<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the public's interpretation of the outdoor media for cigarette advertising and the healthy lifestyle of the people of Sawidesing Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through interviews, surveys, and documentation. The results showed that the outdoor media for cigarette advertising is a very helpful message in bridging the understanding of the existence of a cigarette product, especially useful on the sales side. Meanwhile, regarding cigarettes and their healthy lifestyle, smoking is a part of life that really helps all their daily activities. Cigarettes actually become an element that makes citizens always healthy in their activities from young to old.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims To obtain a description of the Implementation of National Agrarian Operations Project At the National Land Agency Office of Mamuju Regency Type of research used is descriptive. Data collection was done using field research (field research), library research and data tracking on line. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively by explaining or describing the data being studied or obtained from the field, both primary data obtained from the interviews, as well as from secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the National Agrarian Operations Project Implementation at the National Land Office of Mamuju Regency has not run optimally due to the lack of proactive community to come directly to the land office to ask what matters are the requirements to take care of the land deed.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of the Housing, Settlement Areas And Land Services in Mamasa Regency in slum settlement arrangements in mamasa village. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis used three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Analyze using three indicators of strategy implementation, namely programs, budgets and procedures. The results showed that the strategy of the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land of Mamasa Regency in structuring slum settlements in Mamasa Village has been implemented properly, according to planning.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objective is to describe how the implementation of green open space governance in urban development in Majene Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis and explanation methods. In analyzing the data obtained, researchers used qualitative descriptive techniques that describe and explain the results of the study. The results showed that the implementation of green open space governance in Majene district is self-managed and is the responsibility of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in charge of each green open space according to the criteria and types.]]>

<![CDATA[The Head of Subdistrict as Top Management is expected to be able to regulate and motivate the apparatus to be able to work optimally both in administrative and development matters in Malunda District. Good apparatus management is expected to achieve a goal, namely improving work performance in answering challenges progress of the times so that the government can provide excellent service to the community. But there is no doubt that in reaching the target, there are many factors that can influence it, such as work motivation, employee resources and employee welfare. In the opinion of the authors, these three factors are able to improve performance and good performance so that a good government governance system is realized.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Pre-service Training at the Mamasa Regency Personnel Education and Training Agency and the factors that influence it. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitatively analyzed with interactive patterns. The results show that the implementation of Pre-service Training is not yet effective. The influencing factors are widyaswara, infrastructure and time of implementation. While other factors such as training participants, curriculum and training process are considered quite effective. Not all Widyaswara who teach at Pre-service Training are competent according to their fields, with material that is difficult for participants to understand so that it affects the success of the training. Existing facilities and infrastructure are still not conducive, so that participants feel less comfortable.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dinas pariwisata dalam tata kelola pengembangan wisata pantai mampie untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Galeso Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Peran dinas pariwisata sebagai pembina pengelola wisata pantai mampie yang berperan sebagai motivator, fasilisator dan dinamisator dalam mewujudkan peningkatan wasatawan yang berkunjung serta mensejahterakan masyarakat disekitar wisata pantai mampie. Maka dari itu dengan adanya peran dinas pariwisata yang secara langsung optimal dan mendalam untuk membangun masyarakat.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitaian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima belas orang diantaranya Kepala Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Kepala Bidang Usaha dan Pariwisata, Kepala Desa Galeso Kecamatan Wonomulyo dan Ketua Kopdarwis (kelompok sadar wisata). Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata melakukan berbagai informasi melalui media sosial. Peningkatan motivasi dengan memberi pelatihan pada masyarakat. Dinas Pariwisata melakukan pemberdayaan kepada Masyarakat sekitar pantai mampie tersebut dengan memberikan arahan dan sosialisasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa dalam pengembangan sektor wisata yang ada di Pantai Mampie, Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar telah melakukan dengan cukup optimal. Dilihat dari perannya sebagai koordinator Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dalam mempromosikan wisata dengan melaksanakan Pengembangan, pembinaan dan pelestarian wisata Pantai Mampie .Sosialisasi yang dilakukan pada masyarakat untuk membuka pemahaman serta pola pikir masyarakat bahwa pentingnya upaya pelestarian wisata Pantai Mampie. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of internet media (positive and negative impacts) on Wonomulyo Vocational School students and to describe the assessment of Wonomulyo Vocational School students in using internet media as a source of information. The data collection process prioritizes the emic perspective. This type of research is descriptive-quantitative to describe the picture of the influence of internet media as a source of information for students. Techniques for collecting data through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to collect as much data as possible from the field relating to the influence of internet media as a source of information. The results of the study state that the main motivation of Wonomulyo Vocational School students using the internet is to find information that is closely related to school assignments. The internet makes it easy for every user to give and receive information from anyone, anytime and anywhere. The internet can facilitate the learning process at school. Internet media becomes the second teacher where everything related to subjects and other knowledge can find out by opening the internet media.]]>
