Abstract

Tujuan riset buat mengenali Faktor- faktor yang pengaruhi keahlian pembuatan Laporan keuangan UKM di kantor koperasi serta SNE di Medan. Faktor- faktornya yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan tingkatan pembelajaran, sosialisasi dan data, pengetahuan akuntansi, dimensi bisnis, serta lamanya waktu. Pengarang memakai tipe riset deskriptif kuantitatif dalam riset ini.Hasil riset ini menampilkan kalau tingkatan pembelajaran tidak mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap keahlian pembuatan laporan keuangan UKM. Ketika sosialisasi serta data, pengetahuan akuntansi, serta dimensi bisnis dan lamanya waktu memanglah mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap Dinas Koperasi.

Abstract

Pengkajian tentang riba sudah menjadi hangat diperbincangkan dalam ilmu ekonomi Islam. Terlihat pembahasan tentang riba yang selalu melekat dipikiran umat Islam dan perbincangannya hampir tidak menemukan titik terang. Perdebatan mengenai riba dan juga bunga bank menunjukkan bahwa tentang riba yang sebenarnya itu sangat terikat erat dengan permasalahan uang. Perubahan riba ke bunga tidak lepas pula sejak berkembangnya lembaga lembaga keuangan. Karena itu, untuk mengamati dan mengetahui tentang riba di dalam keuangan Islam, dan di akhir kajian ini menawarkan sistem profit-loss sharing yang dimana bisa menjadi solusi ataupun jalan keluar sebagai pengganti sistem bunga dalam perekonomian Islam.

Abstract

This is due to the implementation of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith not using media audio-visual is considered as an innovative medium so that learning and teaching activities are considered as learning activities with classical methods and tend to be conventional so that the implementation of learning becomes monotonous which of course can affect students' learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith. The problems found at the research location are as follows: Whereas the application and development of Audio Visual media has not been implemented optimally, this is because teaching and learning activities are more dominantly carried out in the conventional way, namely teaching and learning activities carried out with lecture techniques. Whereas learning that leads to the use of Audio Visual media is very limited in the availability of electronic devices and media. Based on the problems mentioned above, the authors use the Classroom Action Research method to determine whether there is an increase in learning using audio-visual media in the field of study of the Al-Qur'an Hadith. The implementation of this research consisted of 3 (three) cycles, each cycle the researcher used a test instrument to determine the completeness of students' scores in learning. The conclusion in this study is that the use of Audio Visual Media in improving students' memorization in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith for Class VIII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hujjaturrahmah has been well implemented and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-cycle, namely the number of students who get the average completeness score, namely 53.78 students who received a complete score in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith, in Cycle I increased to 67.75 students who completed the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning activities on rote material. In Cycle II the level of student completeness in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith was 74.6 in Class VIII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hujjaturrahmah. Then analyzed from Cycle III the student completeness reached 83.7. So, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hujjaturrahmah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning activities by learning the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model at MTs. Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. This type of research is classroom action research. The object of this research is to increase student learning activities through the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model in class VII MTs. Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. The research subjects were students of class VII.1, totaling 39 people. Before the action is carried out, observations are made which include giving tests and interviews to class teachers to find out the activities and student learning outcomes. The data provided was obtained from sheets from observation sheets of activities, attitudes, and student learning outcomes in the form of questions and descriptions given. The test is given twice at the end of each cycle. After being given action through the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model in class action research carried out in class VII MTs. Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan from the results of observations of student learning activities in cycle II experienced an increase compared to cycle I. The average observation in cycle I was 53.84%, the average in cycle II was 74.35%. In cycle II there was an increase in the percentage of student learning activity by 20.51% from cycle I. From the results of the pre-test before the action obtained an average value of 67.61 and the results of the post-test after the action obtained an average value of 78.23. If measured by N-gain, the average student's ability is 0.32 in the medium category. This shows that the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model according to MTs students. Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan is considered good, namely between the classification of 56-75%. Thus the application of the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model can increase student learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate wheather or not Duolingo can improve students’ grammar ability in English. This research use quantitative method and conducted in VII-B SMP Satria Dharma Perbaungan. In this research, the reasearcher used one class as the sample with total number of 26 students. The data was collected by giving pre-test and post-test as the instruments. The result of this research was calculated by using T-test. The findings showed that the students’ post-test scores was (80,76) it was higher than their pre-test scores (61,73). The result that is showed by using t-test, the scores of tcalculation (8,57) was higher than score of ttable (1,705) at significant level 5%. This finding reveals that Duolingo gives the significant result at 7th grade students of SMP Satria Dharma Perbaungan to increase students grammar ability in English.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan komik matematika berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran bilangan bulat dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan terhadap komik matematika berbasis masalah di SD. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada pengembangan RnD (Researc and Development) yang terdapat 5 langkah pengembangan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Namun penelitian tersebut hanya sampai pada pengembangan (Development). Karena tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan suatu produk yang layak untuk digunakan. Desain produk media yang merupakan pengembangan melalui pembuatan komik tersebut divalidasi oleh para ahli media, ahli materi dan guru kelas IV. Hasil penelian pengembangan komik matematika berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran bilanagn bulat, Validasi terakhir dari ahli media diperoleh 72,2%. Sedangkan validasi terkaitr dari ahli materi diperoleh 81,3% dan validasi dari guru kelas IV diperoleh 84% dari hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh dari para validator, baik ahli media, ahli materi mapuan validasi guru kelas IV terhadap produk pada media komik matematika berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran bilangan bulat ini adalah “Valid”.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out whether there is a significant effect of using mobile legend game media on student achievement in vocabulary mastery. This type of research is quantitative research and was conducted using two classes as research samples, namely class VIII-A as an experimental class consisting of 31 students and class VIII-C as a control class consisting of 31 students. In technique of collecting data, the researcher conducted pre-test, treatment and post-test by giving an understanding test of vocabulary consisting of 20 test, namely 10 true or false questions and 10 matching questions. The result of this research show that there was a significant effect of using mobile legend game media on students' vocabulary mastery. It can be seen after calculating and analyzing the t-table df 60 (n+n-2 = 31+31-2) at t-critical 0.05, it is obtained 1.67. If compared the value of to and tt, so it shows that the value of t-observed is bigger than the value of t-table or 2,56> 1,67. It means that class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 17 Desa Pon apply mobile legend game media in vocabulary learning higher than without mobile legend game media. After testing the hypothesis of the research, it was found that the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pembelajaran daring saat pandemic virus corona di SD SISUMUT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, berdasarakn analisis data dari beberapa dosen, guru, orang tua serta siswa Hambatan yang diteliti yang peneliti dapat adalah kebanyakan orang tua yang tidak peduli dengan anakya, metode cpembelajaran yang membosankan, siswa yang tidak menyukai pembelajaran daring. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa yang membuat minat belajar siswa tidak ingin belajar adalah dimana gurunya tidak menggunakan metode dan model pembelajaran yang menambah minat belajar siswa, sehingga dengan aadanya penelitian ini semoga kedepannya guru bisa manmbahkan minat belajar siswa dimasa pandemic dengan menggunakan metode dan model pembelajaran yang menarik dan membuat siswa aktif.

Abstract

Based on the data obtained by the author, it is known that 73% of students still have relatively poor metacognitive abilities. This is caused by several things, including students' lack of interest in learning activities in the field of study of Islamic Religious Education, the learning process still relies on the teacher as the provider of all material information related to the field of study of Islamic Religious Education and students have not been actively involved as learning subjects. According to the teacher in the field of Islamic religious education at Tunas Mandiri Private Middle School, he explained that students' metacognitive abilities in Islamic religious education learning activities were included in the low criteria because students had not been able to fully understand the subject matter given by the teacher in the Islamic religious education study field. The background of this problem makes researchers interested in proposing research using a classroom action research model to find out whether there is an increase in metacognitive abilities through the concept of Spiritual Quotient which can be identified through the application of action interventions for 3 (three) cycles. Based on the results of observations, interviews and test instruments used by researchers, data can be obtained, namely the Spiritual Quotient Concept can improve learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education for Class VIII students of Tunas Mandiri Private Middle School with a percentage increase, namely from the pre-cycle the completeness value of students only reaches 29 .8 % students. Then in the first cycle, the percentage of students' completeness score was 45.9, an increase of 16.1 from the pre-cycle. In cycle II, the percentage of mastery learning was achieved by 78.4%, there was an increase in student mastery by 32.5 from cycle I. In Cycle III, learning mastery was achieved by 100, an increase from cycle II. So, there is an increase between cycle II to cycle III, namely 21.6. If taken into account from the pre-cycle to the third cycle there is an increase in the level of 70.2. So it can be concluded that the application of the Spiritual Quotient Concept can improve students' ability to improve metacognitive abilities.

Abstract

To find out the pedagogic competence of teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Modern Al-Habib Islamic Boarding School Pangkalan Brandan To find out the policy of the madrasah head in improving the pedagogic competence of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers at Modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Habib Pangkalan Brandan To find out the obstacles faced by madrasa heads in improving teacher pedagogic competence at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Habib Pangkalan Brandan Modern Islamic Boarding School. Field research was used to obtain the data needed in this study, namely by using data collection tools through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed. In this study, qualitative research was used with an analytical description approach, namely by describing the research results obtained through structured interviews on research sources. The results of the research on Implementation of the Madrasah Head's Policy in increasing teacher pedagogic competence carried out by the Madrasah head at the Al-Habib Islamic Boarding School Pangkalan Brandan by providing policies to teachers are included in an activity, training, workshops or workshops, training and seminar activities related to competency development teacher. Al-Habib Pangkalan Brandan Islamic Boarding School is one of the superior madrasas that produces the best graduates. that increase in success is mentioned, by cross-checking the teacher's basic abilities in carrying out daily tasks. Conducting internal workshops and training outside the madrasah (training) held at the training center which aims to improve teacher pedagogic competence. The madrasa head always provides motivation and guidance to teachers so that teachers are able to carry out their duties as well as possible and always provides training to teachers so that teachers are more professional in carrying out each job. Obstacles faced by the head of the madrasa at Al-Habib Islamic Boarding School Pangkalan Brandan in implementing policies to improve teacher pedagogic competence include: lack of workshops and training activities related to pedagogic competence, limited calling of participants, lack of teacher ability to carry out tasks properly, and effectively financially limited funds for internal madrasas make it impossible for all teachers in madrasas to implement it
