This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership with employee job satisfaction in the Election Commission of Mamasa Regency. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and document review. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistical techniques. The results showed that leadership was partially positively related to employee job satisfaction. Leadership influences employee job satisfaction with a level of influence of 90%, while 10% is influence by other variables outside the leadership variable.

This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Social Service in empowering the poor as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in Tawalian District, Mamasa Regency. The method used is qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews (interviews), literature study, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Social Service in empowering the poor in Tawalian District includes planning, data collection, and assistance has not been carried out properly. The impression is less than optimal due to lack of good coordination between local governments, data collection on recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance that is not right on target. The supporting factors are the availability of the budget and the participation of community leaders, while the inhibiting factors are unprofessional data collection and limited human resources.

This study aims to know how the imaging of the government is done through the media by the state of the public in the Polman Regional Secretariat. This research is a qualitative research that explains the phenomenon in depth, creates a description, systemally, accurately and facts about the facts, as well as describing the reality that is happening. The role of public relations as a communicator's that is helping the community to interaction and communication to the goverment. The role of public relations as relationships are relatively good relationships between the whole community with government agencies, through delivery of regional development information. The role of public relations in building the image of the Government of Polewali Mandar Regency to the public can be seen from information updates through the internet site.

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the effectiveness of the Head of the Agency's supervision of the Employee Performance of the Research Development and Planning Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency. This research uses quantitative, and data collection techniques through a respondent approach by distributing questions about the variables of effectiveness, supervision, and performance. The results obtained from the development of supervision can be carried out effectively with the effectiveness of 50.6 while supervision is 48.8 and performance is 50.4. Developing performance by prioritizing maximum supervision can provide optimal results in improving the quality of employee performance. Overall, the implementation of supervision in the research agency for development and planning of Polewali Mandar Regency runs effectively.

This study aims to find out a number of variables that influence the public service process at the Branch Office of the Population and Civil Registry of Mehalaan District, Mamasa Regency. This type of research is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Simple regression analysis is used in calculating how much influence the dependent variable has on independent. The results showed that the work performance appraisal had a significant effect on job promotion so that it could motivate employees to work harder to get a good rating. There is a relationship between Job Performance Assessment and Employee Position Promotion at the Regional Secretariat Office of Majene Regency, both of which have a significant influence.

This study aims to determine the development of the quality of the state civil apparatus after following the process of education and training carried out by the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that provides an explanation of the implementation of education and training to its effect on improving the quality of the State civil apparatus. The results showed that the participation of employees in education and training at the Office of the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency of Mamuju Regency was still very limited. The number of participants for three years did not meet the needs. The learning system that is applied is less effective in supporting the implementation of tasks and work for participants.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of building permit services in the investment service and integrated one door service of polewali mandar regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are, a study of the quality of IMB services in Polewali Mandar district has increased in terms of ease of IMB services, although there are still found obstacles from the community regarding the maintenance of IMB, namely in the file requirements. The conclusion of this research is DPMPTSP in facilitating the community in taking care of the IMB, namely by having a website where to facilitate the public to obtain information about the IMB requirements and IMB management flow. The suggestion this research is DPMPTSP district of Polewali Mandar in order to maintain the quality of services related to IMB so that the community judges good and does not think less well of the services provided by DPMPTSP.

This article aims to retrace the relationship between Islam and politics and the accompanying discourse dialectics. This is important because Islam, at least in the past decade, has become a prominent issue in the global political arena, including in Indonesia, especially with regard to radicalism and khilafah issues. Problems arise when universal principles in Islamic teachings are to be grounded in the context of state life and cultural diversity underlying them. There are two approaches that underlie various thoughts about Islamic and political relations, namely structural approaches and cultural approaches. In the context of the relationship between Islam and the State and the penetration of Western political thought into the Islamic world, Islamic thinkers are divided into three schools of thought. First group; develop ideas of the perfection of Islamic teachings and reject the influences of Western thought. Second group; trying to separate Islam from politics. Third group; striving to take the middle of the two currents of thought above.

This study aims to determine the performance of the apparatus in providing services at the Malunda District Office in Majene Regency, as well as any factors that affect the performance of the apparatus in providing services. Data was collected through library studies and field studies using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Instrinsic factors that influence the provision of service personnel related to service procedures, the time of completion of services has been running optimally in accordance with the established service procedures by facilitating the provision of services to the community. While other indicators such as facilities and infrastructure still look inadequate in supporting services. The competencies possessed by the authorities are in accordance with the level of education, skills and skills.

Peredaran secara ilegal dan penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia sudah mencapai angka yang cukup tinggi. Tercatat secara global , terdapat sekitar 269 juta orang di dunia menyalahgunakan narkoba. Namun demikan pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia mengalami penurunan kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dari yang sebelumnya sekitar 2,4% pengguna menjadi hanya 1,8% pengguna. Untuk itu demi meningkatkan penurunan kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia perlu adanya kesadaran kita untuk selalu mengamalkan nilai pancasila. Melalui lima nilai pancasila, diharapakan negara Indonesia akan terbebas dari ancaman bahaya narkoba.
