Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak disiplin kerja terhadap kompensasi, dampak kompetensi karyawan terhadap kompensasi, dan dampak disiplin kerja dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kompensasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Selabintana. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi dengan nilai 4,260 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi dengan nilai 6,529 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompensasi dengan nilai 281,549 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

In regard with the Indonesian economy, the cooperative as one of the business entities that have the objective to stabilize the Indonesian economy and as one of the drivers of Indonesia's economic growth, is required to improve the work performance of human resources. In Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sejahtera Bersama (KSP-SB) branch of Sukabumi, it was found that there was a decrease in employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sejahtera Bersama (KSP-SB) in Sukabumi. A model was designed where employee performance as dependent variable, motivation and job satisfaction as independent variables. Methods of data analysis using a population sample where the number of samples is less than one hundred people as many as 35 employees. Quality testing instruments techniques include test validity and reliability testing, classical assumptions, and techniques of data analysis using descriptive analysis and correlation, while for hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis, T test , and F test using SPSS program. The result of ttest (partially) shows that motivation do not have a significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi. In this study using two independent variables namely financial incentives as (X1) and non-financial incentives as (X2) and work motivation as the dependent variable (Y) which has the purpose of knowing: (1) the effect of financial incentives on employee work motivation, (2) the effect of non-financial incentives on employee work motivation, and (3) the effect of financial incentives and non-financial incentives on employee work motivation. The research method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar as research respondents totaling 63 people. Quality testing techniques used by researchers are by testing validity and reliability. For data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, while to test the hypothesis the researcher uses multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the calculation of the data that has been processed using the SPSS 25 program shows that (1) financial incentives has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) non-financial incentives has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and (3) simultaneously financial and non-financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction products at Rabbani outlet Kota Sukabumi. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples. The instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and correlation, while for hypothesis testing using path analysis. The first result on customer satisfaction shows that brand image has no direct effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality and price directly affect on customer satisfaction. The second result on customer loyalty shows that brand image, product quality and price directly had no effect on customer loyalty. This research is expected to help companies in applying the marketing mix that is adjusted to the conditions in the company environment so that it can be implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of lifestyle and brand image to purchase decision. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and literature. The population in this study are all students of SMAN 3 Sukabumi City that uses smartphone iPhone product. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Sukabumi City, West Java-Indonesia. With sample size of 100 respondents drawn by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, the results of significance test the effect simultaneously with the F test, lifestyle and brand image together or simultaneously, have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Based on the test results of the partial effect by t test, that all independent variables, namely lifestyle and brand image have positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in the number of customers in the last 3 (three) years which indicates a decrease in customer loyalty to Indosat Ooredo. With the existing problems, this study aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on Indosat Ooredo's internet customer loyalty in Sukabumi. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, using a sample of 100 Indosat Ooredoo internet users in Sukabumi. The results of the study show that R square value is 67.1%, which indicates customer loyalty is determined positively and significantly by product quality and product quality with a regression equation Y = 4,709 + 0,100 X1 + 0,288 X2. Simultaneous analysis results show that price and product quality affect customer loyalty. The t test shows that there is no partial effect between the price of Indosat Ooredo Internet Loyalty Customers in Sukabumi. Partially there is a positive and significant effect between Product Quality on Indosat Ooredo's Internet Customer Loyalty in Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the dimensions or variables, brand image and personal selling to purchase intention. Design / methodology / approach: The research method used survey method using questionnaires distributed to 118 sample. While quality testing instruments Techniques include test validity and reliability testing. And techniques of data analysis using descriptive analysis and correlation, while to test the hypothesis, partial analysis (T test) and simultaneous (F test) are used. Results: Where as the two independent variables have a significant positive impact on purchase intention which is the brand image and personal selling. Study limitations / implications: The analysis was only performed on one branch and only two dimensions or variables are tested. Expected application of the marketing mix can be formulated and adapted to local environmental conditions and culture in order to be implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying, (2) Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying, (3) Shopping Lifestyle and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying. The population and sample used in this study are 100 online shopee consumers who always do Impulse Buying. The data collection technique in this research is to use primary data sources from several questionnaires. The prerequisite tests for this study were the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the hoeteroscedasticity test. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on impulse buying. Hedonic shopping motivation has not effect on impulse buying. Simultaneously, shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation have an effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan, (2) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dan (4) Apakah variabel kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakt Desa Cisitu, dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Uji Efek Mediasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan. (2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat. (3) Motivasi secara Positif berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat, dan (4) Kualitas pelayanan merupakan variabel yang dapat memediasi pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian lebih lanjut dibutuhkan oleh instansi ini agar pegawai mampu meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik pada masyarakat Desa Cisitu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Sukabumi sebagai responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan profesionalisme pegawai. profesionalisme kerja, dan komitmen terhadap organisasi untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas kinerja pegawai.
