Abstract

Information technology has greatly facilitated our various activities, such as finding food, finding locations, using online motorcycle taxis, discussing online, and sending goods. The Tilongkabila Prosperous Citizens Cooperative is one of the cooperatives that aims to provide money-lending services for the community around the Bone Bolango district. Location Based Service is a service that can be accessed through a smartphone, which can detect the user's location and provide information about places around them based on the current location. The cooperative has many employees called Mantri. Mantri's job is to do billing. The need for supervision of orderlies who are working using Location Based Services (LBS) provides various significant benefits for cooperatives. Research objectives Supervision of orderlies at the Tilongkabila Prosperous Citizens Cooperative is carried out to ensure compliance with duties, prevent abuse of working time, increase effectiveness and productivity, and ensure transparency and accountability. With effective supervision, cooperatives can immediately identify and address problems, improve the quality of service to customers, and assist in the evaluation of orderly performance. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, which describes the process of making a system carried out linearly and sequentially, similar to a waterfall that flows in the direction from one stage to the next. The results showed that Location Service (LBS) for orderly supervision at the Tilongkabila Prosperous Citizens Cooperative increased task compliance, reduced abuse of working time, and increased effectiveness and productivity. LBS enables more transparent and accountable real-time monitoring, making it easier to identify and resolve issues. The quality of service to customers increases because orderlies can serve more efficiently and on time, increasing customer satisfaction. Orderly performance evaluations are becoming more structured and data-driven, supporting better development and training decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and develop Augmented Reality-based interactive learning media for plant structure and function material using the Android-based Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Kutasari with research subjects of grade IV students. The application development process follows the Multimedia Development Life Cycle stages, starting from conceptualisation, design, material collection, assembly, testing, to distribution. Functionality testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all application functions run well and as expected without any errors. Usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) produces an average score of 79.83%, which is included in the ‘A’ category with a feasibility level of ‘Good’ and accepted by users. This Augmented Reality application provides three-dimensional visualisation that makes it easier for students to understand the concepts taught, and also increases student interaction and involvement in the teaching and learning process. Suggestions made for further development include the implementation of this Augmented Reality application on various other learning materials in elementary schools, the addition of new features for a more diverse learning experience, training for teachers to make optimal use of the application, as well as regular evaluation and collection of feedback for improvement and development of the application.

Abstract

For those who want an authentic taste of the typical Tegal cuisine, Warkop Bu Haji is the top choice theme. They can enjoy gourmet gourmets as well as traditional drinks such as coffee, tea, and fresh drinks with naturally produced fruits. Warkop Mother Haji wants to use new technology to improve service for operations and customer experience. Warp owners are looking for creative solutions in this digital age, when the demand for ease and speed of ordering food is rising. The focus of the research is a food ordering system that uses barcode scanning and the latest technology to improve the user experience. By using a mobile device to scan the barcode on the table, customers can easily order food. We work hard to ensure that our customers have a satisfactory and effective experience. Due to technological developments and changing consumer preferences, digital food ordering apps are becoming increasingly popular. This research is important because it allows customers to order food easily and quickly. User/User Interface (UI/UX) design and technical functionality are crucial. The research uses the Design thinking Method, which prioritizes users in innovative solutions. Prototype research involved 15 customer respondents and 1 partner respondent. The prototype design value for the customer was 86.6%, and the customer questionnaire score was 97.1%. The prototipe design score for the partner was 90%, and partner questionnary value was 91.6%. The research is expected to be beneficial to Warkop Mother Haji and industry. With a better customer experience, it is expected to improve the reputation and expand the customer base.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a tourist ticket booking application with Android base using Extreme Programming method, which was conducted in Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, Lampung. The process of developing this application through several stages, namely planning, design, coding, testing, and distribution. Testing the application using the Black Box Testing method concluded that all features and functions of the application run well as expected without any errors. In the Blackox testing calculation above, a total percentage of 100% was obtained. Therefore it can be concluded that the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park tour ticket booking application is indicated to be very feasible and can be used properly. This application is designed to make it easier for tourists to order tickets online and help the manager of Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park in managing tickets and visitors more effectively and efficiently. This application is also expected to improve visitor experience and comfort by providing complete tourist information and better accessibility. Suggestions for further development include the addition of more diverse payment methods, integration of automatic ticket output features in the form of barcodes and scans, and regular application maintenance to reduce potential errors. Thus, this application is expected to be an effective and efficient solution in ticket management and increase the number of tourist visits to Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park

Abstract

To get the right employees and in accordance with the criteria of the company or agency is certainly not easy. Therefore, to get the employees desired by the company or agency, a selection of prospective IT staff in a company is needed so that later the company or agency will get competent IT staff in accordance with their field. The large number of applicants in the company makes it difficult for companies to experience obstacles and difficulties in choosing prospective IT staff. In the selection process, it is often influenced by subjective factors that can lead to the election of incompetent employees. For this reason, an information system is needed that can help companies in selecting prospective IT staff. This system is known as a decision support system. for this study, the Preference Selection Index method is used based on several studies that have been published. Abstract

Human resources or employees in a company organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. Having employees with good performance in a company does not just come from the employees themselves but there must also be a role from the company. Providing rewards to employees is one factor that can be used as a basis for providing motivation to employees. Performance appraisal is a process of measuring the results of work provided by employees, where this assessment will later provide results on who the best employees have the best performance to get rewards from the company. The problem that often occurs is that selecting the best employees or evaluating employee performance is based on subjective factors, which of course is detrimental to other employees and also has an impact on the company. Decision Support System (DSS) is a process that is part of the information system. Where the decision support system will assist in the process of completing semi-structured data processing. The Weight Aggregate Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method is a method that can be used in making decisions that have many attributes or criteria or is also known as MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making). The method used in this research is the WASPAS method which can provide the best alternative results, namely alternative A6 with the name "Tian" with a Qi value = 0.9815 which was selected as the best employee

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a reporting system application for field workers at Metro Interior, a company specializing in interior design. In its operations, Metro Interior faces challenges in efficiently monitoring and managing field workers' activities, which affects report delays, data accuracy, and suboptimal coordination. The designed application will serve as a solution to these issues by providing a platform that allows field workers to create reports directly from the work site. The main features of this application include real-time reporting, task management, project progress tracking, and data collection related to field activities. The application development methodology involves user needs analysis, system design, software development, and system testing. The application is designed using the latest technology to support both mobile and desktop devices, enhancing accessibility for users both in the field and in the office. The expected outcome of this research is to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and coordination between field workers and management teams at Metro Interior. With the implementation of this application, Metro Interior will be able to better monitor and manage projects, reduce administrative errors, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Education in the digital era demands the application of innovative learning methods to enhance effectiveness and student engagement. This research aims to design the workflow of an e-learning application that integrates the blended learning model, with a focus on SMA Nurcahaya as a case study. The blended learning model combines face-to-face instruction with online learning, providing flexibility in the teaching and learning process and leveraging technology to enhance the student learning experience. The research methodology includes needs analysis, system design, and e-learning development. Needs analysis was conducted through surveys and interviews with teachers and students to identify specific needs and challenges. Based on these findings, the design and development of the e-learning system incorporated features such as interactive learning materials, discussion forums, online quizzes, and progress tracking. The design process utilized the latest technology to ensure optimal performance and accessibility. The design was evaluated by assessing its effectiveness in meeting the needs of SMA Nurcahaya and its ability to support the teaching and learning process while increasing student engagement. The evaluation results indicated that this e-learning design is effective in boosting learning motivation and facilitating access to learning materials. The research concludes that an e-learning design with a blended learning model can be an effective solution for improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

− News is current information selected by journalists for publication in digital electronic media. News also refers to reports of events deemed to attract the attention of the mass media public. In the process of selecting the main news, the news must meet specific criteria determined by the coverage coordinator. These criteria help to determine which news will be chosen as the main news. Information related to news criteria can be stored in a database, making the evaluation and selection process easier compared to using hardcopy. Additionally, selecting the main news can be carried out using methods such as Group Algorithm Programming Analysis, along with other methods for comparison to achieve optimal results. Decision-making is a crucial stage underlying human activity both individually and collectively. The function of decision-making is futuristic, meaning it relates to the future and has long-lasting effects. Therefore, applications using the Group Algorithm Programming Analysis method can assist in the process of selecting the main news in online media
