Abstract

Abstract– This research aim to develop information system management of countryside road in Kapuas Hulu. This study requires countryside roads data obtained from relevant agencies, field surveys and various reference sources. The study resulted a geographical information system management of countryside road in Kapuas Hulu. This system can give information countryside road pursuant to condition of road, and street function, and can show of countryside road pursuant to name of district, and equiped by program information conservancy of countryside road. Abstract

Abstract– PLTS Siding memiliki kapasitas setara 40 kWp dengan jumlah pelanggan yang tersambung sebanyak 52 pelanggan dan total beban sebesar 31.700 VA. Untuk mengetahui tingkat daya-guna  PLTS Terpusat (Off-Grid) Siding ditinjau dari kapasitas sistem PLTS dalam melayani kebutuhan tenaga listrik bagi masyarakat Desa Siding, perlu melakukan studi dan meneliti tentang unjuk kerja dari PLTS Terpusat Siding dengan mengevaluasi daya yang dibangkitkan PLTS Siding, menghitung kapasitas komponen PLTS yang terpasang, serta analisis kelayakan investasi PLTS Siding dengan metode : Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), dan Payback Periode. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kapasitas komponen-komponen PLTS Siding masih layak digunakan untuk pelayanan beban. Perhitungan biaya investasi awal untuk PLTS Siding sebesar Rp. 2.662.800.000,00, diperoleh biaya energi (cost of energy) PLTS Siding sebesar Rp. 4.600,00/kWh. Hasil analisis kelayakan investasi menunjukkan bahwa investasi PLTS Siding sebagai sumber tenaga listrik di Kecamatan Siding termasuk layak untuk dilaksanakan. Dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan PLTS Terpusat Siding melalui penambahan beban sehingga terjadi penambahan pemakaian energi harian sebesar 226,24 kWh/hari, akan menurunkan biaya energi PLTS Siding sebesar Rp. 4.600/kWh menjadi 3.500/kWh.  Keywords-  PLTS, insolasi matahari, charge controller, inverter, cost of energy

Abstract

Abstract Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi berkembang cukup pesat dan menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi baru yang senantiasa terus berubah ke arah yang lebih baik. Informasi menjadi kata kunci dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Siapa yang dapat menguasai informasi, baik penguasaan dalam proses penyajian, maupun mendapatkan, akan bisa tampil survive di tengah persaingan yang sedemikian ketat. Dengan alasan inilah perhatian terhadap proses informasi menjadi sangat ditekankan. Abstract

This paper deals with power injection on single phase grid connected inverter. The simple method is introduced to understand the concept of grid connected systems. A phase Lock Loop (PLL) method estimates the phase-angle of grid system. The output of PLL is used to defines Iref , and the current of inverter becomes a feedback (IL). Both current are derived to produce PWM using current mode controller method. As long as the grid system on fault condition like voltage distortion, therefore the single-phase inverter that connected into the grid should change the role and keep stabilization. The voltages sag and swell are the possible conditions that occurred on a power system. Voltage Sag is an event where the line voltage decreases from the nominal line-voltage for a short period of time. Voltage swell is the event when the line voltage increase from the nominal line voltage. By using PSIM software, the injection and absorption of power into a grid system is verified during a voltage sag, swell, and normal. The simulation shows voltage grid vg, current inverter iinv, current grid, active power P, reactive power Q. The waveform of the measured parameter is analized to define the role of inverter toward grid. the The result shows performance of the proposed inverter to absorb reactive power during swell, and inject reactive power when sagging.

Abstract

Abstract Demand Side Management (DSM) bertujuan memodifikasi pemakaian energi sehingga diperoleh efisiensi energi yang maksimal. Memodifikasi prosedur operasional peralatan listrik dengan cara yang lebih efektif juga merupakan strategi dalam memperoleh efisiensi energi. Konsumen energi listrik akan mendapatkan kepuasan dengan diterapkannya strategi DSM ini. Penerapan teknik kendali beban terpusat pada peralatan PT. Matahari Pontianak Indah Mal (PT. MPIM) merupakan salah satu tujuan penerapan DSM yang akan memberikan keuntungan berupa penghematan daya dan energi listrik. Skenario kendali beban terpusat yang diterapkan dalam tesis ini mendapatkan penghematan daya listrik yang semula bekerja 1,06MW per hari menjadi 0,65 MW per hari, terjadi penghematan sebesar 38,46% per hari. Strategi DSM yang akan diterapkan pada PT. MPIM adalah pada peralatan AHU (Air Handling Unit). Untuk mencapai tujuan efisiensi energi tersebut maka seluruh perangkat-perangkat AHU baik pada FCU maupun Blower (tombol-tombol, sensor-sensor, dan kontaktor-kontaktor) perlu dimonitor secara terpusat di ruang kendali utama. Dengan memperhatikan status tombol, sensor dan kontaktor maka teknisi dapat mengetahui jumlah AHU yang aktif dan yang mengalami gangguan. Suatu program monitor yang interaktif dibuat dengan kode sumber Program Delphi, dan dengan menggunakan koneksi kartu PPI 8255 program tersebut dapat berhubungan dengan peralatan diluar komputer, inilah cara untuk mengakomidasi penerapan kendali beban terpusat ini. Abstract

Abstract– Paloh Temajuk Village District of Sambas district is one of the villages bordering with Sarawak (East Malaysia). One potential seafood commodity  of Temajuk Village is a jellyfish. Problems faced by fishermen today is prices of dried jellyfish continue to fall. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to process jellyfish to increase the sale value. Terms of quality and food safety testing shall be in accordance with the type of chemical test (SNI 7690.1-201 Shredded Fish products). Abstract

Abstrak- Data pegawai merupakan salah satu informasi penting dalam sebuah instansi, karena data tersebut menyangkut data pribadi, data pendidikan dan data prestasi dan konstribusi selama bekerja di suatu perusahaan. Berhasilnya tidak suatu perusahaan ditentukan oleh pegawai yang bersangkutan, sehingga data pegawai tersebut harus dirancang seefektif mungkin agar memudahkan dalam pencarian data pegawai untuk keperluan tertentu. Beberapa keperluannya seperti pemeriksaan daftar data keseluruhan pegawai dan pemeriksaan kenaikan gaji berkala dan kenaikan pangkat yang biasanya diperiksa setiap sebulan sekali secara manual dengan membongkar arsip-arsip data pegawai untuk mengetahui pegawai yang akan mendapat kenaikan. Sistem informasi kepegawaian, diharapkan dapat menutupi kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada dan menyajikan data pegawai secara sistematis, salah satunya seperti menyajikan informasi lengkap seorang pegawai yang dapat ditinjau/diperiksa dan dicetak sewaktu-waktu. Abstract

Abstract- Electrical protection systems in Landak Regent office is inadequate and not well integrated. The analysis shows that external protection of Landak Regent office consisting of a single lightning rod installed on the building, has not been able to protect whole of the office building. Landak Regent office building length is 161,50 meters, while the calculation of lightning protection radius obtained by 73,46 meters. The results shows that there is part of Regent office building that have not been protected by the lightning rod or outside the cone incline of 7,29 meters on the left side and 7,29 meters on the right side, so we need to add another electrostatic lightning rod by changing the electrostatic lightning rod installation position on the edge of the left side and the right side of the building or increase the height of the lightning rod. Lightning rod conductor installed on Landak Regent office was meet the standart of PUIL Indonesia published in the year 2000 and meet the standard of PUIPP Indonesia which using BC 50 copper wire without insulation. The grounding resistance value is 7,8 ?, so that can be declared not good. Solution for a small grounding resistance value is by increasing the depth of the earth electrode, increasing the number of electrodes and parallelize those electrode implanted. Internal protection in the form of overvoltage protection on the computer network (LAN) LPSE room currently not ideal, because the protection which installed only using UPS. To improve the reliability of lightning protection at computer network (LAN) LPSE room, overvoltage arresters should be installed in the line before it goes into the equipment. Abstract

Abstract One of the main processing cassava into Modified Cassava Flour (mocaf) is slicing . So far, operators still do slicing cassava using manual tools with hand gestures repetitive. Its effect, operators complain of stiffness , pain in the arm muscles and fatigue , frequent breaks so that consequently the operator takes a long time to clice of cassava . Therefore, the authors intend to design a slicer machine wake cassava based anthropometric workers , so that workers can work safely , comfortable , healthy , in accordance with the principles of ergonomics so as to reduce musculoskeletal complaints and save time slicing to be more efficient and effective. Given method is to use a questionnaire measuring musculoskelatal complaint Nordic Body Map ( NBM ) and processing time slicing the operator using a stop watch before and after using the machine slicing of cassava . Then designing wake slicer tool cassava using anthropometric data operator, and the operator ergonomics intervention. The results achieved in this research is the machine slicer of cassava that adjusted for anthropometric data of workers. Scores of workers experienced musculoskeletal complaints was 17.08 before the intervention , after the intervention decreased with score of 2.77. and cassava processing time using a manual perajangan 18 min/kg, after using the machine chopper dropped to 2.12 min/kg . Abstract

Abstract– Desa  Temajuk  located in  Kecamatan Paloh of Sambas District is one of the  villages  directly  borders to the Sarawak    (East Malaysia). Jellyfish is a marine commodities that considerable  potential in the  village.  Problem  faced by fishermen is the decline of the price of dried jellyfish that impacted on the income of the fishermen. The selling price of Jellyfish in 2012 is Rp.28.000.000/ton, whereas in 2013 the price dropped to Rp.17500000/ton. It is needed a jellyfish processing to increase the storage time, so that the selling price could be higher. This research aims is to design and build a flour making machine of jellyfish. The laboratory test results on the jellyfish flour contain 6,3%  of water, 4,9 of ash, 14,2% of crude fiber, 12,4% of fat, 82,2mg/L of potassium, 52,6mg/L of Phosphorus and 8,7% of NaCl.
