One of the physiological symptoms is sleep quality disorders, which if not handled properly will cause decreased concentratio, anxiety and stress. Pharmacological and non pharmacological theraphy to help postmenopausal women reduce their sleep disorders. The study aimed to determine the effect of combination therapy of progressive muscle relaxation and nature sound music therapy on sleep quality in postmenopause Methods: Quasy-Experiment research design. Population is menopause with a total of 220 people. The sample size is 102 respondents, the sampling is simple random sampling. The treatment group in combination therapy of progressive musc;e relaxation and nature sound music therapy 15-20 minutes; the control group was not given any intervention. The wariavle studied was the value of sleep quality obtained from the results of the questionaire(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). The analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Test for pre and post treatment and the Mann-Whitney test to determine the difference between the experimental group and the control group with a significant α <0,05. Results: The results of the sleep quality analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, p value 0,000 in the treatment group and p value 0,215 in the control group. The results of the analysis using the Mann-Whitney test obtained a p value  of 0,000 on the value of sleep quality between the treatment group and the control group Conclusion: Combination therapy of progressive muscle relaxation and nature sound music therapy is effective for reducing the value of sleep quality disorders in menopausa women, ang this technique is easy to do, so it Can be applied as a nursing intervention at the puskesmas for the development of nursing knowledge in services

Abstract

Background: Some variables that may influence age and gender. The study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between anxiety and gender in Agitation patients with conventional restraint in the Inpatient Room. Methods: This research method uses the correlation method with a cross-sectional design. A research sample is several patients who receive restrain intervention, totaling 27 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive, with the patient inclusion criteria on the RASS scale of +1 to -1. The family agreed for the patient to be a respondent. The independent variable is anxiety, while the dependent variable is age and gender. Anxiety instrument using FASS (Face Anxiety Scale Statistical Test using Spearmen rho with a <0.05. This study has received Ethical Approval from the STIKES Kediri Baptist Hospital. Results: The statistical test results on anxiety with age obtained a p-value of 0.051 with a <0.05, which means there is no relationship between anxiety and age in respondents with anxiety in patients with restraints. The results of statistical tests on the anxiety variable with sex get a p-value of 0.551 with a <0.05, which means that there is no relationship between anxiety and type gender in patients with restraint Conclusion: Age and gender have no relationship with anxiety in patients. Agitation is installed with Conventional Restraints in the Inpatient Room. For further research, it is necessary to use a more significant number of respondents to see the broader significance.

Abstract

Descriptions of penile circumcision have focused primarily on disease, dysfunction, or sensation, with relatively little consideration of the psychological and psychosocial implications of the procedure. It is also reported to be of interest regarding potential qualitative changes in the subjective experience of sexual activity following changes in penile anatomy (removal of the foreskin) or related sexual biomechanics. Circumcision indeed has psychological, psychosocial, and psychosexual effects. The differences in circumcisions performed during infancy, childhood, and adulthood are remarkable. There are also potential psychosocial effects on parents who may or may not choose circumcision for their children. We argue that additional attention should be paid to the potential for long-term effects of the procedure, which may not be appropriately considered when the patient is an infant or child.

Abstract

Background: Asphyxia neonatal is a newborn condition that fails to breathe spontaneously and regularly immediately after birth. This condition is at risk of infant death, one of the causes of infant death. This study aimed to determine the relationship between LBW history and premature rupture of membranes with the incidence of asphyxia. Methods: The research design is case-control. The study population was all infants. The sample is a portion of babies totaling 64 respondents, using accidental sampling. The independent variable is infant weight and premature rupture of membranes. The dependent variable is the occurrence of asphyxia—statistical tests using Chi-Square with a <0.05. Results: The results showed that respondents had average birth weights, as many as 48 respondents (75%), had negative Premature rupture of membranes as many as 46 respondents (71.9%), and did not have Asphyxia as many as 44 respondents (68.8%). Statistical test between birth weight variables with asphyxia (p = 0,000 with Pearson chi-square 31,621) and between variables premature rupture of membranes with asphyxia (0,000 with chi-square 31,418) which means that the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and asphyxia is stronger than the relationship between birth weight with Asphyxia Conclusion: The greater the risk of premature rupture of membranes, the greater the likelihood of asphyxia, and the lower the birth weight, the greater the risk of asphyxia..

Methods: The design used in the study was quasi-experimental. The population is all infants aged 0-28 days. The sample size is 30 respondents using the Purposive sampling technique. Independent variables of the study are classical Mozart music therapy and Murrotal Qur'an therapy. The dependent variable is the increase in body weight in LBW infants aged 0-28 days. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and then the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. Results: The results showed that respondents had a weighted average of before Mozart's Music Therapy of 2242.0 grams, and after Mozart's Music Therapy of 2431.3 grams, weight Before Koran Murotal Therapy was 2049.3 grams, and after Koran Murotal Therapy of  2496, 0 grams. The results showed that p = 0.023 where H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means that there were differences in Mozart's classical music therapy and Murrotal Alquran therapy for weight gain in LBW infants aged 0-28 days. Conclusion: There are differences in Mozart's classical music therapy and Murrotal Alquran therapy for increasing body weight in LBW infants aged 0-28 days.

Perception is preceded by the process of sensing, which is the process of receiving the stimulus by the individual through the sensor device, or the process does not stop, but the stimulus is continued, and the following process is a preliminary process of the perception process. Methods: The purpose of this research is to know the description of patient perception of leprosy. Descriptive research design, as well as a large sample of 18 respondents who meet the criteria of research by using purposive sampling technique, instrument in the form of questionnaires, by using a single variable that is Patient Perception Perceptions About Leprosy Kediri. Data are measured and analyzed using percentage formulas and interpreted quantitatively. Results: In getting all the respondents, as many as 18 have a positive perception. Moreover, none of the respondents had a negative perception. This is caused by several factors influencing the patient's perception of leprosy: education and work. Conclusion: The discussion results found that education and occupational factors can affect the positive perception of patients about leprosy, and it is expected that leprosy patients diligently perform treatment and still perceive leprosy disease towards the positive.

Abstract

A material created to interact with biological systems to enhance, treat or modify a tissue, organ, or body function is called a biomaterial. Sutures, dental fillings, needles, catheters, bone plates, and orthopedic implants are the most commonly used medical biomaterials. With the increasing use of orthopedic implants worldwide, there remains significant interest in developing new technologies to improve the effective clinical performance of contemporary treatment modalities and devices. Biomaterials used in orthopedics often require revision due to problems such as wear, corrosion, and infection. These revisions have become a significant burden for the patient and the healthcare system. Boron, with its unique properties, is an element that has the potential to overcome these problems. Therefore, in recent years, the importance of boron elements in the health field as well as in the industrial field has been noticed, making the use of boron in medicine very popular
