Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) is a tear in the amniotic skin that occurs before the time of delivery, either in the latent phase, namely opening 1-3 in birthing women or at gestational age entering the second or third trimester. The incidence of KPD is influenced by the lack of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding the danger signs of pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women before and after being given health education using leaflets in an effort to prevent premature rupture of membranes at the Puri Asih Public Hospital, Salatiga. Method of the research is quantitative research with a one group pretest posttest design approach, the sampling technique used is consecutive sampling and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women before and after being given health education through leaflets in the prevention of KPD with a p value of 0.000.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years of age (toddlers) due to chronic malnutrition which is characterized by below standard length or height. The proportion of stunting in Indonesia reached 24.4%. Stunting can inhibit physical growth, increase children's susceptibility to disease, cause cognitive development barriers that reduce children's intelligence and productivity in the future, and will increase the risk of degenerative diseases in adulthood. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effectiveness of Using Leafleat Media on Posyandu Cadres' Knowledge of PMBA for Stunting Prevention in January 2022. The method used was a pre and post one group design with 30 posyandu cadre respondents in Jajar Village. The results obtained from this study were an increase in knowledge before and after the intervention, namely the information provided in the leaflets media. The conclusion of the study is that the information in the leaflet is beneficial for increasing the knowledge of posyandu cadres about PMBA for stunting prevention.

Abstract

The alignment of the roles of men and women has the result of women's involvement in the field of work due to biological faktor s, technological advances, and the human desire to work as a form of self-actualization. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at 3 Community Health Centers with a population of 30 midwives who worked outpatient care at Health Centers in the Kendal district in October 2022. Data collection used primary data by distributing questionnaires through the Google form which were distributed to midwives who had given informed consent. A small part of the conflict that occurred with midwives working at the Puskesmas was having problems when carrying work at home because their partners also worked and had been midwives for a long time. so that adaptation has occurred, and problems at home do not affect midwives when performing their duties at the outpatient Health Center because the tasks are carried out with full commitment.
