<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the inspectorate supervises the Tapalang Sub-district Head of Tupoksi in Mamuju District. This research uses quantitative descriptive techniques that describe quantitatively about supervision carried out by the Office of the Inspectorate to the Tapalang District Head Office, Mamuju Regency. The supervision of the Inspectorate in Tapalang Sub-District of Mamuju District is in empowering the community in accordance with the procedures and is well implemented, including Human Resource Development, Capacity Building in capital, and Development of people's economic institutions. Implementation of supervision of the Inspectorate in the Head of Subdistrict Camat in Tapalang District, Mamuju Regency in the field of tranquility and public order in accordance with the procedures and well implemented and facilitating the implementation of community dispute resolution that has the potential to disrupt peace and public order.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of career development and promotion at the Polewali Mandar District Health office. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and image documentation. The results showed that career development as the empowerment of ASN in the Polewali Mandar Health Service was in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN. Employees pay attention to discipline, education levels and recommendations from local agencies. Its management has been running quite well based on the applicable regulations while still prioritizing the discipline and behavior of ASN even though it is not yet optimal.]]>

This can be seen in the District Government Performance Accountability Report. The duties and functions of the Malunda District Government apparatus are based on the Majene Regency Government Regulation on the main duties of the function and job descriptions. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the strategy of the Department of Cooperatives and Cooperatives in empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on the trade sector. In empowering micro, small and medium enterprises, three phases are needed, namely initial, participatory and emancipatory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is to provide an appropriate description or explanation objectively related to the actual situation of the object under study. The instruments of data collection are interviews and observations in locations and documents. The results of this study indicate that the Koperindag Department's empowerment strategy in empowering small, micro and medium enterprises is not optimal. Empowerment carried out by the government at an early stage is quite instrumental by providing training and counseling. The participatory phase of the community and the government has collaborated in developing MSMEs. While in the emancipatory phase the government is still constrained by the provision of facilities and infrastructure in the development of SMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the value of the typology of motivation for public services in PDAM Mamasa Regency. Research is carried out systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts and facts of certain populations. The results show that the typology of the value of public service motivation is commitment to the public interest; empathy; and self-sacrifice of relatively high value. Meanwhile, the value of the importance of public policy making is relatively low compared to other values. The value of interest in public policy making is the lowest proportion. Commitment to the greatest presentation public interest. The second largest percentage value of empathy. The value of self-sacrifice obtained in the third presentation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the communication strategy of the Department of Tourism and Culture in developing and promoting tourism in Mamuju Regency, as well as to find out the impact of communication strategies. This study uses a mixed method of sequential exploration design which means producing descriptive data related to tourism development in Mamuju Regency. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman analysis, SWOT analysis, and frequency tables. The results showed that in the framework of developing tourism, the Office of Tourism and Culture had sought to provide tourism infrastructure and facilities at each tourist site, partnering with the private sector, empowering local residents by forming tourism awareness groups, and Mamuju community youth. Promotions are also used such as public relations or publicity, special events and experiences, and direct marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of the Village Head Against Community Participation in the Development of South Aralle Village, MAMASA Regency. This is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. The research informants in this study were 1 Head of South Aralle Village as a key informant, Secretary of South Aralle Village and Chair of BPD South Aralle Village. Services as supporting informants. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating sources and methods. From the results of the study showed that the Role of the Village Head Against Community Participation in the Development of South Aralle Village Mamasa Regency. seen from several aspects namely (Facilitator), (Mediator), and (Motivator).]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the decision support system for evaluating employee work behavior carried out at the Polman Industry and Trade Office. Where, the current condition at the Polman Industry and Trade Service itself, the performance appraisal of its employees, especially non-permanent employees, is still done manually. This makes the need for a system that is able to manage employee performance appraisal data. This study aims to produce a system that can assist agency leaders as consideration in making employee research decisions. To minimize the obstacles faced, in this study apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in a Decision Support System (DSS). The criteria used in this research are service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the implementation of the rice distribution policy for the poor (raskin) in Sulewatang Sub-District, Polewali Mandar District, Polewali District. This type of research is quantitative, which describes the description of the implementation of micin rice distribution policies. Data is obtained through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to collect as much data as possible from the field. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively which described systematically, factually and accurately about the facts obtained. The results showed that the implementation of a poor rice program policy in Sulewatang Urban Village had not yet achieved maximum results, because a number of things that were implemented were not in accordance with the existing rules/regulations. Even so, the goal is quite achievable because it can reduce the expenditure burden. The indicator of the success of the distribution of raskin / rastra seen from the process and mechanism using 6T (six right) is considered to be still less than optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the socio-economic impact of the poor rice distribution program (Raskin) in the East Rantebulahan Subdistrict, Mamasa Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. Data obtained through interviews, observations with direct observations at the location of research, documentation, and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the distribution of Raskin in Rantebulahan Timur Sub-district did not have an economic impact after the community received raskin. Because after receiving Raskin, the income they earn is only enough to meet food needs, not yet reaching for the fulfillment of clothing and shelter. Another impact of the distribution of Raskin was the socio-cultural impact, where Raskin did not affect the socio-cultural conditions of Raskin recipients.]]>
