Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion and direct marketing on the sales volume of Yammy Babeh's cassava chips products. The research method used is a quantitative method with associative research type. Respondents consisted of 100 people who followed Krispy Yammy Babeh's Instagram account, had made purchases, and were fully willing to be involved in the research process. Based on the findings, analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the independent variables, namely sales promotion (X1) and direct marketing (X2) through social media Instagram on the dependent variable, namely Sales Volume (Y). Sales promotion activities to introduce products can be carried out massively and continuously to make it easier for customers or potential customers to know more details about the products being sold. Yammy Babeh's online direct marketing activities in all online media, including Instagram, are able to attract consumers to make purchases.

Abstract

This report analyzes the financial position (Balance Sheet) and the income statement of the mining sector, comparing reports that ended as of December 31, 2018 and 2017. Data in this report represent four mining sizes and three types of mining sub-sectors. This study aims to provide an overview and find out the financial performance of mining sector companies with measuring tools or indicators used in measuring the financial performance of the mining sector is the annual financial statement financial ratios. Quantitative approaches are used in data analysis and then the results of data analysis are done descriptively with secondary data obtained from financial statements to illustrate the findings of the analysis results related to the data. The results of the discussion found that the financial performance of companies grouped by size and type in the mining sector 2017 and 2018 seemed to be with a fluctuating ratio, this was due to an increase or decrease in financial statement items, for example in cash, debt, sales, inventory, profits , and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, (2) the effect of transactional leadership on employee performance, and (3) the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership simultaneously on employee performance. The subjects of this study were all employees of PT. Glostar Indonesia 1 located at Cikembar Sukabumi. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The method of collecting data through a survey using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership style has effect on employee performance. (2) transactional leadership style has effect on employee performance. 3) simultaneously transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style have effect on employee performance. Further research is needed by this company so that employees will able to produce high performance.

Abstract

Analisis ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melihat kinerja Subsektor Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menggunakan metode common size dan rasio keuangan. Rasio keuangan menggunakan rasio likuiditas (CR, QR, dan rasio kas), solvabilitas (DAR dan DER), aktivitas (perputaran total aset dan perputaran persediaan), dan profitabilitas (GPM, NPM, dan ROE). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Subsektor Transportasi untuk periode 2017-2018 yang dipublikasikan di situs BEI. Sumber teori diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian sejenis yang diperoleh dari jurnal penelitian. Simpulan dari analisis ini adalah perusahaan Subsektor Transportasi tergolong kurang baik sehingga hasilnya tidak sesuai dengan standar industri. Untuk perhitungan yang menggunakan common size, menunjukkan bahwa aset dan ekuitas menurun, sedangkan kewajiban meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service and product quality on customer loyalty of Telkomsel Provider in Sukabumi City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data through survey technique. The research location is in the city of Sukabumi, West Java. The number of research respondents may be 99 providers of Telkomsel users with a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument (questionnaire) using the validity test and reliability test. The test uses multiple hypothesis analysis, which consists of the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable (X1) partially does not have a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable (Y) Telkomsel provider, the product quality variable (X2) partially. simultaneous influence on customer loyalty (Y) Telkomsel provider and variables of service quality and product quality simultaneously affect customer loyalty.
