Abstract

Shipping safety is still a problem faced by sea transportation. Empirical data collected in this study shows the number of transportation accidents and fatalities shows a fluctuating number. This means that shipping safety is still a problem faced by the marine transportation industry in Indonesia. To answer this problem, this research is aimed at knowing the effect of ship's seaworthiness, ship health and safety culture, and supervision of the Harbormaster Office and Port Authority on shipping safety performance which is carried out empirically. Every sailing ship must be in a seaworthy condition so as to ensure safety and security while the ship is sailing. Ship's seaworthiness is also assisted with shipping safety facilities and infrastructure. Occupational health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that allows every worker to work in a healthy manner with optimal productivity without endangering himself, his family, society and the surrounding environment. Occupational health efforts are efforts to harmonize work capacity, workload and work environment so that every worker can work healthily without endangering himself or the surrounding community, in order to obtain optimal work productivity. The duties and responsibilities of a porter are very important in providing a ship's seaworthiness certificate, sailing permit, safety and security as well as all sea transportation shipping activities in Indonesian waters. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are produced: Y = 1.957 + 0.762 X1 + 0.531 X2 + 0.244 X3 + shows that, Based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the Shipworthiness variable (X1) has a value t count (10.260) > t table (1.99045) then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Health and Safety Culture Variable (X2) has a t count (2.382) > t table (1.99045), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Port Authority and Port Authority Supervision Variable (X3) has a value of t count (2.280) > t table (1.99045), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Shipworthiness, Health and Safety Culture, Harbormaster Supervision and Port Authority on Shipping Safety

Abstract

A agricultural product called shallots is frequently used to improve the flavor of Indonesian food. This ingredient is only required in trace amounts in a recipe, but price swings can fuel inflation, an ongoing economic disease in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the dynamics of shallot price fluctuations in Indonesia and the disparities that may arise. Explanatory descriptive statistics were used to analyze secondary data from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center that was made available online for this research. Unless there are distortions that affect the economy and trade, such as the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020–2021, it appears from the research that the price of shallots fluctuates regularly and in a predictable pattern, with a price increase in the first quarter and a peak at the beginning of the second quarter each year. In provinces which produce shallots, there is a fairly significant price disparity because there are many businesses engaging in the shallot trading system and there are also numerous trade routes, which leads to perfect competition in the market and a relatively cheap base price for shallots. There aren't many shallot business actors in the provinces with a production deficit or importer status, so wholesalers who act as importers can control prices as in a monopoly market, and price disparities are kept small to prevent economic turmoil in the local community. However, the price difference is still fairly high on a per-unit basis.

Abstract

The mobility of the millennial generation has become one of the centers of economic attention, both from how to make money to how to spend money. This phenomenon is of course read by entrepreneurs in increasing shopping emotion. Several studies have proven that shopping emotions are not only influenced by influencers but also digital marketing. The aim of this research is to determine the role of influencers and digital marketing on shopping emotions in the millennial generation in the new normal era. This research was conducted on the millennial generation in Bali using a questionnaire as a research data collection method. The number of samples used was 50 respondents using a non-probability sample research method (purposive sampling). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination test result is 76.3%, the shopping emotion variable can be explained by the influencer and digital marketing variables. The remaining 23.7% is explained by other variables outside the model. The results of this research are that the role of influencers and digital marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion. And the simultaneous relationship between digital marketing will have a positive effect if it is balanced with the role of influencers in increasing the positive emotions of the millennial generation towards shopping emotions.
