Abstract

This article is focused on the continuation of the development of miners that are considered to be main pests of vegetable plants. Due to the gathered information, it was identified that in an optimal condition, a generation of a leaf-mining fly (Liriomyza sativa B) develops in 17.5 days. Also, we have identified the level of its harm to vegetable plants.

Abstract

Bagiperusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa, memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan berarti perusahaanharus memberikan pelayanan berkualitas kepada pelanggannya. kualitas adalah segala sesuatuyang mampu memenuhi keinginan atau kebutuhan pelanggan ( meeting the needs of customer).Sedangkan metode kano adalah metode yang bertujuan mengkategorikan atribut-atribut produkmaupun jasa bedasarkan seberapa baik atribut tersebut mampu memuaskan kebutuhanpelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini bersifat analisis datayang diperoleh melalui Observasi dan Wawancara, yang dilakukan langsung kepada beberapakonsumen ( Pelanggan ) yang sudah membeli tas di UD Seroja. Pada tahap interpretasi data diawali dengan pembuatan kuisoner dimana olah pembuatan kuisoner melibatkan pimpinancabang Di UD Seroja – Tanggulangin. Dalam tahap analisa dan pembahasan dijelaskan tentang hasil pengolahan data berupa data diantaranya Data kepuasan dan kendala yang di alami konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan di UD Seroja, Data hasil identifikasi konsep Kano dan Memberikan saran perbaikan kepada pihak UD. Seroja dengan menggunakan metode HOQ. Dari hasil analisis Kano, di dapat beberapa atribut yang masuk kategori keunggulan dan kelemahan. Atribut yang termasuk keunggulan dari dimensi harga yaitu 1) harga produk yang relative lebih murah, 2) Harga produk mampu bersaing, 3) Harga produk terjangkau, dan 4) Harga produk sebanding. Berdasarkan house of quality atribut yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah:1) Harga produk relative murah. 2) Harga produk mampu bersaing. 3) Harga sebanding dengan kualitas. 4) Produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan. 5) Kualitas mampu bersaing. 6) Tempat parkir yang memadai. 7) Tempat mudah dijangkau dengan tranportasi umum

Abstract

In effort to minimize project failures (time delay) arising from due to supplier selection errors that have an impact on low performance and low potential for successful projects. This study aims to find out how strong the influence of supplier selection is right and correlates with good performance so thatthe project's success can be achieved. By using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method in a PLS (Partial Least Square) application by examining the relationship between factors on the criteria of quality supplier selection that is expected to have an impact on the performance of a good supplier, and later can be related to the potential success of the project. Test results on Bootstrapping obtained the value of T-Value and P-Value in the 1st Hypothesis, namely, T-Statistics 0.829 and P-Value 0.407, the supplier performance variable (X2) did not affect the project success variable (Y1). The second hypothesis is, with a T-Statistical value of 2.094 and a P-Value of 0.037, the Supplier Selection (X1) has a significant effect on the project success variable (Y1). The third hypothesis is, with a T-Statistic value of 8.306 and a value of P-Value 0,000, Supplier Selection (X1) has a significant effect on the Supplier Performance variable (X2).

Abstract

This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) methods. From the result of research using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) produced 27 KPI where for plan perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of reliability 2 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI. For a source perspective there are 8 KPI consisting of reliability 4 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, Flexibility 2 KPI. Make perspective there are 7 KPI consisting of reliability 3 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, flexibility 2 KPI. For a delivery perspective there are 5 KPIs that consist of 3 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then for the return perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of 2 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method produced a delivery perspective is the perspective with the highest level of importance on the supply chain performance of PT. MSM. With the results of this performance measurement can be used as a benchmark for the company to get optimal performance.

Abstract

PT. ICP is a company engaged in manufacturing of packaging, with a wide variety of packaging technologies that fit the needs of the current market share. Among the resulting product is aplastic cup, the results of thermoforming. This research aims to know the main cause of the defect (defect) in a plastic cup products and to reduce product defects in the production process. From the results of the observations made in September 2017 until December 2017 known that the plastic cup products with total production of 63,314,964 pcs to 3,671,341 pcs disability amount. Based on the problems faced by the company efforts on product quality control plastic cup to find the cause of a disability and find solutions for improvement. Proper methods used in the problems that occurred in PT ICP are using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and the method of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The method is intended to reduce defects in the product and look for the main cause of defect products in a plastic cup. From the results of research conducted has been known that the biggest cause of disability plastic cup is of a rough lip with disabilities amount of 1,346,308 pcs with a cumulative value of 42%. FMEA analysis and the results of that unknown cause rough lip is from wear cutting factor with a value of 224 RPN.
