid-19 pandemic generally also shows a fairly high level; and Third, the behavioral effect of using social media in influencing the creation of public anxiety in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic appears to have a significant effect.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was motivated by the government's failure to finalize ownership of agricultural land in absentia. Pancasila as a guide to the value of justice should be used as government legal politics in carrying out preventive and repressive actions in synergy with the use of Information technology, which currently continues to grow. The Indonesian population, which is the majority of Muslims, certainly intersects between ideological, religious, and national ideologies. This research does not find new theories but wants to identify and examine how the perspective of Indonesian society in energizing religious ideology and Pancasila values which are believed by the Indonesian people as the basic foundation of national and state life. This research offers solutions for the use of E-KTP and data synergy between authorized institutions as an effort to prevent the absence of land ownership in terms of the perspective of Islamic legal values and Pancasila ideology. This research was conducted using normative research methods with a legal approach and legal doctrine.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs have a very important role in national and regional economic development. The big opportunities that the MSME sector has are said to be very large and MSMEs are able to survive the crisis. The lack of attention that MSMEs receive in Indonesia has brought down many large businesses, but the majority of MSMEs continue to survive, in fact their numbers are increasing very rapidly. MSMEs are also the backbone of the people's economy which is able to eradicate poverty and absorb labor. MSMEs also create jobs faster than other business sectors, and MSMEs also make an important contribution to exports and trade. . The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the role of MSMEs in increasing income and economic growth in Binjai City . The type of data in this research is quantitative data with secondary data sources. The data collection technique used is observation and descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research are that currently the total number of MSMEs in Binjai City is 20,852 MSMEs. MSMEs have the potential for a strong economic base because the number of MSMEs is very large and the labor absorption capacity is very large. Binjai City MSMEs have not been able to increase the regional income of Binjai City, because community income as seen from public expenditure per capita is still low]]>

<![CDATA[Disclosure Information about impact social, environmental, and economic from the operation business, will give transparency to various holder interests about How the company manages the impact on society and the environment. Information disclosed can influence the perception and reputation company in the eyeholder's interest. Study This aims To disclose related matters with Corporate social reporting policy in the Sharia banking industry in Medan City. The Corporate social reporting policy will be tested by using Islamic Corporate Governance as a moderating variable with the perception of society and image positive as variables that influence it. Population study This is customers Sharia banking in Medan City is Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Indonesia with a sample of as many as 100 people. Research results show that Positive Perception Image is influential Regarding CSR. Perception positively about CSR can increase the reputation company in the eyes of consumers, customers and stakeholders interest other. ICG is influential towards CSR, The influence of Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reflects How Islamic values and principles influence the policies and practices of a company is not quite enough to answer social. Research results show Perception and image are positively moderated by ICG. ICG can ensure that Sharia principles are accommodated with Good in Company policies and practices. ]]>
