A value that is very important and must be possessed by humans, one of which is social value. Social value consists of two words, namely value and social. Value means everything that is broad and complex to identify good and bad behavior, permissible and not permissible, right or bad which is used as a guide for humans in social life as social beings. Abstract

A child is born helpless, in a state of complete dependence on other people, unable to do anything and even unable to help himself. He was born in a state of purity and fitrah, but it is the parents who give the color of life to their children. The family is the first and foremost environment for children, which contributes to the mental and physical development and growth in their lives. Through interactions within the family, children not only identify (integrate) themselves with the life of society and the natural surroundings. The ability to recognize other people's emotions (empathy) is the ability to understand the feelings and needs of others, so that other people will feel happy and understand their feelings. This research includes library research. The results of the study found that parents are responsible for meeting children's biological and psychological needs, including a sense of security, affection, and understanding as children. However, often the lack of communication between parents and children can lead to a lack of confidence and empathy in children. To anticipate this, parents need to improve empathetic communication with their children and create an interesting atmosphere in communicating, both at home and outside the home, such as involving children in fun activities such as hanging out and going for walks. If parents are unable to create an interesting atmosphere for children, it will be difficult to implement empathetic communication.

Abstract

Witnesses in a marriage contract are pillars that affect whether a marriage is valid or not. A just witness is someone who does not commit major sins and also does not perpetuate himself with minor sins. For this age, getting a fair witness is definitely very difficult. However, the phenomenon that occurred in the field was not the case. Witnesses for marriage are often chosen based on their position and closeness to the bride and groom's family, not based on criteria outlined in fiqh law. This is very fatal for a marriage because if a marriage contract seems to be neglected, then unknowingly there will be prolonged adultery. For this reason, the author wants to study this problem scientifically. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the implementation of the pillars of marriage in Bandar Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency according to Islamic law, and what is the urgency of justice for marriage witnesses and their impact on families in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. Through the form of qualitative research, descriptive analysis techniques and inductive methods are the main techniques in tracing data and facts to be examined and find answers to the formulation of problems that have been defined. The result of the research is that the implementation of the pillars of marriage in the Bandar Dua District in general is in accordance with the Syafi'iyah fiqh. But there are a number of things that still need attention, namely related to the justice of marriage witnesses. Of the four elements of the assessment ‘adālah  witnesses to marriage, there is one that is often missed in the assessment, namely maintaining marwah. Even though someone who doesn't protect his dignity is also considered wicked, and loses his justice. In general, the sources (counselors, young priests, community leaders, religious leaders, village heads, marriage guardians, married couples, and also wedding witnesses) denied that there was a strict selection of marriage witnesses. The urgency of witness justice for a married family is very clear because it is indeed a pillar of marriage. From a moral point of view, the presence of fair witnesses is also able to maintain the integrity and harmony of the family. Spiritually speaking, the presence of two just witnesses can also bring blessings and kindness to the bride and groom, because generally two people who are considered just are two pious people.

Abstract

The discussion on Wahhabism is not a new discussion for the people of Aceh, since the PUSA era this discussion has been developed, because the PUSA was "accused" by traditional clerics of carrying out the Wahhabi movement in Aceh. This movement is now being resurfaced when those who call themselves Aswaja lovers see the existence of Wahhabism and the Wahhabi movement preaching throughout Aceh. According to Aswaja, the Wahhabi missionary movement is contrary to Islamic values and the creeds that are adhered to by the people of Aceh. In this context, Aswaja’s  claim to be heretical is increasing along with the high Wahhabi preaching. In Aswaja’s  view, Wahabime in Aceh has started to gain momentum because they have controlled a number of mosques to spread their da’wah, so that several mosques have become a bone of contention between Aswaja and Wahhabis and a number of recitation sessions have been forcibly disbanded by the Aswaja group. Aswaja’s  contest with Wahhabism in Aceh is now a little disturbing to the social and religious fabric of society, because various accusations of heresy and infidel have finally become words commonly heard in society. The implications for the wahabism movement became even worse when the Aceh government established the criteria for the Aswaja creed through the MPU fatwa No. 04 of 2011. With the issuance of this fatwa, all schools whose aqidah is not in accordance with Aswaja must be rejected from developing in Aceh. Abstract

Teungku dayah plays an important role in Acehnese society and is respected and followed wholeheartedly by the local community. One of the main reasons for this is because they carry out religious teachings with the principle of istiqamah. Istiqamah means striving uprightly and consistently, having a firm stance, patience in facing temptations, and consistency in actions and behaviors. This research is a literature study (library research) with a Alamtologi approach. The study found that to achieve balance or istiqamah, it is important to fulfill the needs and capacities required by all parties involved. This can be explained according to the Alamtology: XYZ Formula [The Hidden Formula] by Masa Bayu. For example, for a teacher to be istiqamah in teaching, the leadership or relevant institution must meet the needs or requests of the teacher. The needs referred to are those that are suitable for the individual teacher's requirements and do not have to be the same as other teachers' needs, as each individual has different needs according to their own requirements. On the other hand, teachers also need to meet the needs of the institution or organization where they work. Additionally, teachers also need to enhance their capacity through the development of knowledge, skills, and other relevant aspects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many decisions of the Syar'iyah Court and Religious Courts that decide cases of divorce three into one and cancel the divorce pronounced by the husband outside the Court. This research is a normative juridical research that uses a comparative approach, in order to compare legal opinions based on the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council, Nahdlatul Ulama, and Muhammadiyah. These three institutions differ in their opinions on the legal status of divorce pronounced outside the court, the difference is due to different ways of determining the law, but there are similarities, namely recognizing that the utterance of divorce in court is valid and recognizing that the Religious Courts in Indonesia are institutions authorized to hear divorce cases.
