Abstract

Strategi blended learning merupakan pencampuran dua atau lebih strategi pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang diharapkan. Komponen pembelajarannya, yaitu; 1) online learning, 2) pembelajaran tatap muka, dan 3) belajar mandiri. Pembelajaran matematika ke depan,  mengarah ke penggunaan model blended learning. Bahan ajar sebagai sumber belajar perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi mahasiswa dan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen. Sangat perlu dikembangkan E-Modul matematika terapan untuk blended learning yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip instruksional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas  dan praktikalitas E-Modul matematika terapan untuk model blended learning. Penelitian  menggunakan metode pengembangan model 4D meliputi: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, dilaksanakan di Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB).  Subjeknya: ahli isi, ahli media, ahli desain, praktisi dan mahasiswa.  Data validitas bersumber dari ahli isi, media, dan desain dikumpulkan memalui angket validasi. Data praktikalitas bersumber dari dosen pengajar matematika dan mahasiswa dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi dan  praktikalitas. Validitasnya dilihat dari  kelayakan: isi, penyajian, kebahasaan dan kegrafikan. Sedangkan praktikalitas dilihat dari kemudahan penggunaan, kemenarikan sajian dan manfaat.  Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, hasilnya  menunjukkan tingkat validitas mencapai 84,5 % terkategori valid sedangkan praktikalitasnya sebesar 83,6 % terkategori praktis. E-Modul layak dan praktis digunakan untuk blended learing, namun perlu dilakukan revisi-revisi kecil. Implikasinya E-Modul  setelah dilakukan revisi kecil dapat dilanjutkan ketahap pengembangan selanjutnya yaitu uji keefektivan dan desiminasi

Abstract

Pembangunan sub sektor sember daya air adalah meningkatkan produktifitas dalam pemanfaatan sumber air melalui pendayagunaan sumber air dengan sarana dan prasarana pengairan secara efektip dan efisien, yang muaranya bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan dan kemamuran masyarakat. Memperhatikan hal tersebut dan melihat keterbatasan wilayah Bali Utara dari faktor klimatologi Pemanfaatan sungai sebagai sumber air untuk memenuhi berbagai keperluan dan kebutuhan akan air semakin meningkat sejalan dengan laju pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, kegiatan sektor industri serta sektor-sektor lainyadan hidrologi, dimana pada musim kemarau banyak sungai yang kering, maka salah satu pilihan untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumber air yang ada adalah dengan membuat penampungan dan pengendalian aliran di musim penghujan agar dapat dimanfaatkan hingga musim kemarau. Dengan dibangunnya Bendungan ini maka akan timbul dampak-dampak terhadap lingkungan, oleh karena itu diperlukan tahap identifikasi dampak lingkungan dengan melakukan penyusunan laporan Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan. Penyusunan laporan Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan. ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak lingkungan akibat dibangunnya Bendungan Titab Kabupaten Buleleng mulai dari tahap Pra konstruksi, tahap konstruksi, dan Pasca konstruksi, sehingga dengan teridentifikasi semua dampak dapat segera dilakukan upaya pengelolaan untuk mereduksi dampak yang terjadi. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan dapat dilakukan pemantauan oleh pihak-pihak yang berwenang, seperti konsultan pengawas, kontraktor, pemrakarsa dan pihak desa terkait.

Abstract

Purpose: To develop a more comprehensive transportation policy in Bali, this research needs to be conducted. Research methods: Data collection is done by conducting questionnaire-based surveys. Findings: The internal distribution trips shows the highest trip production from Denpasar and Kuta, about 24.93% and 11.75%, while the largest trip attraction are also to Denpasar and Kuta, which are 13.76% and 16.73% of the total number of people trips per day. The distribution of external trips shows that most people going in and out of Bali are through Ngurah Rai Airport and Gilimanuk Port. The modal selection shows that the most used are 85.40% motorcycle, 10.27% car, 3.60% trucks and 0.73% public transportation. The forecasts of trip generation and attraction have growth rates of 5.812%/year. Implications: It needs anticipated to develop new alternative modes based on technology from Denpasar to all districts, such as Train/LRT/ART and ferry transportation, which was agreed by 83.56% and 89.33% of the people.

Abstract

The implementation of the project from year to year is significantly improved on implementation aspects of cost, quality, and time, in order to manage the use of human resources to be realistic. Occupational health and safety in a company is often ignored especially for companies which are doing project developments. This also affects the occupational safety of the workers and occupational illness arisen after the projects have been implemented. So in running safe business, occupational health and safety management Systemshould be implemented consistently. The research was conducted in the project of Dialog Villa Petitenget, Cendrawasihstreet, Denpasar, with 15 workers as sample. The implementation of occupational health and safety management systemcan ease the workload of the workers of the structural finishing works of reinforced concrete columns. This is proved by analysis on the treatment group ((p-value< 0.05). This shows that the workloads felt by group P1 (group which implement occupational health and safety management System are lighter than the ones felt by group P0 (group which do not implement the system). The decrease in workload felt by group P1 is 4%. The implementation of occupational health and safety management system can increase work productivity on the construction project of reinforced concrete structure columns. This is proven by the productivity analysis result which shows that the productivity increase experienced by group P1 is 25% with significance level (p-value<0.05). Thus, the implementation of occupational health and safety management system on the structural finishing works of reinforced concrete columns is proven to be able to improve work productivity

Abstract

In terms of cost utilization, formwork is the largest cost component in concrete work on a building project. The cost for formwork is about 40-60% [6] of the cost of concrete work or about 10% of the total cost of building construction. With two methods of formwork i.e. conventional and half system formwork, the authors want to know the comparison of which formwork method is best in the aspect of cost savings, and the execution time for the formwork of columns on the Standard Villa project. From 2 (two) methods proposed then it is chosen the second method; that is formwork column with method of half system as best alternative. The savings can be done from the first method to the second method as much as 26.17%, while in terms of savings time that can be done with method 2 is equal to 5% of method 1

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of the design of blended learning applied mathematics for vocational education. Research using the 4D model development method from Thiagarajan includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, carried out in stages at the Bali State Polytechnic. Currently the Develop stage is being carried out. Data were collected using a validation sheet and a questionnaire for the responses of lecturers and students. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results, 1) the content validity and constructs of blended learning applied mathematics 3,8 and 3,6 are categorized as very valid with a reliability of 88.6% and 91.1% are categorized as very reliable, and 2) the level of practicality by lecturers and students respectively also 83.5% and 83.5% in the practical category. The implication, draft II of this design is very feasible and practical to be used as a learning strategy in vocational education. Draft II can be continued to the next stage of development, namely testing the effectiveness, evaluation and dissemination, but for optimization it is necessary to revise a small receipt referring to the practicality test results.

Abstract

The garments businesses in Bali grow quickly in line with the growth of tourism industry. These are proven by presence of many garment businesses in big scale investment with hundreds of workers or small -scale investments of home industries. However, the level of awareness and the failure of the business managers to seek for comfort, health, and safety for their workers remains very low. One of many problems that important in garment business for the workers in flat iron is musculoskeletal disorder. Generally, the working position is in the standing position for long time, and the hot temperature of environment resulted in the flat iron radiation. Workers that use flat iron work 9 hours per day including the lunch break and 7 day a weak, except for the big holidays or when there is less order. They start working at 08.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m. with lunch break at 12.00 until 13.00 p.m. Arrangement for the working time and the break time, holiday, working shifts, are one of the many aspects in organization that needs to be paid attention because by arranging the working time, it may make them comfortable, safe, healthy, so it can increase the work productivity. Increasing the working time will cause the accumulating fatigues and in turn, it will decrease the productivity. Therefore, to solve that problems, this research has been done experimentally by arranging the working time, namely by providing 10 minute-breaks every two hours of working time while drinking tea. This research was conducted to 12 female workers who used flat iron in “A” garment, of Tabanan Regency, Bali, with treatment by subject design. The indicated workload was measured by heart rate with pulse meter. Musculoskeletal disorder was predicted by Nordic Body Map questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t test on 5% significant. The result of analysis showed that there was a decrease of workloads and the subjective disorders significantly before and after treatment as well as the increase of the working productivity significantly (p<0,05).

Abstract

Proyek adalah suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dikerjakan dalam waktu terbatas menggunakan sumber daya tertentu dengan harapan untuk memperoleh hasil terbaik pada waktu yang akan datang.Dengan semakin majunya perkembangan pembangunan saat ini, permintaan terhadap jasa konstruksi relatif meningkat. Berbagai bahan bangunanpun serta cara pengerjaan yang baik terus dicari untuk kemajuan kualitas hidup manusia. Begitu juga dengan metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai menggunakan sistem floordeck untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan pelat lantai pada bangunan bertingkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode palaksaan pekerjaan pelat lantai menggunakan sistem Boundeck, metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai menggunakan sistem konvensional, dan untuk mengetahui selisih biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai sistem boundeck dan sistem konvensional. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah ilmu dan wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan beton khususnya mengenai pekerjaan pelat lantai sistem Floordeck dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada proyek pembangunan gedung The Hattens Wines Bali Jalan By Pass Ngurah Rai, 393 Sanur-BALI. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya pelaksanaan pekerjan pelat lantai floordeck lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pelat beton konvensional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity and practicality of teaching materials in the form of textbooks and digital student activity sheets (SAS) applied mathematics for blended learning models. Research using the 4D model development method includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, carried out at the Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB). The validity of textbooks and SAS is seen from the feasibility of: content, presentation, language and graphics. While practicality is seen from the ease of use, attractiveness of offerings and benefits. Data were collected through validation and practicality questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed the level of validity of textbooks and SAS reached 83.1% and 83.7% were categorized as valid, while the practicality level reached 83.4% and 82.9% were valid categories. Applied mathematics digital teaching materials are suitable for blended learning, but small revisions are needed. The implication is that Draft II of applied mathematics digital teaching materials, its development after minor revisions can be continued to the effectiveness test, evaluation and dissemination stages.

Abstract

Orientasi batang diagonal pada suatu konfigurasi rangka batang, akan mempengaruhi jumlah bahanyang diperlukan dalam membentuk struktur rangka batang yang direncanakan. Hal ini disebabkan karena suatu orientasi tertentu pada batang diagonal akan memberikan respon yang berbeda dalam menerima beban, dibandingkan dengan orientasi yang lain. Empat alternatif konfigurasi rangka batang yang orientasi batang diagonalnya diubah-ubah dianalisis untuk mendapatkan jumlah bahan yang diperlukan dan besar lendutan yang terjadi di tengah bentang, akibat beban vertikal yang sama. Diperlukan upaya penataan konfigurasi rangka batang, khususnya dalam menentukan orientasi batang diagonal agar nantinya diperoleh jumlah pemakaian material yang optimum.Dari keempat input alternatif tersebut. ternyata alternatif I menghasilkan jumlah bahan yang palingsedikit, namun alternatif II mempunyai konfigurasi yang lebih kaku. Pilihan konfigurasi jatuh pada alternatif yang menggunakan bahan paling sedikit. Namun lendutannya tidak melebihi batas yang diperkenankan.
