Abstract

Abstract This paper is an explanation of fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic have knew for long time and used in many fields by experts and engineers. In the beginning, fuzzy logic was used in some fields, only, like diseases diagnose system (in madicine); modelling of marketing system, operation riset (on economics); control of water quality, prediction of earthquake, classification and pattern recognition (in enginnering). Using of fuzzy logic in power system area have already done too, like probibility analysis, prediction and control of loads, identification of generator faults dan schedulling of generator maintenance. Abstract

Abstract Ketidak seimbangan volume perdagangan antar wilayah menyebabkan terjadinya kelebihan kontainer kosong pada satu wilayah, dan kekurangan kontainer kosong pada wilayah yang lain. Keterbatasan kapasitas storage area pada wilayah yang kelebihan kontainer kosong menyebabkan permasalahan bagi pengelola terminal untuk mengelola kegiatan operasional terminal. Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan ruang gerak pada terminal kontainer. Pihak pengelola terminal kontainer akan melakukan alokasi kontainer kosong agar dapat menjamin kelancaran operasional terminal kontainer. Sebagai pihak yang menggunakan jasa operasional terminal dan memiliki kontainer kosong, shipping line akan terkena dampak dari setiap keputusan yang dilakukan oleh otoritas terminal. Pada penelitian ini objek kajian adalah terminal kontainer pelabuhan Pontianak. Entitas PT Pelindo mewakili sudut pandang pengelola terminal kontainer, dan entitas shipping line mewakili sudut pandang pemilik kontainer. Dikembangkan sekenario alokasi dengan pendekatan PT Pelindo dominan dalam alokasi kontainer kosong dan shipping line sebagai pihak yang terkena dampak pengambilan keputusan dari pengelola terminal. Abstract

Abstract– This paper shows a simulation result from automatic lighting control system prototype. This system using AC voltage source coming from energy supply battery based Solar Power Plants (PLTS). Automatic lighting control system aimed to minimize the energy consumption of the battery use for room lighting lamp by utilizing the light came from outdoor.  The Controller used in this system was microcontroller ATMega16. The Controller system main function was to regulate the use of the lighting lamp in accordance with room by turning on or turning off the light as needed.The system maintained the room illumination light in a range of 250 – 300 lux. This range was based on the Indonesian National Standard (i.e. SNI 03-2396-2001) where the illumination for a classroom was standardized to be 250 lux. The system controlled the battery energy consumption in two way. Firstly, if there were people in the room, then the system would turn on the lighting lamp automatically or vice versa.  Secondly, the system turned on or turned off some lamps by adjusting amount of light entering from the outside room. These calculations were compared the power needed when there is no interfere lighting from outside to the room (classification I) or in this case the control device was not functioning. Average efficiency number of battery energy consumption for 6 hours base on 6 classification load was classification II was 1,48 Watt/hour, classification III was 2,46 Watt/hour, classification IV was 3,65 Watt/hour, classification V was 4,67 Watt/hour, classification VI was 6,3 Watt/hour and classification  VII was 8,59 Watt/hour. Relationship of energy consumption and battery supply endurance was as follows (classification II (6-7 hour), classification III (8-9 hour), classification IV (10-11 hour), classification V (12-13 hour), classification VI (18-19 hour). 10 Wp solar cell was used to recharge battery with a capacity of 5Ah and take 8 requires hours with 1,171 charging current average. Keywords– Battery, automation, led, prototype, solar power plant.

Abstract

Abstract– The area of oil palm plantations spread in 12 (twelve) regencies and 1 (one) city in West Kalimantan until 2016 has reached more than 1.4 million hectares. In addition to producing the main products of CPO, the oil palm plantation industry also produces biomass waste which, if not treated properly, will have adverse impacts on the environment. Solid waste from the processing of fresh fruit bunches can be utilized as fuel boiler driving steam turbine power plant. Liquid waste can be processed into biogas for fuel gas engines or gas turbines. While solid waste from stems and palm oil plant bark can be processed to produce bioethanol. Solid waste from the palm oil processing plant that has not been optimally utilized in the form of empty bunches of volumes reached more than 1.077.087 tons/ year and shell 301.584 tons/ year. Of these two solid wastes have the potential to generate energy of 21.826  TJ/yr. While liquid waste has the potential to produce methane gas of 66.779 on/year with a calorific valu of 3.606 TJ /yr. The total energy produced by solid and liquid waste is 25.432 TJ/yr. If used as fuel boiler or gas engine with heat transfer value into energy (efficiency) of 21,5%, will be generated electrical energy equal to 1,466,159 MWh/yr or equivalent with power plant with capacity more than 167 MW that operate throughout the year. From the processing of stem and oil palm plant stem if in every year re-planting of 4% of the plant area (48,344 ha), will potentially produce bioethanol 698.861 kL/yr. From utilization of palm oil processing waste as raw material of energy replacing fossil fuel will have positive impact to environment and potency to reduce CO2 emission up to 3,047,808 t-CO2/yr. Abstract

Abstract Photovoltaic (PV) is a well-established, proven technology with a substantial international industry network. And photovoltaic is increasingly more cost-effective compared with either extending the electrical grid or using generators in remote locations. Water pumping is one of the simplest and most appropriate uses for photovoltaic. From crop irrigation to domestic uses, photovoltaic-powered pumping systems meet a broad range of water needs. Most of these systems have the added advantage of storing water for use when the sun is not shining, eliminating the need for batteries, enhancing simplicity and reducing overall system costs. However, the high initial investment costs are still the main obstacle to application and dissemination of these systems. Abstract

Abstract– Comfortable air condition is an absolute must in a Rungan but should not leave the aspect of energy saving electricity. Audit of electrical energy in the air conditioning system is an alternative system of electric energy savings, thus obtained the proper AC specifications to be applied in the classroom at the University economics faculty Tanjungpura without leaving aspects of feasibility analysis, installation of air conditioners that have been adjusted. Also evaluates investment approach to Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) as the basis for the beginning of the feasibility of the approach requires techniques to determine the basic forecasts profits and costs is then compared with a profit of present value, using the prevailing interest rate. Installation of split AC inverter that has the appropriate obtained BCR net value obtained by 1.16 and the investment cost of Rp. 3. 850.000/ unit AC with BEP value of Rp 1,360,198,898 in year 2 the use of air conditioning. Therefore, the value of BCR ³ 1.00; then the Split AC inverter complies with the requirements of the room is considered beneficial. Based on the analysis of BCR can be concluded that the factors of energy consumption rates litrik and treatment is the key draw of investments in air conditioning units. Abstract

Abstract–Issues about the energy crisis and clean energy in the environment become an important issue. Energy that meets the above properties is solar energy. Utilization is highly dependent on climate and weather conditions in accordance with the geographical location of the place. Optimization of energy absorption needs to be done and this is usually done by conditioning or manipulating some parameters so that the level of energy absorption is more effective and efficient.This research is an expriment research by optimizing the absorption of heat energy to heat water according to climate and weather conditions in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The variable to be conditioned or arranged so that the maximum heat transfer rate is the flow rate of the water fluid to be heated.The experimental results show that the water flow rate of 2450 ccm DHW Loop side for SHW has a temperature difference value on the exit side of the heat exchanger which is smaller than the others. Abstract

Abstrak- Teknologi informasi saat ini memungkinkan berkembangnya teknik pemograman perangkat lunak yang mampu pendukung sistem informasi di segala bidang, tidak terkecuali bagi perguruan tinggi dalam melakukan tracer study terhadap lulusannya. Lulusan atau disebut alumni merupakan produk keberhasilan suatu perguruan tinggi. Peranan alumni dimasyarakat akan sangat membantu perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan berbagai hal baik di bidang akademik maupun kerjasama. Dengan tracer alumni, informasi mengenai alumni serta potensinya di masyarakat akan dengan mudah didapat sehingga perguruan tinggi dapat merealisasikan secara maksimal kontribusi alumni kepada almamaternya. Abstract

Jaringan syaraf tiruan adalah salah satu representasi dari Artificial Intelligence yang dapat melatih suatu sistem menjadi cerdas. Pada penelitian ini, jaringan syaraf tiruan akan dilatih dengan metode Backpropagation untuk menggantikan pengendali konvensional, yaitu pengendali PID yang diimplementasikan dengan Matlab. Dataset pelatihan jaringan syaraf tiruan diambil dari input dan output pengendali PID pada sebuah sistem closed loop. Dengan setpoint dan plant yang sama, jaringan syaraf tiruan dapat memiliki unjuk kerja yang menyerupai pengendali PID. Pengujian dilakukan dengan tools simulink di Matlab. Hasil data yang dilatih dapat dilihat dari grafik dan parameter pelatihan. Pada parameter pelatihan dapat menunjukkan jumlah epochs, validation checks dan gradient descent, sedangkan hasil grafik dapat menjelaskan informasi Performance, Training State dan Regression. Percobaan dilakukan dua kali, dengan gangguan luar dan tanpa gangguan luar. Hasil percobaan akan membandingan kestabilan dan kehandalan terhadap gangguan dari luar dibandingkan dengan pengendali PID.
