Abstract

Employee motivation is important for a district office and is used to measure the success of the leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. Respondents in this study are civil servants in the District office in Lumajang Regency totaling 78 people. Data analysis used is instrument test which includes validity and reliability test, classical assumption test include data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Then multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. As an independent variable that is leadership and work environment, and the dependent variable is motivation. From the hypothesis test concluded that the two hypotheses that have been built are rejected. The results showed that the leadership perceived employees have no significant effect in improving motivation, meaning there is no important effect of leadership in increasing motivation. The employee's perceived work environment has no significant effect on improving motivation, meaning that the work environment does not have an important effect in increasing motivation. Based on the findings, leadership needs to get attention in improving employee motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the significant effect between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on corporate value. And to know the effect simultaneously between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on corporate value. research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The population in this study are all companies that are members of the BLUE CHIPS stock group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2015. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling and analysis model used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that partially Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), and Decision Funding (DER) that does not affect the value of the company. While the dividend policy (DPR) affects the value of the company. Simultaneously, the result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Fund Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV). While the R Square value of 0389 or 38.9% indicates that the contribution of the influence of profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Funding Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV) of 38.9% and the balance of 61.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions and expectations of guardians of kindergarten X on the satisfaction of guardians of TK X students in Lumajang District. This research is expected to give description about perception and expectation of X kindergarten students and their satisfaction toward TK X in Lumajang Regency. This research prioritizes the variables of perception, expectation and satisfaction of guardian of pupil in TK X of Lumajang Regency. This research takes samples of all X TK students in Lumajang District. The research method is descriptive by using questionnaires distributed to QK X pupil in Lumajang District. The result of this research is the satisfaction of the student guardian in TK X of Lumajang Regency to the highest service quality in tangible dimension, and the expectation and the perception of the guardian of the students on the quality of service is very satisfied. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of the study of management science, especially human resources management, so it can be a reference and development for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

Abstract

The concept of Green Finance (Triple Bottom Line), Profit, People and Planet which emphasized for optimization economic factors, attention to the sustainability of environmental factors. The community demanded that company follow concept of Green Finance to achieve environmental improvement balanced with economic development. Banks should apply concept of Green Finance to maintain environmental conditions. The purpose research is to know the application of Green Finance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang and optimize the existing Green Finance by using SWOT Analysis. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Object of this study was taken at PT Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang, uses research method, data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results showed that implementation of Green Finance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang not only to improve the economic level of the customer, but also social awareness and environmental analysis with AMDAL. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Malang have potential to became bank which to maintain economic and natural stability, and strive the needs of funds desired by customers. Abstract

In the era of this free market to improve the performance of small business actors in developing their business needed a real strength and partnership between small business actors as the party that produces goods with the ritail network with the goal of creating a mutual cooperation. The positive impact that can be felt with this partnership program is to make unhealthy competition between them in the long term. Because modern mini market is a container that directly related to the end consumer in selling various kinds of goods needs and other supporting goods. While small business actors also require market segments to sell all forms of goods in the production. This collaboration ultimately creates a mutually beneficial condition between small business actors and mini markets that serve to sell or ritail ing from small business products into modern ritail. This is a model that must be turned on to increase synergy between producers or small business actors with modern ritail both in rural and urban environments.

Abstract

Home industry that has been the backbone of local government, always in galakkan to improve the dignity of society of lower economic class which generally become small business actor, in business activity important factor to be considered is controlling raw material, so easy to be controlled and not damaged then the amount of raw materials to be purchased in accordance with the needs, so that it can be minimized the amount of raw materials that tend to be damaged. Thus, raw materials purchased can be efficient for production process activities.

Abstract

Managing the viability of small businesses in small industry groups requires carefulness and special ability, especially when the business actor faces the scarcity of raw materials used in the production process. As the researchers face in the survey on the parcel craftsmen group, which used to use rattan material has now switched to using bamboo materials in maintaining the continuity of production in the region Wonorejo Pasuruan. Parcel craftsmen groups in this area until now amounted to 33 craftsmen who have largely switched to using bamboo materials as the main ingredient of making the parcel. With the use of bamboo materials that are easier in the business can be maintained well maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the influence of brand awareness on the decision to repurchase Samsung smartphone products (2) the influence o brand trust on the decision to repurchase Samsung smartphone products (3) the influence of brand awareness and brand trust on the decision to repurchase Samsung smartphone products (4) dominant factors that influence the decision to repurchase Samsung smartphone product. The data used in the this research are primary. Primary data in this research were obtained from a questionnairen that the measurement using a likert scale and statistically processed using multiple linier regression formula by using SPSS version 23. Based on the result of this research is that Test F variabel X1 (Brand Awareness) and X2 (Brand Trust) simultaneously influence the repurchase (Y). This is evidenced as 53,221 F count > F table 3,13. While the t test, there is no partial influence Brand awareness (X1) on the repurchase decision (Y), it is proved because -1,599 t count ≥ -1,99444 t table and Brand trust (X2) have partial influence on the repurchased decision (Y), it is proved because 9,779 t count > 1,99444 t table. Brand trust is the most dominant variabel on repurchased decision (Y) it is proved because 9,779 t count > 1,99444 t table. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables were analyzed together the dependent variable 58,9 %, while the remaining 41,1 % is influenced by other variables that are not in this research.

Abstract

For employers the process of employee selection is an important activity in the effort to get a workforce or adequate workers in receiving assignments to perform certain types of work. Many methods can be used in the employee selection process, one such method is category analysis. Whatever type of selection method, of course the company expects to achieve an accurate selection results. In writing this article the researcher wants to show one form of application of the method so that the selection result can give a picture of transparent result. This method is numerical using a score approach through a focus group discussion process. This categorical method is no less accurate than other similar methods in the recruitment selection process of employees in the company because it is quite objective.
