Abstract

Information technology nowadays is developing very rapidly, especially in the tourism sector. The use of technology in the tourism sector has made Traveloka's services popular because they can be accessed easily, quickly and reliably. The Traveloka service provides a service where users can order plane tickets from various airlines that collaborate with Traveloka with different price variants. This service makes it easier for people to enjoy their holidays and find out plane ticket prices easily. This research used data collection through questionnaires and obtained 30 respondents. Then a validity and reliability test is carried out to measure the quality level of a statement, after which a maturity level calculation will be carried out to analyze whether Traveloka's services are good enough to carry out service operations in the community. This research uses the ITIL V3 framework to analyze Traveloka services, especially in the Service Operation domain, which consists of 5 subdomains, namely the maturity level in the Event Management subdomain gets a value of 4.41, the maturity level in the Incident Management subdomain gets a value of 4.22, then for the Problem subdomain Management got a maturity level of 4.17, then for the Request Fulfillment subdomain the maturity level got a value of 4.21 and finally for the Access Management subdomain it got a maturity level of 4.30. So it can be seen that based on the results of the maturity level calculation it can be stated that all subdomains are at the Managed Level.

Abstract

In today's practical digital era, this has fueled the presence of companies operating in the field of technology-based logistics services, for example J&T Cargo. One of the industries currently developing in Indonesia is the logistics transportation services industry due to the growth of e-commerce over the last decade. J&T is a logistics company that helps customers pack and send their goods. J&T cargo e-tracking is a service used to track package information, track outlets and also check postage which can be done independently without having to go to the outlet, making it easier for consumers to obtain information quickly and more efficiently. This research focuses on the COBIT 5.0 domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) framework which aims to obtain the level of satisfaction of users of the J&T Cargo E-Tracking service. So the research results show that the lowest current maturity level value in the DSS domain is the DSS02 process, namely at level 3 (Established Process) and the other 5, namely DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06 are at level 4 (Predictable process). From the results of measuring the maturity level, the as-is and to-be values ​​are obtained which will be the targets for IT governance of E-tracking services at J&T Cargo.

Abstract

Currently, companies operating in the motorbike sector are experiencing a decline in sales of spare part products and are not appropriate in determining the promotional strategies given to customers. A lot of transaction data is used as a reference for selling products at capital prices which only results in small profits. If it is still not sold, the incoming goods are delayed because the capital has not been returned. Therefore, a system is needed to process information data more quickly and precisely in predicting motorbike sales patterns using a priori algorithm data mining applications. The results of calculations using the a priori algorithm show that if a consumer buys a Yamaha lower arm and tires then the support value = 23.33 and the confidence value = 77.78 and if the consumer buys a Yamaha lower arm and AC filter then the support value = 26.67 and the confidence value = 72.72. The research objective is to predict and analyze motorbike sales patterns implemented on a desktop-based application. This is to make it easier to analyze the competitiveness of the best-selling motorcycle products simultaneously. As a recommendation for decision makers to improve marketing and promotion of better motorbike products.

Abstract

In the context of regional development and decision making related to determining the best village, the use of a Decision Support System (DSS) with the application of the Entropy and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) algorithms is a very important approach. The main objective of this research is to propose and implement a method that utilizes the Entropy algorithm to evaluate criteria weights and ARAS to rank villages based on predetermined criteria. This approach begins the process by identifying relevant criteria to determine the best village in an area. Next, the Entropy algorithm is used to measure the level of importance or relative weight of each predetermined criterion. This step helps in assessing how informative each criterion is in the decision-making process regarding determining the best Village. After determining the criteria weights using Entropy, the approach continues with the application of the ARAS method. ARAS is used to rank villages based on normalized values ​​from previously determined criteria. The data normalization process is carried out to ensure the validity of comparisons between villages. The final result of this approach is a ranking of villages indicating the best villages based on the criteria considered. This method was tested in a case study using a dataset involving a number of relevant criteria for assessing village development potential. Experimental results show that the use of the Entropy and ARAS algorithms in the Decision Support System provides an effective and informative framework for decision makers in determining the best Village. In conclusion, this approach provides a solid foundation to support a more effective and precise decision-making process in regional development based on clearly defined criteria.

Abstract

Smoking is an activity that can have a bad impact on health, both for yourself and for others. This is because there are various kinds of ingredients that are dangerous to health, there are 4000 types of chemicals found in cigarettes, starting from nicotine and other substances that can cause cancer in humans. The dataset obtained from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) can be utilized by using K-Means Clustering to determine the grouping of smokers aged more than 15 years in each region. The grouping of smokers aged over 15 years can be seen through 3 clusters, Cluster 1 is the highest level of smoking in 10 provinces out of 34 provinces studied, Cluster 2 is the medium level with 15 provinces out of 34 provinces studied, and Cluster 3 is the lowest level. with 9 Provinces.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology, aspects of life have become dependent on the era of globalization, especially for business people. To support the economy, investment is an important step that must be taken. Generally, basic principles are needed to decide on investment steps in the form of shares in order to obtain maximum profits. The value of investing in the capital market requires sufficient information, experience, and business sense to analyze which investments to buy, which to sell, and which to keep. The value of shares is difficult for investors to predict with potential shares, so investors need to carry out investment trend analysis and for companies to first determine their investment policy model so that they make investment decisions in accordance with what is most expected with the level of risk tolerance limits. Analysis of investment information is useful for determining the value of the shares to be selected and to find out the expected rate of return to determine the investment strategy that will be carried out. Making decision support using several criteria that will be part of the strategy in determining potential shares. A decision support system is a decision that can help, speed up and simplify the decision making process. Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a method that can assist in making decisions regarding several alternative decisions that must be taken with several criteria that will be taken into consideration.

Abstract

Smartschool is a school concept that uses information and communication technology (ICT) to support the learning and assessment process in the classroom. As is the case at SMA Negeri 22 which already uses information technology in the form of online-based exam applications, one of which uses Qualitiva for the end-of-semester exam process. The research was conducted with the aim of improving the quality of service in the Qualitiva online-based exam application. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that the implementation of the ITIL 3 framework in the qualitative online exam application can provide improved service management at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang by using the ITIL 3 Service Management Lifecycle which includes service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations, and service monitoring. Thus, based on the results of the smart school analysis, final semester exam service management in the Qualitiva application using the ITIL version 3 framework at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang can ensure that the services provided meet user needs and can be run effectively and efficiently. Qualitiva is provided by the SMA Negeri School. 22 Palembang based on IT can meet user needs and can be run effectively and efficiently in order to improve school management services at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang.

Abstract

Motorcycles are a predominant mode of transportation in Indonesian society, comprising 84.5% of the total transportation vehicles in 2021 according to national BPS data. Despite providing convenience in mobility, motorcycles are susceptible to disturbances or damages that can hinder normal usage and potentially lead to accidents. Many motorcycle riders lack knowledge or awareness regarding potential issues with their motorcycles. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the certainty factor method in an expert system for identifying motorcycle malfunctions, with a focus on Giska Servis workshop. The certainty factor method serves as a reasoning tool to determine identification outcomes based on identified symptoms. The results of this study are expected to contribute to facilitating motorcycle riders in diagnosing symptoms of malfunctions in their vehicles. The certainty factor method offers a systematic and structured approach to identifying motorcycle issues. Through the implementation of this method, the research attempts to measure the success rate of the expert system in diagnosing malfunctions. Data from the identification results at Giska Servis workshop will be comprehensively analyzed to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of the certainty factor method in this context.By highlighting the success of this method, this research is expected to provide valuable insights for the development of expert systems for motorcycle issue identification. The findings of this study can serve as a guide for workshops and motorcycle users to enhance understanding and management of vehicle issues, thereby minimizing the potential for accidents and extending the lifespan of motorcycles.

Abstract

It must be realized that customer satisfaction is the main goal for companies in developing their business. Because customers' opinions written on social media will have a big influence on the company and potential customers. In its development, it is increasingly found in various online media, one of which is Tokopedia. Product reviews are an important source of information regarding quality, service and delivery from both consumers and manufacturers. With a very large amount of data for each product on Tokopedia, analyzing and concluding product review information will definitely take a lot of time if done manually. To overcome this, a sentiment analysis system is needed that can automatically extract important information that can objectively determine product quality and handle large amounts of textual information. The sentiment analysis system consists of several stages, namely crawling, pre-processing, word weighting, and sentiment classification. By applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm through selecting range and frequency features, accuracy, accuracy and recall results will be obtained using the Confusion Matrix test. The dataset used is from the kaggle.com site regarding customer sentiment on health products with the type of mask. using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm Method to determine the sentiment of user reviews by classifying 2 positive and negative classes using the NLP approach produces an accuracy value of 88%.

Abstract

Gigi dan mulut merupakan organ vital yang memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan manusia. Kelainan pada gigi dan mulut dapat menjadi pemicu penyakit lain dalam tubuh. Pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut ditekankan, terutama mengingat fungsinya yang esensial dalam berbicara, menjaga bentuk wajah, dan mengunyah makanan. Sayangnya, dengan perkembangan zaman, pola makan yang tidak sehat, seperti konsumsi makanan siap saji tinggi gula, garam, dan lemak, dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penyakit gigi dan mulut sering disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme, dan pengetahuan terbatas tentang gejala-gejala penyakit ini dapat menjadi hambatan untuk diagnosis dini. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode certainty factor dalam sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit gigi dan mulut. Metode ini memungkinkan evaluasi tingkat keyakinan pakar terhadap data yang dianalisis, memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi dalam situasi kompleks. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pandangan pakar dokter gigi dan mulut, yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang mencukupi. Sistem pakar yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meniru proses penalaran seorang pakar dalam memecahkan masalah spesifik dalam bidang gigi dan mulut. Dengan memanfaatkan certainty factor, sistem ini dapat menyediakan solusi yang lebih dapat diandalkan dan memberikan kontribusi pada upaya pencegahan serta penanganan dini penyakit gigi dan mulut.
