Abstract

The money market is a gathering place between parties who have excess assets and individuals who experience a lack of assets, the system is by exchanging temporary assets into certain assets with developments in less than one year. In the money market, the application actually involves revenue to create profit. Therefore, progress is needed in the exchange of currency markets using the Qur'an and Hadith as a premise. Also currently there is a sharia money market and has received the legitimacy of the National Sharia Council (DSN) fatwa No. 37 concerning the interbank money market with sharia standards as an answer to the need for exchange rates, especially for Muslim community groups. Abstract

The reason for this study was to decide the effect of Coronavirus on stock exchange volume and stock costs. The object of this exploration is a gathering of transportation organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The populace in this study is 42 transportation organizations. What's more, the example utilized is upwards of 20 organizations. This study utilizes optional information. The information examination strategy utilized in this exploration is elucidating subjective information examination method. The consequences of this study demonstrate that the volume of stock exchanges and costs impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic diminished, upwards of three organizations, including area, air and ocean transportation, which encountered a decay. Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan bagian dari ekonomi makro yang menggambarkan perubahan ekonomi secara keseluruhan, yang mempengaruhi mengenai banyak aspek seperti masyarakat, perusahaan, dan pasar. menggunakan analisis pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara mengetahui perkembangan, kekayaan,dan kemakmurannya. Dalam penelitian penulis ingin menggali sudut pandang pertumbuhan ekonomi dari beberapa perspektif yaitu dari sudut pandang kapitalisme yaitu neo klasik dan juga dari sudut pandang ekonomi islam. Hal dasar yang membedakan kedua perspektif ini yaitu mengenai dengan cara hidup serta tujuan dalam melakukan aktivitas ekonomi. Selain menelaah mengenai berbagai perspektif disini penulis juga melihat sumbangan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi tersebut bagi negara berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of the study (Case Study of Bank Muamalat KC Medan Balaikota) is to determine the effect of organizational honesty, satisfaction with salary and satisfaction of work on the employee’s turnover intent by using satisfaction by work as a moderator variable. The study was conducted on 35 employees, both as a population and as a sample. This study uses simple samples. The method of analysis is double regression. Double linear regression analysis is used in this study. The software used is SPSS 22. Thro the study, it has been demonstrated that wage satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on the workload and fairness within the organization, while wage satisfying has a positive and substantial impact on employee intentions for turnover and labor burden both negative and substancial. Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of international trade, namely the ratio of export and import growth in both the oil and gas and non-oil and gas sectors, as well as the amount of investment that is included in the FDI category on economic growth in Indonesia. The object in this paper is focused on all variable data for 2012 -2019, with the data used is quarterly data. This article also involves the inflation rate which is then used as a control variable. as a whole proves that exports and investment have a significant positive effect on economic growth while the amount of imports has a significant negative effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the economic potentials of Plasma plantations and the level of community welfare in Kungan Tompek Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. And the research data was analyzed using analytical techniques consisting of data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this study are that there are three economic potentials of plasma plantations: Increasing income, Creating jobs, and Reducing unemployment. The economic potential of plasma plantations has been able to improve the welfare of the members of the plasma plantation community. Except for one informant whose welfare has not increased, that can be seen from the informant's inability to fulfill one of the five criteria for community welfare and also has not been able to improve the welfare of his community when viewed from the criteria for guarding religion and protecting the soul. Abstract

Komodo Island, as Indonesia's famous tourism destination, has attracted foreign investment which has the potential to influence the economic, social and environmental sectors. This investment brings benefits in the form of opening jobs, increasing local community income, and developing tourism infrastructure. However, the impact also creates economic disparities between local and foreign workers, as well as social problems related to cultural interactions and local community access to the benefits of tourism. Meanwhile, developing tourist infrastructure also threatens the Komodo dragon habitat and the Komodo Island ecosystem. Therefore, mitigation measures are needed to ensure foreign investment supports sustainable development and preservation of the Komodo Island ecosystem. This research uses a literature review method which involves analysis from various sources such as scientific journals, books, reports and articles related to the impact of foreign investment on Komodo Island. This research aims to analyze the impact of foreign investment on Komodo Island on the economic, social and environmental sectors. The research focus includes discussing the economic impact through opening jobs and increasing income, the social impact related to cultural interactions, and the environmental impact of tourism infrastructure development.

Abstract

Halal Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is a business sector that has great potential for economic growth, so halal MSMEs can be a driver of Indonesia's target in terms of becoming a halal center in the world. The development of halal MSMEs must be adapted to the times when the use of technology should be a weapon for halal MSME actors in marketing their products to spread the market to all corners of the world. However, according to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs that there are still many MSME actors including Halal MSMEs who have not yet touched on technology in their marketing, this can be seen from the percentage figure which has only reached 13% of MSMEs adopting digital technology. This research design uses a qualitative research approach by conducting a literature study of 15 Google Scholar papers relevant to the research question. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing plays an important role in developing Halal MSMEs, one of which is by using the mixed promotion method (Advertising, Personal Selling, Public Relations, and Direct Marketing).

Abstract

The Hajj Fund Financial Management Agency at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in North Sumatra is a general policy that becomes the basic concept of the Hajj Finance Management Agency in carrying out Hajj Fund Management as stated in Law Number 34 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 5 of 2018, In implementing the management of hajj funds requires organizational governance that is in accordance with the duties and provisions. The purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of the problematics of managing hajj funds, solving problems of the phenomenon and knowing the strategies and benefits in managing hajj funds. By using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Descriptive method is used to provide an overview/explanation of a problem. The implementation of Hajj Fund management for Problem Solving at the Hajj Financial Management Agency in North Sumatra has been maximally completed in collaboration with other institutions in accordance with the mission and vision of the Ministry of Religion in North Sumatra, which is to improve the Quality of Hajj Services.
