<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the performance of the bureaucracy in providing public services to the community at the Malunda Kelurahan office, Malunda Subdistrict, Majene Regency. Research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of ADD in the preparation of development work plans was less than optimal. Village fund management from the context of planning, supervision and transparency as well as its impact on the community has been well implemented, but it is still not fully in line with community expectations even though in the preparation of village development planning the community involvement is quite good. Constraints found include; disbursement of funds is not timely, so the implementation is also delayed; frequent changes of management and workers so that the implementation of work is disrupted.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out how BPD'S performance in implementing the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation no. 110 of 2016 in Salarri Village, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The study used descriptive methods and data were taken from sources by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the BPD still did not understand its duties and functions due to the low education of BPD members so that their performance was also low. The allowance aspect is also low so that the needs of BPD members are not met and their duties are sidelined. The inhibiting factor is the lack of BPD knowledge about its duties and functions. Another factor is the government's lack of firmness in emphasizing the regulations that have been made.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation and maintenance functions of archives in the Regional Archives and Library Office of Mamasa Regency, as well as the factors that influence them. This study the author uses a descriptive qualitative approach that describes the reality of the events under study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the implementation of records management policies in the Office of Archives and Library of Mamasa Regency had not been fully implemented. The factors that support the implementation of records management policies are strong commitment from the Regional Government, availability of equipment, Archival Guidelines, archival training, and provision of incentive officers. While the inhibiting factor is the procedure is too complicated, the lack of awareness and understanding of employees about the importance of the archive, the number of archival officers is still lacking, and the archive is still seen as a less attractive field. The archive management strategy that can be applied is the procurement of archives in the processing unit, the addition of archival officers in the archival unit, changes in the incoming mail control lines, the creation of archival storage schedules and the development of archive functional organizations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the social inequality represented in the film Parasite. This research uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method which consists of two stages of marking, namely denotation and connotation. Supporting data in this study uses literature study to obtain relevant theories and data that can be used to solve problems. The results showed that in denotation and connotation there is a meaning of social inequality in the Parasite film which is shown through several markers in the form of audio and visual. Forms of social inequality such as education inequality, inequality in living environment, gap of opportunity. Surrounding myths such as the myth of education fever and the sanpo generation. Meanwhile, the ideology that surrounds it is the ideology of individualism, which is delivered by the capitalist economic system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of electricity saving public service advertisements on community attitudes in the Wattang Subdistrict, Polewali District. This type of research uses a quantitative paradigm with a descriptive approach. The results showed that PT. PLN influences the attitude of the community in the use of electricity in the District of Wattang Polewali District influences the attitude of the community. This is based on the number of responses obtained from 100 respondents. It is also known that the three elements of attitude namely cognitive, affective, and conative have an influence on community attitudes in Wattang Sub-District, Polewali District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the efforts of local governments in the development of sports infrastructure and management of the Sport Center in the management of sports infrastructure at the H.S Stadium. Holding, Sport and Tennis Court H.S. Mengga. Research shows that local governments carry out infrastructure development in accordance with the government's annual activity program and also the Regent's policy from 2015 to 2017. There is always an increase and development in the area sport center. In addition, the UPTD Sport Center as the organizer of the sports infrastructure management plan at the HS Mengga Stadium and the HS Mengga GOR is quite good, on the Tennis Court it is still not good, organizing at the HS Mengga Stadium, HS Mengga GOR and Tennis Court are considered good. The implementation at the HS Mengga Stadium, the HS Mengga Tennis Court was grouped in good categories. Supervision at HS Mengga Stadium and GOR HS Mengga is good but on the Tennis Court it is still not good.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the strategy for implementing Electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP) in Mamasa Regency and the efforts made in implementing Electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP) in Mamasa Regency. This research used qualitative methods and the type of data collection used document review, interviews and observation. The results of the study show that the standard procedures for implementing Electronic KTP 2011 are through strategic programs in the form of organizational structures on behalf of regency and sub-district working groups, socialization, program implementers (HR), provision of facilities and infrastructure and population mobilization. Of these activities 44.30% have been realized with various obstacles, including slow distribution of equipment from the center and only one functioning, damaged equipment, and inaccessibility of some residents due to delays in mobile registration which are expected to be an alternative.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe how the implementation of basic tasks and functions of the Community Empowerment Agency and village governance and the factors that influence the implementation process of the Main Task and the function of the community empowerment body of the village government in the Mamuju District. The type of research used in this study is qualitative deskriktif with the basis of survey research. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of prosecution in the criminal act of trafficking in women and children in the city of Makassar, as well as the factors that hinder the implementation of the prosecution. Research uses primary data through interviews. Secondary data is done through collecting data, documents and relevant legislation. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the prosecution of the crime of trafficking in women and children in the Makassar District Prosecutor's Office is experiencing obstacles in the process of prosecuting criminal acts such as proofs. <![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujian untuk mengetahui kinerja tim di dinas pertanahan kabupaten mamasa dengan realitas yang sangat tepat. Pengumpulan data di tentukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan triagulasi sumber untuk mengecek keabhasan data penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengoperasian alat pemantau wilayah dinas pemukiman dan wilayah pemerintah kabupaten mamasa telah mmenetapkan indikator penampilan, keandalan, jaminan, produktivitas, daya tanggap, dan tanggung jawab dari masyarakat, persyaratan yang dibutuhkan dan proses yang dihadapi masyarakat masih berbelit-beli serta biaya yang terbilang tinggi.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Aparatur, Pelayanan Sertifikasi. ]]>
