Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the Role of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Alleviating Poverty in order to Advance the Economy of the Community of Kwala Besilam Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency and the factors that influence it and then reviewed according to Islamic economics. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. The informants in this study were related village government officials. The results of the study explain that the use of Village Fund Allocations in the village of Kwala Besilam has been properly used in accordance with the applicable law. The infrastructure includes community walkways, agricultural paths, siring and hamlet connecting bridges, while the empowerment is in the form of empowering mat crafts, hood crafts, rago crafts, and chicken coop crafts managed by the women of Kwala Besilam Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. Factors supporting the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in advancing the community's economy in Kwala Besilam, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency are policy support from the local government, quality human resources, community participation strongly supports this activity by carrying it out in mutual cooperation to advance village development more advanced. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in advancing the community's economy in Kwala Besilam, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency are the Low Synchronization Between Planning at the Village and District Levels, the amount of Village Fund Allocations (ADD), and the lack of intensity of outreach. According to Islam, the role of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) used for infrastructure and economic empowerment is appropriate, because both infrastructure development and economic empowerment are for the benefit of the community, namely to increase the economy and quality of life for the community in Kwala Besilam Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning Outcomes of students in Akidah Akhlak learning after the application of the Bambo Dancing Learning Model in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. This research is included in class action research (Action Research). This research uses a type of collaborative model, namely researchers with Fiqh study teachers in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. The subjects in Class Action Research VIII are students of class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat with a total of 32 students. the instruments in this researcher are observation sheets and tests in accordance with the research procedures by observing cycle I and cycle II. Student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects before using the Bambo Dancing model are still relatively low or below the KKM standard. This can be seen from the students' scores, namely out of 32 only 13 students 40.62% who obtained a score ? 75 or who met the KKM score. Whereas in this study it can be declared classically complete if the completeness of student learning outcomes reaches 85%.The application of the Bambo Dancing learning model can be implemented well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities carried out by teachers and students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of teacher observations in cycle I were 72.5 then became 89.28 (good) in cycle II. Likewise, the observation of student activities which initially in cycle I reached a score of 72.5 then increased to 87.5 in cycle II. After the application of the Bambo Dancing learning model, student learning outcomes have increased, this can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle learning test which only reached an average score of 66.71 (less) and increased in cycle I to 72.96% (sufficient) and in cycle II increased again to 85.31% (good). The improvement in learning outcomes can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle only 40.62% while in cycle I it reached 65.62% and in cycle II it was 87.5%. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of the Bambo Dancing model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of the recitation method to students of class XI MA Private MA Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. To find out the activity of students in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith Students of class XI MA Private MA Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. To find out the results of the activity of class XI MA Private MA Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura students in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject after using the recitation method. The model in this study uses the Kurt Lewin research model which consists of 4 stages namely; planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. The subject of this study was in class XI MAS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura using the recitation learning method. Consisting of 26 students,. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and written test assessment. The results of the research on the initial test obtained the application of the recitation learning method to class X students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura with an average value of 64.73. With the number of students who completed as many as 10 (38.46%). In cycle I, an increase in student activity was obtained using the student recitation learning method with an average value of 69.23. With a total of 18 students (69.23%) who completed and an observation value of student activity of 87.5%, this shows an increase from the initial test both in terms of class average and learning completeness. In cycle II, an increase in student learning activity was obtained by using the recitation learning method with an average value of 76.73. We can see that the average value has increased from cycle I. The number of students who have completed is 24 (92.30%) and the student activity observation value is 95.83%. With the use of the recitation learning method there is a significant influence in increasing student activity in Al-Qur'an Hadith class XI MA Private MA Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The response of class XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura to the recitation learning method was very good with increasing scores from cycle I to cycle II. The response of class XI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura to the recitation learning method was very good with increasing scores from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran REMI adalah singkatan dari Rajin, Efektif, menyenangkan dan Imajinatif, sehingga sangat perlu menjelaskan masing-masing dari komponen model pembelajaran REMI. Pembelajaran REMI merupakan pembelajaran yang jarang di gunakan para guru, mengajar dengan menggunakan beberapa model pembelajaran. Dengan harapan model pembelajaran REMI ini mampu memberikan jawaban kegelisahan siswa dalam belajar dikarenakan guru sebelumnya bmenggunakan modle pemebealajaran yang monoton. Model Pembelajara Rajin, Efekti, Menyenangkan dan Imajinatif adalah penggabungan model pembelajaran lebih dari satu agar lebih menarik dan suasan pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik, dengan kata lain model Pembelajaran REMI ini dikatakan juga Penggabungan beberapa model pembelajaran dengan tujuan memberikan proses pembelajaran yang terbaik. Pengertian motivasi, adalah “Perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang di tandai dengan munculnya “feeling”dan di dahului dengan tanggapan terhadap adanya tujuan. Belajar adalah suatu perubahan yang terjadi dalam diri organisme manusia atau hewan, disebabkan oleh pengalaman yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkah laku organisme tersebut. Belajar adalah suatu perubahan yang terjadi dalam diri organisme manusia atau hewan, disebabkan oleh pengalaman yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkah laku organisme tersebut. upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran REMI (Rajin, Efektif, Menyenangkan dan Imajinatif) pada mata pelajaran SKI . Rata-rata Penerapan Model Pembelajaran REMI (Rajin, Efektif, Menyenangkan dan Imajinatif) siswa pada siklus I sebesar 71,5% meningkat 78,18% pada siklus II. Upaya meningkatkan Pemahaman belajar siswa terlihat dari rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman dari siklus I ke siklus II. Kemampuan pemahaman yang meningkat dengan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran REMI (Rajin, Efektif, Menyenangkan dan Imajinatif)meliputi instrumental dan relasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of students in Fiqh learning after the application of the Poster Session Learning Strategy in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. This research is included in class action research (Action Research). This research uses a type of collaborative model, namely researchers with Fiqh study teachers in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. the instruments in this researcher are observation sheets and tests in accordance with research procedures by observing cycle I and cycle II. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII 6 MTs N 1 Langkat in the 2022/2023 school year totaling 32 people, teachers teaching fiqh subjects, and all components that were part of this study. Based on the data exposure above, it can be concluded that the metacognition ability of students in fiqh subjects before using the poster session strategy is still relatively low, this is known from the completeness of learning in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat in the pre-cycle is 43.75% while in cycle I it reaches 71.87% and in cycle II it is 86.25%. The application of the Poster Session strategy in fiqh subjects at MTsN 1 Langkat is in accordance with the steps of the learning strategy. This Poster Session strategy is one of the active learning methods because in the application of this method students are required to play an active role, namely free to express their opinions about the material to their friends, this of course trains their thinking skills. In its implementation, the application of the Poster Session Strategy can be carried out well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities of students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of observations of student activity in learning which initially in cycle I only reached a score of 70% then increased by 20% to 90% in cycle II. After the application of the Poster Session Strategy, students' metacognition abilities have increased, this can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle metacognition ability test which only reached an average score of 68, 43 (less) and increased in cycle I to 73.52 (sufficient) and in cycle II increased again to 86.25 (good). The increase in metacognition skills can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle only 43.75% while in cycle I it reached 71.87% and in cycle II it was 87.5%.

Abstract

Penelitiann ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa penerapan Nilai-nilai religius kini sudah mulai dicanagkan oleh berbagai lembaga pendidikan mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga menengah maka dari itu perlu diteliti mengenai keberhasilan pada pelaksanaan penerapan nilai-nilai religius tersebut. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana perencanaan dalam penanaman nilai-nilai relgius dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan PAI di MA.Sunan Kalijaga Banyuanyar, Bagaimana penerapan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan PAI di MA.Sunan Kalijaga Banyuanyar Apa factor pendukumg dan penghambat guru dalam menananmkan nilai-nilai religious dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan PAI di MA.Sunan Kalijaga Banyuanyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif dengan teknik pemaparan informan temuan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumentasi. Mengingat bahwa penelitian ini dilakukan lebih dari satu situs dengan religiusistik beda (multi kasus), maka data yang terkumpul terlebih dahulu dianalisis secara individu, baru kemudian dilakukan analisis data lintas sistus. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahawa dalam penanaman nilai-nilai nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik guru memiliki startegi khusus berupa dalam perencanaan penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik perencanaan penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik guru menganilis SK dan KD yang sesuai dengan materi dan nilai-nilai yang akan di tanamkan dan guru menyesuaikan dengan jadwal mingguan agenda pembelajaran baik berupa didalam dan di luar kelas. Pada pelaksanaan penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada pesera didik di biasakan dengan berbagai macam jenis seperti pembiasaan mulai dari kegiatan di dalam kelas sampai di luar kelas.

Abstract

The role of the Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency in supporting the economic development of MSMEs in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency has been well implemented, namely with the strategy of the Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency through an economic empowerment program and MSME business actors are provided with knowledge about their business and receive attention in the form of revolving capital. Based on this background, the authors are interested in conducting research on the strategy carried out by the Amil Zakat Agency of Langkat Regency in channeling zakat funds by empowering the economy of the middle class in Tanjung Pura District. after making observations and collecting initial data, the authors used qualitative research methods to simplify the process of collecting data through interviews and documentation, making it easier for writers to describe the data. After obtaining data related to the role of the Langkat district amil zakat agency, the authors triangulated the data by comparing the results of the data obtained through interviews with the results of observations about facts in the field. Furthermore, the researchers concluded that the role of Baznas in Langkat Regency in supporting capital for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langkat Regency had been well realized with the implementation of a program providing capital assistance to MSME entrepreneurs, namely entrepreneur Tikar Purun in Tanjung Pura District Village, Kab. Langkat, which has received venture capital assistance through Baznas Kab. Langkat. Thus the role of BAZNAS in supporting capital for MSME entrepreneurs in Kab. The level has been reached.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pembahasan tentang persepsi nasabah tentang pelaksanaan dan kesyariahan penyaluran pembiayaan murabahah di PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan empiris. Setelah peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi maka didapat kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pembiayaan akad murabahah di PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat terdiri dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap pengajuan pembiayaan, tahap verifikasi berkas dan analisa kelayakan pembiayaan, tahap persetujuan dan pelaksanaan akad dan tahap pencairan pembiayaan. Sistem penerapan akad murabahah yang dilakukan di PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat lebih sering digunakan untuk pembiayaan yang ditujukan kepada nasabah untuk tambahan modal kerja, seperti pembiayaan untuk memperluas usaha. Nasabah berpandangan bahwa pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah di PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat mudah dan tidak memberatkan nasabah serta pelaksanaan pembiayaan tersebut telah berjalan sesuai ketentuan dan kebijaksanaan pembiayaan bank yang berarti pelaksanaannya efektif. Nasabah berpandangan bahwa pembiayaan akad murabahah di PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan syariah Islam karena tidak ada kejelasan atas barang yang dibeli oleh nasabah, karena bank hanya memberikan modal kerja kepada nasabah, yang selanjutnya dalam pembelian barang dilakukan oleh pihak nasabah dan supplier dengan akad wakalah antara pihak bank dan nasabah.

Abstract

As the largest Islamic Bank in Indonesia, PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat is here to provide several products to help the needs of its customers. These products range from funding products, financing products and other banking services. One of the funding products that complements the Mabrur Savings product is PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat also launched Mabrur Junior Savings or known as children's haj savings. Mabrur Junior Savings is a funding facility provided by PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat to assist customers in carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage who find it difficult to determine the long waiting time. This type of research is field research (Field Research), which is descriptive qualitative. The data sources for this research were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data sources using interviews and documentation techniques that aim to describe the marketing strategy for Mabrur Junior Savings products carried out by PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative analysis method, because the data obtained is in the form of descriptions or statements obtained from interviews with the Sharia Funding Executive, Customer Service and three customers of PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat on the Mabrur Junior Savings product, namely by implementing the four elements contained in the marketing mix or Marketing Mix, namely Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Place Strategy, and Promotion Strategy, even though there are obstacles in its implementation. The marketing strategy for Mabrur Junior Savings products from 2020 to 2023 has increased but not significantly. Preferably PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat further enhances the marketing of its products by providing rewards and additional facilities in order to attract savings and operate more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine training and work discipline on improving employee performance at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed using inferential statistical methods (analyzing the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses). The data source for this research was obtained directly from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the research respondents, namely employees of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. The results of the study explain that there is a significant influence between training on improving employee performance at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, this was obtained from the hypothesis test, namely the t test of the Training variable (X1) statistically showing a significance value of less than 0.05 or (0.001 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.258 > 2.17881) then there is the effect of variable X on variable Y. There is a significant influence between work discipline on improving employee performance at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, this was obtained from the hypothesis test, namely the t test of the Work Discipline variable (X2) statistically showing a significance value of less than 0.05 or (0.002 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (3.919 > 2.17881 ) then there is the effect of variable X on variable Y. There is a significant influence between training and work discipline together on improving employee performance at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, this was obtained from the hypothesis test, namely the f test, the value of Fcount was obtained 41.271 with a significance level of 0.00 because the significance value was less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the value of Fcount > Ftable (41.271 > 3 .81), then the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.
