Abstract

Based on research at PT. Inspira Furnexindo is used to determine differences in work levels and work environment on turnover intention variables from other variables. From the reference to the results of the F-test value on the calculation of turnover intention, at PT. Inspira Furnexindo, the results obtained and several possible results are obtained from the work target variables and work environment, where the results obtained are lower with a significant level value of Sig. (0.046) < 0.05, with the calculated F value being (3.187) > F table with value (3.1065). Based on the explanation above, the work target variable (x1) and the work environment variable (x2) are obtained, the results obtained are in the form of simultaneous results that significantly influence turnover intention (Y). For the value of the results of the hypothesis testing data from this study, the results obtained with the work target variable with the Work Environment partially have no effect on turnover intention at PT. Inspira Furnexindo. However, with the existence of a joint work target with a good work environment variable, it can create working conditions with a good level of risk at a low level of turnover intention in a corporate environment.

Abstract

Human Capital Management (HCM) is one of the factors that support the Company's sustainability. The Mining Contracting Service Company that PT ANP plans, require the superior human resources so that the business can run well, achieve the company's vision and mission, be able to win the competition and be sustainable. Various studies by organizational observers tend to acknowledge that organizational culture has a strong influence on the long-term performance and effectiveness of an organization. Empirical research has also produced a series about the importance of culture for improving organizational performance. Thus, culture is an important component in the ultimate success or failure of a business. Basically there are four types of corporate culture namely Hierarchy, Market, Clan and Adhocracy, for that in an effort to support the achievement of its vision and mission, PT ANP will encourage the application of corporate culture and values to every employee, including work clothes, company logos and office layout, so that employees will be able to produce optimal performance to achieve company success in accordance with company values, namely Ownership, Advances in Innovation, Motivation & Integrity, Ethics and Responsiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of quality, facilities, and price on customer satisfaction with Shopee Express delivery among students. The research was conducted using a survey method with a sample of 126  students who had used the Shopee Express delivery service. Data was collected through questionnaires and regression analysis related to the dependence of one variable on another variable (the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Shopee Ekspress freight forwarding service company). The results showed that quality, facilities, and price had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The managerial implication of this research is that companies need to focus on improving the quality, facilities, and price of delivery services to increase customer satisfaction and maintain their market share among students.

Abstract

The Bank's soundness level is one of the important aspects in the banking world to maintain and protect public trust, thus the bank's soundness level must be maintained and maintained. The purpose of this research is to analyze the soundness level of PT Bank Jago, Tbk using the RGEC method for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Annual Financial Report of PT Bank Jago, Tbk. The results of this research show that PT Bnak Jago, Tbk for the 2019-2021 period in terms of Risk Profile using credit risk gets a very healthy predicate and using liquidity risk gets a fairly healthy predicate, in terms of Good Corporate Governance gets a healthy predicate, in terms of Earnings using ROA and ROE get unhealthy predicate and using NIM get healthy predicate, in terms of Capital get very healthy predicate, and in terms of RGEC aspect get pretty healthy predicate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of inflation, exchange rates and the BI Rate on mudharabah savings in Islamic banking for the period 2012-2021.Mudharabah Savings is the dependent variable while inflation, exchange rate and Bi Rate are the independent variables. The method used in this study is quantitative and processed through a regression analysis tool, namely Eviews. The results of this research study indicate that (1) Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on Mudharabah Savings (2) Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah Savings (3) Bi Rate has a negative and significant effect on Mudharabah Savings (4) Inflation, exchange rates and Bi Rate have a significant effect on the Mudharabah Savings.

Abstract

This study was designed to examine the effect of Management Accounting Practices (MAP) on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Kebumen Region of Central Java in Indonesia. Methods: A survey research design approach was used using a structured questionnaire to collect data from 140 MSME owners. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tools using SPSS version 20. Result: PAM does not affect the performance of MSMEs, except for Strategic Management when it is partially tested. PAM affects the performance of MSMEs when tested simultaneously. The results show a strong positive relationship between the dependent variable (company performance) and the independent variable (Cost Determining System, Budgeting System, Performance Evaluation System, Decision Support System, and Strategic Management Accounting System). Implication: This study recommends that SMEs make more use of contemporary MAP to ensure profitability and business sustainability.

Abstract

The use of TikTok-based learning media as an interesting and effective alternative in facilitating student learning. In education, learning that still uses demonstrative methods such as oral delivery of material can be boring and reduce interest in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to make modifications in learning strategies so that students can more easily understand the material through digital media. Keywords:  Learning Media, Types of Learning Media, TikTok-Based Learning Media. In the context of learning, TikTok can be used as an interesting and effective learning medium. The advantages of using TikTok as a learning medium include flexibility, accessibility, a variety of content topics, easy repetition, and interactivity. Through the TikTok application, learners' skills in listening, reading, writing, and arithmetic can be developed. The research method used in this journal is a quantitative method that uses an approach with the calculation of numbers. This method involves observation and interviews as data sources. Observations were made on loading and unloading activities at the port, while interviews were conducted with related parties. The results and discussion of this journal show that the use of TikTok-based learning media can improve the quality of learning, especially in terms of selecting learning materials that are practical, innovative, and easy to understand. Digital learning environments, including the use of TikTok, can enhance interactive and engaging learning. TikTok-based learning about logistics transportation can be an interesting and effective alternative in helping students understand the topic.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and online marketing on the development of Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District. The population in this study are Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprisessin Natar District. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling using the Lemeshow formula so that a sample of 74 respondents was obtained. The research method used is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data. Multiple regression analysis and correlation were performed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that if the t test stated that entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital had a positive and significant effect on business development, online marketing had no effect on business development. While the F test states that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital and online marketing jointly influence the development of Culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. This research was conducted in Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. The population in this study are all taxpayers who are subject to land and building taxes in Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. The sampling method in this study was by using the slovin formula and using a random sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents distributed questionnaires. Testing the hypothesis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis in this study show that the variable of taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on taxpayercompliance, knowledge of taxation has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the tax sanction variable has no effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes.Keywords: Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions and Tax Knowledge

Abstract

The marketing strategy using influencers is included in one of the business strategies, namely viral marketing. Viral marketing can be interpreted as a marketing strategy that is carried out by disseminating product information or opinions to the surrounding environment by word of mouth using digital media. One of the brands that utilizes digital media platforms as a strategy to market their products is Somethinc. This study aims to analyze the use of Somethinc influencer products in digital marketing strategies among the public. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data was obtained from observing the digital media used by Somethinc's products. To strengthen the observation results, searches were carried out in the official media and the results of scientific publications. The results of the study show that Somethinc uses a digital marketing strategy by utilizing influencers which is done by promoting their products or commonly called endorsements. These influencers promote on their social media accounts and then swatch or try the product directly on their skin and then review it by giving positive comments about the product. Somethinc also has several Brand Ambassadors from within the country and abroad to collaborate to help promote Somethinc products to the wider community. Suggestions for writers are to examine more deeply and comprehensively about the marketing strategy for the Somethinc brand using Viral Marketing techniques through influencers and Brand Ambassadors.
