Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability to the performance of social service officers in the district of South Tapanuli, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze The influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability to the performance of social service employees of the District of South Tapanuli. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, inquiry lists and documentation studies. The samples in this study were as many as 32 employees. Variables are measured at Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. results of the test in Unison indicate that the work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability have significant effect on the performance of officers in the social service office in the District of South Tapanuli regency with a value of Fcount 15,929 Ftable 2.90 and significance value of 0.000b. The Adjusted number of R Square is 0. 591 or (59.1%) Indicates that the percentage of contributions influenced by independent variables (work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability) on dependent variables (employee performance) of 59.1%. Partially, the work discipline significantly affects the performance of officers in the social service office of the District of South Tapanuli regency with a value of tcount ttable (3,990 2,037) and a significance value of 0. 000. The organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the social Service office of South Tapanuli regency with a value of tcount ttable (2,717 2,037) and significance value of 0. 011. Work capability significantly affects the employee 's performance in the social service office of the South Tapanuli district with a value of tcount ttable (3,135 2,037) and a significance value of 0. 004. The Highest value of a regression coefficient is a working discipline variable (X1) of 0. 494 or 43.0% and is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance in the social service office of South Tapanuli District

Abstract

Problem of this study it is influence of leadership on performance. It is influence of employees maturity on performance. It is influence of work environment on performance. It is influence leadership, employees maturity and work environment on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  leadership on   performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.    Employees maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.     Work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.   Leadership, employees maturity and work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

Problem of this study is how influence of   teacher’s maturity on  teacher’s performance. How influence of job environment on  teacher’s performance. How influence of head leadership of madrasah on teacher’s performance. How influence  teacher’s maturity, job environment and   head leadership of madrasah on  teacher’s performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of teacher’s maturity on  teacher’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job environment on  teacher’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of   head leadership of madrasah on  teacher’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of teacher’s maturity, job environment and   head leadership of madrasah on  teacher’s performance. Sample in the study is 52 teacher’s . Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study indicate teacher’s maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on  teacher’s performance.  Teacher’s job environment variable has a positive and significant effect on  teacher’s performance.   Head leadership of madrasah variable has a positive and significant effect on  teacher’s performance.   The teacher’s maturity, job environment and head leadership of madrasah variable has a positive and significant effect on  teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Today, the presence of the urban informal sector is considered one of the emerging economic sectors as a result of the city's high employment growth situation. Those who enter this small-scale business, initially aimed at finding job opportunities and creating income. Identify the distribution of informal sector of Pematangsiantar City, using data from plotting surveys using GPS (Global Positioning System). The distribution of business actors / informal sector activities is identified based on the number of samples taken in conjunction with the dissemination of questionnaires. The number of samples itself is determined using sampling method. The calculation itself is done by means of the number of respondents who choose one of the variables divided by the total number of respondents, namely 50 (fifty) correspondents. Weighting on internal factors of importance is based on the large influence of strategic factors on its strategic position (Freddy Rangkuti, 2001 : 22-24). The number of weights on each internal factor must amount to = 1 (one) : Total Internal Score → Total Strength Weight + Total Weight Weakness = 1. While the value of weight according to Freddy Rangkuti (2001: 22-24) and Training Spama (2000: 13-14) based on the following provisions: "Scale 1.0 (very important) up to 0.0 (not important)". The average weight value depends on the number of strategic factors (5-10 strategic factors) used After doing the analysis, it can be known that in strengths variables that have the highest sub total is creativity with a value of 0.640. And for weaknesses that have the highest sub total is the source of capital with a value of 0.270. Conclusions based on the results of identification and analysis of the Study of Development and Informal Sector Of Pematangsiantar City, then some conclusions that can be drawn as follows, the Internal Development factor of informal sector of the City of Pematangsiantar consists of several factors of strengths and weaknesses. Variables of the strength of the informal sector of Pematangsiantar City are: motivation, creativity, many kinds / types of business, small capital, and work experience. The variables of the weakness of the informal sector of pematangsiantar city are: level of education, lack of permits, availability of raw materials, facilities and infrastructure, as well as sources of capital

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of human relations, work discipline and work environment on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research were all employees, amounting to 81 people. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. The results showed that : 1) Human relations had a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 4) Human relations, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Human relations, work discipline and work environment have the ability to explain its effect on employee performance variables of 64.0%, while the remaining 36.0% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this research.

How influence job attitude, self ability and job stress on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job attitude on   performance. Abstract

The Formulation of this research is how the professional commitment, work attitude, and occupational stress to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of professional commitment, work attitude, and occupational stress to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, inquiry lists and documentation studies. The samples in this study were as many as 95 employees. Variables are measured at Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The Results of the test in Unison showed that professional commitment, work attitude, and occupational stress demonstrated a very noticeable influence to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police, with the value Fcount 50,032 Ftable 2.70 and significance value of 0.000b. Adjusted number of R Square by 0. 610 or (61%) indicates that the percentage of contribution of independent variable influence (profession commitment, work attitude, and occupational stress) to the dependent variable (employee performance) was 61%. Partially, the commitment of the profession positively influence to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police with a value of tcount ttable (7,876 1,985) and a significance value of 0.000. Working attitude is positive and significant to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police, with the value tcount ttable (7,006 1,985) and significance value of 0. 00. Work stress is negatively and significantly affected by the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police with a value of tcount ttable (-3,352 1,985) and the significance value of 0. 001. The highest value of a regression coefficient is a professional commitment (X1) of 0. 529 or 52.9% and is the most dominant variable affecting to the performance of Medical And Health Officers Of The North Sumatera Region Police.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of teaching experience, work ethics and teaching motivation on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research were all employees, amounting to 55 teachers. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. The results showed that : 1) Teaching Experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of tcount (2.161) ttable (1.675) and the probability level of 0.035 0.05; 2) Work Ethics has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of tcount (2.225) ttable (1.675) and probability value of 0.031 0.05; 3) Teaching Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value tcount (6.341) ttable (1.675) and probability value of 0.000 0.05; 4) Teaching experience, work ethic and teaching motivation are positive and significant to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of Fcount (24,977) Ftable (2,786) and probability 0,000 0.05. Teaching experience, work ethic and teaching motivation explain its influence on teacher performance by 57.1%, while the remaining 42.9% is requested by other variables not examined in this research.
