Abstract

Bullying is an act that is currently happening and being discussed. Several cases of bullying occur in society, both in the social and educational world, which makes various parties more concerned, including the child protection commission, causing several negative impacts for the victims and also the perpetrators of bullying themselves. Various ways have been done to minimize the incidence of bullying in schools, including one of the National Commission for Child Protection urging the school to better protect and pay attention to their students. Theoretically, this research is useful to increase knowledge and broaden the horizons of researchers in the field of analyzing cases of bullying against Children with Special Needs (ABK). Practically, this research can provide recommendations or descriptions and views for readers, especially for parents and teachers in fostering good communication relationships with children and students who have special needs so that they can help to develop themselves optimally. This research is a qualitative approach with a case study method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, which is used to examine the condition of a natural object, where the researcher is the key instrument, the sampling of data sources is carried out purposively and snowballing, the collection technique is triangulation (combined). . The results of the research conducted among the types of bullying that often occur in Children with Special Needs at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan include being pushed, fooled, insulted, threatened, humiliated, and ostracized. In overcoming these problems the teacher provides reinforcement for Children with Special Needs (ABK) to be stronger mentally and physically to deal with bullying cases that occur in Children with Special Needs (ABK) and non-ABK. Special Needs (ABK) and non-ABK. For teachers to pay more attention and get closer to students who experience bullying in order to help solve problems that occur at school.

Abstract

This study aims to explore moral education through the book adabul alim wal muta'alim written by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and the ethics of the teaching profession, so that from an understanding of moral education and professional ethics, teachers can vary and look perfect. The research approach used is library research, the data obtained from a literature review with a factual historical approach. The results of the study found that in the moral education written by KH.Hasyim Asy'ari and the professional ethics of the teacher, it contained moral values, personal character of a teacher, teacher's morals to students, and teacher's morals in teaching. Where both of them have the same meeting point and meaning even though the discussion is different.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the value of characters in the illustrated folklore book "Jaka Tarub and Jaka Tingkir" in instilling character values ​​for grade II Elementary Schools. This study aims to determine the concept of character values ​​in the illustrated people's books of "Jaka Tarub and Jaka Tingkir" and to instill character values ​​in grade II Elementary Schools. This study uses a qualitative research type approach. The data sources of this research are the theory of secondary and primary data obtained from the illustrated folklore book "Jaka Tarub and Jaka Tingkir" in 2017. The data collection method uses content analysis or content analysis. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. The character values ​​of Jaka Tarub's folklore book and Jaka Tingkir's folklore book are analyzed based on the PPK (Strengthening Character Education) which consists of 5 Main Values ​​in the 2013 Curriculum PPK Presidential Decree No. 87 of 2017 namely: (1) Religious, ( 2) Nationalist, (3) Independent, (4) Mutual Cooperation, (5) Integrity. The benefit of this research is to find out the relevance of folklore books with pictures of Jaka Tarub and Jaka Tingkir in instilling character values ​​in second grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research discusses the teacher’s strategies in teaching listening at a Vocational High School in Indonesia during online class. The aims of the research are to know the strategies teacher in teaching listening and how the implementation of those strategies especially in situation which online class must be conducted in a Vocational High School in East java, Indonesia. The method used by the researchers is descriptive qualitative research method. The subject of the research is the English teacher in the Vocational High School while the methods of data collection were Observation checklist, interview guidline, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data collection and documentation. The result of this study indicates that the teaching strategies used by the teacher was Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating, Cognitive, Metacognitive. The implementation of teacher strategies was the teacher looked at the syllabus with the lesson plan, material to teach in the lesson plan must match the class to be taught, the instructions in the listening learning process, then the teacher played the video in learning process. Hopefully, this study might be useful for other researchers as well as teachers who teach English in general and listening in particular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ice Breaking to improve student learning outcomes in Civics lessons for second graders of SD Quality Krembung. This researcher uses quantitative research with experimental methods and uses a form of pre-experimental design type One-Shot Case Study. The population used as the object of research is the second grade students of SD Quality Krembung. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The sample used in this study were all second grade students of SD Quality Krembung, totaling 28 students. The instrument used in this research is posttest. From the results of the study, the lowest student posttest score was 64 and the highest student score was 96 so that their average score was 82.07. It can be concluded that Ice Breaking has an effect on student learning outcomes in Civics lessons for second grade students of SD Quality Krembung.
