Abstract

Health Services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Gandrungmangu Clinic have not made much use of information technology. Documentation of patient medical records still uses a manual recording system, causing various obstacles; for example, officers often find the same medical record number and difficulties making reports. Thus, creating a medical record information system is necessary to help manage medical record data electronically. The system was developed using the prototyping method. This system has several features: medical record management, user management, reporting system, input checking feature for vital sign results, uploading feature for supporting examination results, and patient queuing system for each poly. The results of the user convenience test using the SEQ method obtained an average value of 6 and 7. The usability test results using the SUS method also got a good response from the questionnaire questions given to the respondents, which got a total score of 90.6, meaning that the system has an excellent usability level.

Abstract

AC-WC asphalt layer is a surface layer of flexible pavement construction that bears a direct load from the vehicle wheels. The increase in the number and load of traffic that occurs every year impacts road conditions and can cause damage. This requires analysis, repair and maintenance of roads for roads to function properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze road damage and provide alternative treatments for each road based on the type and level of damage that occurs. The method used was literature study, observation, documentation, and analysis with the PCI method. Observations were made on roads with class III flexible pavement in South Surabaya City. The results obtained were that the most dominant type of damage was crack damage, the level of road damage varies (low, medium, high severity) and there were different types of damage at the same point. The highest percentage and value of the damage were on Kembang Kuning Road and Pakis Tirtosari III Road. Based on the PCI method, the condition value of Dukuh Kupang XX Road was the lowest, at 25 (very poor). On Kembang Kuning Road and Pakis Tirtosari III Road maintenance work was needed, while Dukuh Kupang Road required road repairs.

Abstract

Evaluation of loading and unloading productivity is an important thing that must be done because it minimizes the occurrence of obstacles in loading and unloading and helps determine the right steps to increase productivity in the following year. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the productivity of loading and unloading, calculate the percentage of productivity and determine the forecasting value of loading and unloading productivity for the next 10 years. This is expected to improve services with technological innovation and the development of related science. The method used was the time series method. The results were obtained from PT. BJTI in 2017 – 2020, the obstacles that occurred tended to decrease, so the percentage of productivity increased every year. Based on the forecasting results with the time series method, loading and unloading productivity in 2021 - 2030 showed a significant increase. In 2030 the total productivity of loading and unloading was obtained at 1,397,463 boxes. This showed that the total loading and unloading in 2030 did not affect the equipment's ability in the loading and unloading process because the equipment capacity was still sufficient to accommodate up to 2,242,560 boxes per year. Therefore, it was not necessary to add more HMC tools at Berlian Terminal. This was inversely proportional to the loading and unloading stack obstacles whose solution must be to add RTG heavy equipment so that the loading and unloading process would be faster.

Abstract

The mobility restriction policy imposed in response to the increasing transmission of Covid-19 brought changes in people's travel behavior, both at the global and local levels. The four traditional models at the transportation planning stage became biased because the need for travel was different during this pandemic. This study aimed to create a modification of transportation planning, where the mobility continues to use the existing four-stage transportation planning model but at the same time ensures safety from the dangers of Covid-19 transmission. The survey was conducted online on students (N=100) spread across cities in East Java Province, where the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the implementation of higher education, especially student mobility. The research findings indicated that students still travel actively to universities. The student's motive for traveling was only because of important and urgent matters dominated by work and receiving news of death from family. In contrast, the majority used private vehicles, especially on trips within the city. However, the tendency to use public transportation when traveling long distances was also still in demand by respondents.

Abstract

The construction projects are always faced with the possibility of risk problems. The rapid development in the Denpasar area is in line with the many construction projects, especially buildings such as hotel construction, construction of new school buildings, etc. For construction projects in Denpasar, risk control is necessary. In this regard, it is necessary to research the Analysis of Risk Factors. This study aimed to determine the dominant risk factors causing construction project delays, mitigation and risk ownership of the dominant risk factors. This research used the quantitative descriptive analysis method. The measuring instrument of this study used a questionnaire and interviews with contractor respondents. Based on the results, the dominant risk analysis was labor risk with an average frequency value of 13.70 and 17.13 consequences. The dominant question from the labor risk variable was the low productivity of the workforce due to lack of experience with a frequency percentage of 46.67% who answered rarely and 53.33% who often answered. In comparison, the percentage of consequences was 70.00% answered big and 30.00% answered very largely. Risk response that can be done is to recruit new workers and place them according to their skills. The study's ownership of risk was the contractor due to the contractor's error in employing workers in the field.

Abstract

There are different characteristics between the modes of land transportation, such as trains, buses and cars from Cilacap to Yogyakarta, the Inter-City Inter-Provincial route. This gave a question of what criteria a person chose in determining the mode of transportation preferences. A questionnaire was required for data collection, determining the number of respondents (users). There were 20 respondents; 55% have low income, 10% have middle income, 35% have a high income. Then the data from filling out the questionnaire was analyzed using the AHP-TOPSIS method to determine the weight of the research criteria that had the most influence on preferences for transportation modes. With the results of the weighted criteria: safety (47.80%), comfort (19.78%), travel time (12.47%), frequency (12.12%) and cost (7.83%). Furthermore, the results of the preferences for the choice of transportation modes showed that the first rank was achieved by cars (0.73), secondly by buses (0.66) and thirdly by trains (0.58). The sensitivity test results showed that increasing the weight of the comfort criteria would reduce the priority of the bus mode. As for the training mode, it could be increased by adding weight to the cost criteria.

Abstract

This technological development has become a medium used by a state administrator to improve the welfare or services of its citizens. An innovation to capture this phenomenon is needed. Local government innovation is very important in implementing good and reliable governance (Good Governance). The implementation of regional development always begins with research and development activities, as well as assessments. Development planning is not only done on the table, without seeing the reality on the ground. The core of the planning problem is making the plan itself which includes a series of procedures and involves many parties. The long process and the many parties involved often make planning ineffective. Based on this, this study aimed to compare the differences in planning innovations carried out in two different regions in South Sulawesi and West Sumatra to compare the innovations of the two regions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. As a result, South Sulawesi and West Sumatra had different development innovations. South Sulawesi emphasized improving a website-based information system that would be a reference for development planning. Meanwhile, West Sumatra emphasized assessing construction services that would carry out development planning in the West Sumatra region. Suggestions for the future, each agency allocated a budget to increase the capacity of the SIPPD admin management and provide cost consequences as motivation.
