Abstract

The growth of technology that has entered all human life so that many people use it for something related to the economy. Technology and the advancement of the internet today really help everyone in meeting their needs. This includes trading transactions. E-commerce is growing with websites that have the capability to increase customer engagement and increase economic value. This incident is known as social commerce (s-commerce). Qualitative research that practices customer satisfaction styles with two e-commerce sites, namely Tokopedia. com and Bukalapak. com. This research also uses the procedures for collecting information sources in the form of documents. Transactions selling objects or services with computer network media connected to the internet are called e-commerce. The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is very large due to the large population of Indonesia. Tokopedia and Bukalapak are popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia in the form of a marketplace. The purpose of this study was to find a comparison of consumer satisfaction with the quality of the Tokopedia and Bukalapak web sites.

Abstract

The A social media is able to lead to the development of extraordinary communication and information technology. With the various features used by social media, it is able to change the comnaction style of today’s society. The presence of social media even has an impact on the way we communicate in all fields, such as marketing communications, political communication and communication in learning system. The purpose of this study is o explain how a teacher uses a social media effectively as a learning tool during the covid-19 pandemic. This reserch method is descriptive research. The result showed that teachers as informations facilitator were able to build effective online communication. Effective communication is communication that is always estabalished between teachers and students so that the goals or intrntions can be fulfilled as well as possible depending on how the communication or teachers convey the message.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are related to the quality of Puskesmas services with the level of patient satisfaction. In this case, of course, it will provide enormous benefits for the internal health office, especially the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office, in improving the quality of health services for patients, especially general patients at the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu Province. The type of research used is survey research, namely research that uses a sample from a population, questionnaires are used as a data collection tool (Singarimbun and Effendi, 1999). In this study, data was collected by means of a questionnaire, then the questionnaire was distributed to respondents. The distribution of questionnaires is usually carried out to obtain existing data or facts and to seek actual information that can support this research. Physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy are variables used in the study. Multiple correlation analysis to determine the degree or strength of the relationship between all independent variables (X) to the dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. By using the SPSS program, a multiple correlation value was obtained between the independent variables (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence) to the dependent variable (patient satisfaction) of 0.827, meaning the relationship between the independent variables (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence) ) to the dependent variable (patient satisfaction) with a very close category.

Abstract

TikTok is an application that gives each user the freedom to create short videos that can be added with music filters, music and other interesting features. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence or impact the TikTok application has on the lifestyle of teenagers, especially students at the Islamic state university of north sumatera. As for method using data collection methods such as distributing questionnaires, interviews, documentation and so on depending on which research object is being studied. From the results of the study we found that there was a very large and significant influence caused by this TikTok application. These results can be seen from the test results of the instrument which states that TikTok social media is very influential on the achievement and personality of teenagers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the development of corporate management in a Madrasah Pondok Pesantren in Aceh Singkil and to find out how the management system is used and what changes have occurred. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. The research method is in the form of literature study, then with analysis and stages. This change management can help an organization or company develop knowledge that has never been practiced in an organization, of course this change management does not have to be done spontaneously but slowly or gradually by asking the opinions of members or work teams first and then presenting the intent and the purpose of the changes designed so as not to cause debate and mutual acceptance.

Abstract

Changes are made to the company to guarantee that it can attract and keep customers. HR managers must guarantee that any changes make it more likely for businesses to lose consumers. One of the most critical things HR managers must take is to improve communication in transformation projects. Communication can be crucial in establishing and implementing change initiatives. Change communication relies heavily on information sharing. Stakeholders must be aware of potential shifts in the timing, nature, and significance of business choices. Management participation at various levels is necessary to make change successful. Any organizational change necessitates HR managers ensuring that all levels of management are involved as change agents. Employees must be motivated to change and willing to accept the vision communicated by the organization's leadership for any change to be successful. It is easier to manage change efforts when HR managers provide evaluation or feedback to all members of the organization.

Abstract

Technological developments have shaped internet-based markets around the world. This internet- based market has supported many industries, one of which is the automotive industry. The automotive industry is an important component in the country's economic growth. This paper focuses on electronic supply chain management or e-SCM in the automotive industry and the impact of implementing e-SCM on organizations. The method used by the author is a literature review method where the author searches and studies journals, both national and international on the internet. The results of several journals found that ease of use and perceived usefulness influence the adoption of e-SCM systems in organizations. It was concluded that, perceived usefulness and ease of application of e-SCM technology can improve performance in the automotive industry.

Abstract

The public service system engaged in self-service, for example, is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). However, the service system provided by PT. The Persero in the field conditions are still found to be lacking, so that many consumers complain about the services provided. This condition is caused by the many competitors engaged in shipping services that offer guaranteed package delivery, wider coverage, accuracy and speed to arrive at the destination city and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the delivery of Persero packages at the Sibolga City branch of 22500. The results of this study are that there is an increase in the delivery target each year starting from 2018-2021. The conclusion is the service system provided by PT. Pos Indonesia, the Sibolga City branch, has provided quite good service to consumers. Then in terms of the facilities and infrastructure in the place, it is also good. These facilities and infrastructure are included in the physical evidence indicators. Furthermore, in terms of responsiveness indicators explained that employees always provide various kinds of information at PT. Pos Indonesia Sibolga City branch to consumers. So that the average consumer who came to the place gave a positive response to the services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Sibolga City branch..

PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is a social insurance company that prioritizes services to the community, especially those who are victims of traffic accidents and general passengers. PT Jasa Raharja as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides basic compensation and protection to the community, especially to victims of accidents on public passenger transportation and road traffic. Based on Law Number 33 of 1964 concerning the Mandatory Passenger Accident Insurance Fund and Law Number 34 of 1964 concerning Road Traffic Accident Funds, apart from providing basic protection to victims of passenger and road traffic accidents, Jasa Raharja's main task is also to collect and manage funds. community to meet people about compensation rights. This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) in providing insurance compensation for victims of traffic accidents and public transport passengers at the North Sumatra branch office has operated effectively and efficiently in accordance with Laws Number 33 and 34 of 1964.
