Abstract

Central Java's high maternal mortality rate (MMR) reflects the risks faced by mothers during pregnancy and after childbirth. Child marriage in women is associated with early pregnancies, which are high-risk pregnancies. One of the leading causes of maternal mortality is complications during pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth. Empowerment is achieved through reproductive health counseling, one strategy for improving maternal self-care knowledge and behavior during pregnancy and postpartum. However, research on this topic is still very limited. One of the sub-districts in Central Java with higher child marriage rates than the national average is Tretepe district in Temanggung province. Therefore, researchers are interested in research in this area. The aim was to examine whether empowerment through better reproductive education really makes a difference in terms of self-care knowledge and behavior during pregnancy and after childbirth. It was conducted in a one-time case intervention group with The research headquarters is located in Tretepe District, Temangun Province. Methods The study was conducted using a quantitative approach. H. A preliminary experiment was conducted to compare the knowledge and behavior of the groups before and after the intervention. The learning approach is participatory learning where vulnerable groups are at the center of learning. Analytical techniques were performed through secondary data reviews, focus group observations, semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions. Target communities (vulnerable youth groups) facilitate the identification of problems occurring in the area. That is, the region has a high rate of child marriage, followed by high early childhood maternal mortality (maternal mortality). Target groups are therefore encouraged to explore their potential as younger generations to educate mothers about healthy reproduction and self-care during and after pregnancy. As such, the research results will help find effective ways to reduce maternal mortality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of farmer exchange rates according to the sub-sectors in North Sumatra. In this study the data used were secondary data, namely information obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the type of research used in this study was a type of qualitative descriptive research using the library study method. The results of this study are that the farmer's exchange rate is a method for assessing the ability of farmers to exchange agricultural goods for household goods and services as well as agricultural goods. The sub-sectors of Farmers' Terms of Trade (NTP) include food crops, horticulture, smallholder plantation crops, livestock and fisheries. And the conclusion of this study is that the FTT sub-sectors of food crops, horticulture, and smallholder plantation crops have not been able to meet the needs of farmer households because these three sub-sectors have a smaller value when compared to the NTP of the livestock and fisheries sub-sectors. Therefore, farmers who only depend on plants cannot be said to be able to rely solely on agriculture.

Abstract

Changes are made to the company to guarantee that it can attract and keep customers. HR managers must guarantee that any changes make it more likely for businesses to lose consumers. One of the most critical things HR managers must take is to improve communication in transformation projects. Communication can be crucial in establishing and implementing change initiatives. Change communication relies heavily on information sharing. Stakeholders must be aware of potential shifts in the timing, nature, and significance of business choices. Management participation at various levels is necessary to make change successful. Any organizational change necessitates HR managers ensuring that all levels of management are involved as change agents. Employees must be motivated to change and willing to accept the vision communicated by the organization's leadership for any change to be successful. It is easier to manage change efforts when HR managers provide evaluation or feedback to all members of the organization.
