Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden dalam melaksanakan strategi promosinya pada aplikasi TikTok untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Strategi promosi merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh besar pada seseorang yang mempunyai bisnis. Dengan startegi promosi yang dilakukan pada aplikasi TikTok diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya menjadi lebih berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode ini mengumpulkan dan mengolah data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para pengguna aplikasi TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 20 orang sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 15%, yang berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 85%. Responden yang menggunakan Aplikasi TikTok 90%, responden yang mengetahui TikTok Shop sebanyak 99%, Responden yang menggunakan TikTok Shop sebanyak 65%. Kemudian persepsi pada TikTok Shop responden menyatakan kemudahan dalam proses jual beli sebanyak 85%, efektif untuk mempromosikan produk dan meningkatkan penjualan terhadap para pelaku UMKM dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa strategi promosi pada Aplikasi TikTok Shop berdampak baik bagi para pelaku UMKM. Abstract

This research to determine and analyst, the conflict of works, work stress, satisfaction and the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya, the   direct effect nor indirect of the conflict of works, work stress, satisfaction and the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya. The research method that used in this study is census method. The study population is employees of lotte mart with amount 157 peoples. Technique of sample data on this research using total sampling technique which is all employees become sample data with amount 157 peoples. The data analyst technique using path analysis. The result of this research showed that the conflict of works, work stress, and work satisfaction significantly influenced partially and simultaneously to the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how profitability, debt policy, dividend policy firm value and to analyze the effect of profitability, debt policy and dividend policy on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2019 either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research sample is 26 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 – 2019. The research data used is secondary data, namely the company's annual financial report data which is analyzed by panel data regression. The results show that partially profitability, debt policy and dividend policy have a positive effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015 - 2019 period. Meanwhile, simultaneously profitability, debt policy and dividend policy affect the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia Securities Period 2015 – 2019.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengelaborasi peran media sosial bagi penguatan komunikasi bisnis kewargaan di era ekonomi digital. Media sosial memberikan banyak kontribusi signifikan bagi penguatan komunikasi bisnis terutama bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Provinsi Banten. Hal itu ditandai oleh penggunaan media sosial sebagai salah satu saluran alternatif dalam membangun komunikasi bisnis kewargaan. Media sosial telah mampu berfungsi sebagai saluran informasi, komunikasi, branding hingga dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksplanatoris dengan teknik wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan didukung oleh observasi lapangan sesuai topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kehadiran media sosial dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi penguatan komunikasi bisnis kewargaan seperti saluran informasi, membangun kepercayaan publik, komunikasi dua arah, dan memperkuat relasi baik dengan konsumen. Akan tetapi diperlukan penguatan tata kelola media sosial dan kompetensi agar komunikasi bisnis bagi pelaku bisnis semakin sesuai target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja keuangan dan CSR terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2020). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Asosiatif.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan Sampel 17 Perusahaan dari total 25 Populasi.Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik studi dokumentasi dan teknis studi pustaka yang diambil dari sumber kedua.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi data panel sebagai Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data untuk melihat pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarakan hasil pengujian variable kinerja keuangan yang diindikatori oleh Retun on Asset tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadapa nilai perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan yang diindikatori oleh Return on Equity berpengaruh signifikan Serta variable CSR tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine and analyze the effect of net sales and net working capital on stock prices in textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The population in this study are all textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that the samples obtained are 6 Textile and Garment Subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The method used is quantitative with descriptive and associative approaches. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The source of data in this study is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. This research consists of descriptive statistical analysis testing, path analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and F test) using SPSS version 26. Stock Price, Net Working Capital partially have no significant effect on Stock Price, Net Working Capital is not able to mediate Net Sales to Stock Price, and Net Sales and Net Working Capital simultaneously have a significant effect on Net Working Capital.

Abstract

Online Food Delivery is a food delivery service carried out by an application that serves online ordering, the use of online food delivery is very popular among Indonesian people such as students or university students. This research is a study conducted to find out "the influence of a consumptive lifestyle and Online Food Delivery. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using Google form. We conducted research on Digital Technology University students with a research sample of 39 respondents from semester III - V semester students of the Digital Technology University management study program aged between 20-23 years. The technique in collecting data uses a questionnaire technique which contains questions about the Online Food Delivery platform then the results of the information are analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research show that there is a significant correlation and influence between Online Food Delivery on consumptive behavior actually 46.2% meaning that Online Food Delivery has an effect positive and significant impact on consumptive behavior among students in using the Online Food Delivery platform, besides that consumptive behavior of students is shown to female students which cannot be avoided without awareness to be wise in using the Online Food Delivery platform. Furthermore, the average student does Online Food Delivery because it is practical, there are lots of promos and invitations from friends to buy food that is currently viral. Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the return of stocks with inflation as moderation variables in manufacturing companies of metal sub-sectors and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is metal sub-sector manufacturing companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020 with a total of 17 companies. The sampling method in this study is a purposive sampling method with the acquisition of the number of samples as many as 15 companies so as to produce data amounting to 75. The analytical techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis tests, and residual tests with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no effect on stock returns, Earnings Per Share (EPS) negatively affected stock returns, and inflation could not moderate the relationship of Return on Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to return on shares.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions on customer satisfaction at the Top Nine Travel Companies in Garut City. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The number of samples obtained was 50. The data analysis tool used was IBM SPSS version 26 software. To find out if the data was valid, reliable, and normally distributed, validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests were used. To find out how close the relationship is and how much influence price perception has on customer satisfaction, a simple correlation test and a simple linear regression test are used. And to find out how far the model's ability to explain the variation of the dependent variable goes, the coefficient of determination test is used. From the test results, it is known that the data used is valid, reliable, and normally distributed. Also, price perceptions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction by creating a close relationship between the two and being able to explain variations in the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how influential the Korean Wave variables are on purchasing decisions on the official k-pop girl group BLACKPINK's album. The method used in this study is a causal method using a quantitative approach. By taking the population in Garut Regency where there are special requirements, namely having to be a kpopers and who have listened to music or songs from BLACKPINK and taking a sample of 100 respondents. And for the validity test and reliability test this can be used in research, as well as the normality test used in research has substantial significance. The Korean Wave variable has a considerable impact on purchasing decisions, according to the direct correlation test. Based on this direct regression test, the purchasing decision variable is positively influenced by the Korean Wave variable. In addition, the Korean Wave simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, as shown by the F statistical test between the independent factors and the dependent variable.
