Abstract

This study investigates the relationship of High Involvement Human Resources Management Practice (HI-HRMP), Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability and Employee Digital Performance. The primary objective is aiming to explore how Employee Dynamic Capability mediates the effect of HI-HRMP and Organizational Learning on Employee Digital Performance. The research focuses on employees of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Sunter and Karawang, involving a sample of 185 respondents selected using purposive sampling from company’s workforce in both location. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire to collect cross-sectional data. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics to summarize the sample characteristics and mean, the Sobel test to examine the mediating effect of employee dynamic capability, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationships between variables. The finding shows that HI-HRMP has a direct positive and significant effect on employee digital performance but does not influence on employee dynamic capability. Thus, dynamic capability fails to mediate the relationship between HI-HRMP and employee digital performance. Meanwhile, organizational learning significantly influence employee digital performance, both directly or indirect and through employee dynamic capability as a partially mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran akuntansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan di sektor manufaktur, dengan fokus pada PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing & Commerce Tbk. Latar belakang penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan aset dan liabilitas yang optimal untuk menjaga kelangsungan operasional perusahaan dan mempertahankan daya saing di tengah kompetisi industri yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana sistem akuntansi dapat memengaruhi efisiensi biaya produksi, profitabilitas, dan manajemen aset. Dengan menguji rasio-rasio keuangan seperti Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE), penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Data laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2020 dan 2021 digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ROA menunjukkan efisiensi dalam pe ngelolaan aset, NPM dan ROE mengalami penurunan yang signifikan karena ketidakefisienan biaya operasional dan pengelolaan modal. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya akuntansi sebagai alat strategis dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian ekonomi pada industri perminyakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan penyediaan minyak mentah di Indonesia dimasa mendatang. Model yang dalam penelitian ini adalah time series forecast. Hasil forecasting menunjukkan bahwa sampai tahun 2030 penyediaan minyak mentah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Pada tahun 2030 di perkirakan penyediaan minyak mentah sebesar 427.917 juta barel

Abstract

Financial literacy is important aspect in life that can be improved to having better financial condition. Influencers at social media is people that can make their followers want to follow things that they shared at media social account. Finance influencer is influencer who often discuss about how to manage, organize, and plan finances well so that very useful at life now or in the future. This study is aimed at knowing the role of finance influencer at social media in forming public's financial literacy. This study uses qualitative descriptive technique. Data collected technique was using documentations and data analysis technique used was descriptive. The results of this study show that finance influencer have a role in forming public's financial literacy, one of the roles is giving the financial education at social media with interesting video and posts.
