Ad-Dariyah: Jurnal Dialektika, Sosial dan Budaya is a scientific journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darud Da’wah Wal Irsyad (STAI DDI) Kota Makassar. This Journal contains research and conceptual articles (either qualitative field or qualitative literature) with a focus on studies of Religious, social sciences, history, economics, sociology, geography, anthropology, social gender, learning in social studies, culture, and Cultural Studies. Here are some scopes issues that can be illustrated in Ad-Dariyah: Jurnal Dialektika, Sosial dan Budaya. These scopes include Tradition or custom in Islamic society, Belief, and Ritual system in Islam, Islamic institution and organization, Quranic studies, Exegesis, Politics, Sufism, Ideas of Muslim scholars, Spanning the history, Philosophy, Islamic manuscripts, Islamic art, Social movements, ritual, and philanthropy. Editors invite scientists, scholars, researchers, and students to develop their scientific and publish the results of their research after the selection mechanism of the manuscript, review of peer reviewers, and editing process. This Scientific journal published twice a year, in the period of June and December.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tiktok in cultural decline in Indonesia. Based on this research, it shows that the influence of tiktok on culture is very important, where tiktok has become the most widely used social media in the daily life of some circles. National culture is also experiencing a decline due to the trend that appears in Tiktok, many of which feature foreign cultures. The awareness of some circles is also lacking to study culture is another reason why cultural values ​​are starting to decline. Qualitative descriptive analysis is a method of assessment used with the aim of uncovering facts, circumstances, and phenomena. The variables in this study are the globalization of media and Indonesian arts and culture. By using a qualitative descriptive analysis, this study reveals the impact of the development of technological globalization on Indonesian cultural arts.

Abstract

Culture or culture is a tradition that is carried out by the community in an area that is still heavily influenced by its customs and is still being carried out until now which has developed and been passed down from generation to generation. Discussing about culture and culture in Indonesia, specifically in the province of South Sulawesi, it is known for its cultural diversity which is of course rooted in the diversity of values ​​that exist in its customary law community. The diversity of values ​​in the customary law community in South Sulawesi is a legacy of ancestors that has its own uniqueness compared to the culture owned by other regions, especially those in Bone Regency, which is related to the cultural values ​​of Bissu in the social life of the people in Bone Regency which still adhere to traditions and roles. as a preserver and preserver of classical Bugis cultural values ​​and is described as a demigod who has supernatural powers. The results showed that the background for the emergence of bissu in Bone Regency began when King Luwu was descended from the sky.

Abstract

Leadership with regard to someone influencing other people’s behavior for a purpose With power, a leader can influence the behavior of others for a purpose. Power can be divided into five, namely: (1) power expertise (expert power); (2) legitimate power (legitimate power); (3) reference power (referent power); (4) reward power; (5) coercive power. Basically, it becomes an absolute that humans were created by Allah SWT on the surface of the earth to devote themselves solely to their presence as stated in the Koran that humans were created as “khalifa fil ard” (leaders on earth). In the course of human history in the field of leadership, many phenomena have occurred in the dynamics of this journey. Where than the existence of ideal leadership is very coveted in every society. It becomes a logical consequence of how the ideal leadership and a good and responsible leader can be realized. So it is very much needed the candradimuka creater (appropriately galvanizing) a leader who is critical and can answer the challenges of changing times by him the Islamic Student Association (HMI) is here to then become an answer as a complete cadre organization from formal and informal cadre levels.

Abstract

Leasure time is something we understand as free time after doing our very tiring activities or routines. At this time is a time off from a job bound by binding regulations and demands to be obeyed, in short the conditions that make us deprived of existence as free human beings, on the grounds of optimistic performance. However, in modern society, some researchers who have given meaning to the behavior of modern society see that free time that we have understood for a long time has been reduced, or has become a scheme for a paradigm form that makes profit the sole motive for carrying out the production process, in the simplest terms of time. our spare time has experienced commodification. Whereas the form of commodification referred to is an attempt to create norms in society that are required to be obeyed collectively, which if someone tries to get out of the flow of canalization will get a certain justification that has a negative connotation.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and the easier it is to access information from outside, it has resulted in the emergence of various external cultures which have become new cultures for Indonesian society without exception the Bugis-Makassar ethnic group. The rapid flow of popular culture that touches the lives of the Bugis-Makassar people has resulted in changes in behavior in social life. South Sulawesi, which is known for its siri 'na paccenya culture, which contains the value of not embarrassing oneself and others as well, is slowly starting to erode. This occurs due to the lack of education about culture on a regular basis and also the lack of supervision and filtering of the incoming foreign cultures so that people accept the outside culture at face value. As a result, the behavior pattern of the Buginese society has started to change, from the one that used to uphold and maintain the value of siri 'na pacce, now it is gradually disappearing.

Abstract

Gotong royong is a social activity that is action-oriented to ease each other's workload. Nowadays, the value of mutual cooperation has experienced a drastic decline after the introduction of modernization in the rural community which has an impact on the aspects of food production and agriculture. This study aims to describe the process of eroding the culture of mutual cooperation in Cabbeng Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. This study used purposive sampling with informants :, Head of Farmer Group, Farmers ,. The type of research used is descriptive research type and the basis of case study research. The results showed that; various activities of mutual cooperation in Cabbeng Village have been eroded, one of which is rice planting. This is due to a wide imbalance in the increase in productivity of community rice fields due to the intensification of production with less human resources. As a solution, society uses technology to replace human roles. Indigenous peoples are still trying to preserve the culture of mutual cooperation which has long been practiced by the community and is claimed to have a major contribution in the development of civilization. In reality, the current of globalization is getting stronger, thus dimming these cultural values.

Abstract

This journal discusses the correlation and transformation of the Human Rights Organization and National Culture that occurs in the scope of the organization and in Indonesia, and makes it an intellectual benchmark in understanding cultural values ​​in the current era. When talking about popular culture means inseparable from the actions of society. Society is a group of people who live together in an area and form a system, both semi-open and semi-closed, where the interactions that occur in it are between individuals in the group. Popular culture represents the way of life that the average person enjoys and has. Culture is said to be popular if it always experiences artistic development, it is attractive and commercial in nature and can be used to express and understand the wider community. In the process of popular culture, the media also plays a role as the dissemination of information and entertainment technology, as well as an institution that creates and controls the commodity market in a social environment. The purpose of this research is also to be used as a reference for students as HMI cadres when discussing the insight of the archipelago in national culture and popular culture in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the stages and research processes in anthropological studies. This research is a literature study that focuses on searching literature that is relevant to the research topic. The results of the research show that in anthropological research, there are stages and processes in the research including the field preparation stage. At the field preparation stage, things that must be prepared by researchers are research topics, understanding research ethics, research permits, determining informants, and initial observations at research sites so that researchers are able to understand the research location in detail.

Abstract

Maturity of religious understanding is a major effort to achieve religious harmony in Indonesia. Muslim Students Association (Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam)’s Core Values of Struggle is the starting point to develop, to disseminate and to implement the religious maturity. At least, there are three aspects of its core values that important to achieve religious harmony in Indonesia, namely: Monotheism, the humanitarian aspects and social aspects. These three aspects will bring interfaith relations more open, tolerant and harmonious. Religious people fully realize that all men are ungodliness in the same God, the Almighty God, all religious people are given the freedom to understand, to appreciate and to practice their religion in full conviction. Religious people also should to believe that all human beings are basically good so that they can view a positive and optimistic attitude to other religious believes, instead of being suspicious of one another. Furthermore, inter-religious relations need the real cooperation in everyday life. All religions need cooperation against common enemies, those are social injustice, poverty, ignorance, violations of human rights and the tyranny that alienates the awareness of God. All religions have a responsibility to the real work.
