Abstract

The development of financial institutions, especially banking, continues to experience a significant increase, this can be seen from the many banking offices that have sprung up around the community. To continue to exist in the banking world, of course, financial institution companies must maintain the quality of their services, of course, this is done so that people feel comfortable with what the bank has. This article will discuss the quality of banking services using the CARTER system, where this dimension has components that can measure the quality of services in banking, it's just that the CARTER system is rarely known by the public, for that the author will describe how to assess service quality by using the CARTER system, which of course anyone can judge about the quality of services in banking

Abstract

Diversity is an unavoidable destiny of God, and Indonesia is part of a nation that is rich in diversity. That is why multicultural issues are still relevant to be discussed. The most appropriate place to provide understanding and awareness about the importance of multiculturalism is through educational institutions. By using the literature study method, this paper will look closely at how to design an Islamic religious education curriculum with a multicultural perspective. The results of this study suggest that in order to internalize multicultural values in educational institutions, an Islamic religious education curriculum with a multicultural perspective is needed by making it a separate subject or inserting it into Islamic religious education subjects. Keywords: Curriculum, Study of Islamic Religious, multicultural

Abstract

This study aims to prove the proposition that organization, leadership, and competence are important factors in forming a risk culture model to strengthen risk management in the context of Indonesia's Shariah Bank, particularly  Bank  Syariah  Mandiri. The authors will use a quantitative deductive approach to build a theoretical model, multiple hypotheses, and data to test the hypotheses in this study. Abstract

This research aims to examine the understanding of the concept of Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan, While the object of this research is the elements of the leadership in the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. The formulation of this research problem is how to understand the Concept of Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. For research methods using a qualitative approach with the type of case study research at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. The results of this study reveal that the Concept of Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah can be well understood by the leadership elements in the Medan City PDM, and the understanding of the concept has been done for muhammadiyah cadres and sympathizers in medan city in every pdm work program of Medan city. Abstract

               The purpose of this research is to see what kind of character strengthening can build students' character based on the value of Islamic education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also quantitative research at SMAN 2 Bandar with data collection techniques of observation, interviews with teachers/principals. and accurate documentation based on valid data. In addition, the data is presented using a descriptive approach in the form of written words to clarify the data collected and analyzed. Character education models must be developed in schools based on religious education to make religious education the main subjects used to build student character. Religious education must teach religious attitudes and behavior. Another important aspect that needs to be considered in the framework of effective character building in schools is the vision, mission and goals of the school and togetherness. There is a program. clear and detailed covering all subjects and all teachers. There is support for facilities and special teams for the implementation of student character development programs..

Abstract

Social Media is currently the most known, used, and loved by teenagers, especially students.  The most frequently used social media today are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.  Easy network access nowadays makes students or teenagers use social media freely without thinking about the positive and negative impacts of social media.  As the nation's next generation, teenagers are categorized as the superior generation who can influence social life in terms of religion and social culture.  Meanwhile, with the rapid development of the digital era and very attached to the daily activities of adolescents based on the use of qualitative research methods from the results of investigations into adolescents, the researchers concluded that social networking has become something that can be said as a necessity for adolescents, Islamic religious education as a  one solution that provides a good understanding in terms of Ikhsan.  This paper aims to apply knowledge to the influence of Islamic Religious Education in social media.  The basis used to describe Islamic Religious Education as a Solution to the Effect of Social Media on Adolescent Behavior is to emphasize the Ikhsan attitude in the teenager, so that the reference used is the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the opinions of scholars who focus on Islamic education in this era.  the development of social media for adolescents, so that concluded if Islamic religious education that emphasizes Ikhsan in adolescents has the opportunity to influence adolescent behavior. Keywords: Islamic Education, Social Media Influence, Adolescent Behavior

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, not least the field of education. This condition requires to the learning process that usually done face to face must switch online. This change certainly provides its own challenges and problems for school, especially those in the 3T area and have C accreditation. The presence of batch I teaching campus program rolled out by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture aims to involve students as a part of strengthening literacy and numeracy while helping learning in partner schools. The participation and active role students in the school has new impact and hope so that the school continues to improve itself for the realization of the vision and mission of the school. Even the school gets a positive response and trust from the surrounding community by sending their children to the school.
