Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan ikan segar bagi masyarakat Sidoarjo dan sekitarnya, maka dinas terkait yaitu Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Kabupaten Sidoarjo berusaha memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan distribusi dari produsen yaitu petani UKM Ikan yang berada di Sidoarjo sampai kepada tangan konsumen akhir yaitu rumah tangga. Kualitas merupakan faktor kunci yang membawa keberhasilan bisnis, pertumbuhan, dan peningkatan posisi bersaing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan distribusi ikan di Pasar Ikan dan atribut yang mempunyai nilai negatif tertinggi.Sehingga untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan distribusi ikan di pasar ikan tersebut dengan menggunakan atribut Physical Distribution Service Quality. Service Quality (kualitas layanan) merupakan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan serta ketepatan penyampaiannya untuk mengimbangi harapan pelanggan.Hasil penyebaran kuesioner didapatkan data atribut yang mempunyai nilai negatif tertinggi adalah atribut Atribut A.2 yaitu penyediaan informasi mengenai ketersediaan ikan yang terdapat pada dimensi availability sebesar -0.04269.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the concept of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the concept of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the idea of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the idea of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. This research aims to measure risk so that risk indicators in business processes in the Creative Economy will be known. The method of carrying out this research is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Then do validation and reliability and calculate the indicators that have the highest level of risk. The results of this study are the demand risk variable with an indicator of the presence of business competitors with a value of 3.2 points which means that the risk is very high faced by business actors, and the raw material risk variable with an indicator of insufficient supply of raw materials with a value of 2.93 which means high risk faced by business actors.

Abstract

Abstract The fresh fish demand increase in the Sidoarjo district can be seen from the fish production amount increase which could be found in the fish market. The fish market became a fresh fish distribution center from fish farmers to customers. To keep the qualities of fish and its distribution services, designing the system design of fish distribution is need to be conducted. The aim of this research is to design a system design of fish distribution by integrating physical distribution service quality (PDSQ ) methods and lean six sigma methods at a fish market in Sidoarjo. This research is conducted to give a suggestion for fisheries and maritime department of Sidoarjo in providing services to public. This research began by measuring the quality of service by using the PDSQ method, then the highest of negative gap value would be identified to find “the waste” by lean method during the distribution process from producer to consumer which affects the quality of service, and than measured capability process using the six sigma method. By using both methods in implementing the system design improvement of fish distribution in Sidoarjo, the results show that the quality of services has increased the distribution of fish by the presence of some improvements facilities. These can be seen from the value of fish qualities which has increased in the reckoning of customer satisfaction from the gap value of each dimensions namely timeline of -2.08  becomes -0.81, availability dimension of -3.36 becomes -1.7, and condition dimension of -1.96 becomes -1.17, and scores of  process capabilities of 4.11 becomes 4.43. The improvement of system design from this existing condition is by involving integrated service unit (UPT) of fish market as a control of the quality of fish and its distribution process to increase the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The quality of health services is required by the health implementing-organization as a strategy to win the competition. In order to improve the quality of health services, there should be a sustainable improvement in all aspects of quality. This study aims to perform the identification of the quality of the existing services and determine the priorities for resolving the problem and improving the customer satisfaction. It applies Servqual method with five dimensions: tangible, responsiveness, reliable, assurance and empathy; and 25 research attributes. The questionnaires given to the respondents consist of three things: a questionnaire for the identification of the respondents, of the level of customer perception and of the level of customer expectation. The research results that the highest gap between the consumer perception and the consumer expectation found in the dimension of empathy and the attributes of the medical workers’ patience and amiability during health examination with the value of -1.05. These results indicate that the priority of health care quality improvement is by increasing the medical workers’ ability in doing health examinations with patience and amiability.

Abstract

Gerandong crackers are different types of crackers with other crackers, the main ingredients gerandong crackers derived from the ready-made crackers, gerandong crackers production process consists of several stages one of which is the dust filter stage. At this stage use the filter tool. In terms of use, this tool is working properly. However, this tool is still not effective, it needs to be redesigned on the tool to improve. The results of this study include: Improving the design of dust filters in the process of making gerandong crackers in terms of how to use reverse engineering methods. From design that can be expected can be repaired from dust filter tool. Recommendations to reduce air pollution are less effective. The Efforts to improve the design of dust filter equipment in this study using reverse engineering methods assisted by CAD (Computer Aided Design), in this case solidwork software and will be integrated with Root Cause Analisys. The result of this research is a new design of dust filter tool that is practical and effective, practically not doing a lot of arrangement and switching tool when will production, effective in reducing dust when production and output yielded cleaner than before

Abstract

For machine line 18, is intended to produce PVC pipe with a 5 ", 6" and 8 "with each contained item type AW and type D with a turn of the cycle a certain schedule. From the turn of this cycle, there are a couple of the impact is too long good finish duration of vacant stock in the Warehouse Production (GHP) pipe. The impact of the long duration of the good stock of empty finish unachieved impact on consumer demand (in this case the agent). By not reaching the consumer demand impact on service level SCM & Delivery. The purpose of this study to determine the optimal level of machine line 18 so that the products PVC size 5 ", 6" and 8 "are produced to meet the buffer stock storage. Thus, this research is expected to make a production schedule to meet the stock warehouse to the fullest, can meet the needs of consumers (agent) to the maximum but not over. From the data and data analysis using the First Come First Serve (FCFS), Earlier Due Date (EDD), Short Process Time (SPT), the SPT method is the most optimal method by having an average completion time of 4,10 days with 36,75% utility, then the average number of jobs 2,77 work, and delays the average occupation is 0,42 days.

Abstract

PT. DS2 is one of the producers of household appliances, kitchen utensils, and children's toys to bottles and jerry cans, to produce 5 liters of jerry using 2 Blow Molding machines that can produce an average jerry of 6750 / plastic jerry per day. In the production process there are defects found in 5 liter jerry products. This study aims to determine the cause of defect, what factors cause defect. Method used in this research is SQC and RCA in an effort to determine the defect in the 5 liter jerry production process. From the results of research that has been done, the highest value of disability is PL bloom defect with 1686 pcs with a cumulative percentage of 41%. Based on the analysis using the control p chart that all percentages of defective pruduct are still in the control chart and declared safe.

Abstract

PT.Viccon Modren Industries is a company engaged in the brick industry light . Problems often arise during the process of making light brick is a lightweight brick compressive strength is not in accordance with company standards for ˃3,50 N / mm² , so the quality is not optimal light brick . In an effort to overcome these problems , it is necessary to control the production of Online Quality Control with Statistical Process Control methods to identify the root of the problems that occur in the production of lightweight brick . Statistical tools in Statistical Process Control methods include check sheets , Pareto charts , cause-effect diagrams , and maps control p . Then the data Statistical Process Control is integrated with the Taguchi method as Offline Quality Control to be used as a parameter in determining the factors that have significant influence in the optimization of compressive strength of lightweight brick. Based on the research showed that the factors significantly influence the light brick compressive strength is the amount of cement and gypsum number . Combination level of the factors that resulted in the average value and variance of compressive strength of lightweight brick that is optimal is the same , namely the setting factor water volume at level 2 for 150 Liter ( A2 ) , factor the amount of silica sand on level 2 of 550 Kg ( B2 ), cement jumalah factor on level 3 of 350 Kg ( C3 ) , as well as gypsum julah factor on level 3 of 300 Kg ( D3 ).

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya pembangunan gedung-gedung, merupakan peluang besar yang bagus untuk industri mesin pendingin. Untuk memenuhi terhadap permintaan mesin pendingin diperlukan peramalan yang tepat dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam proses produksi. Peramalan produksi merupakan bentuk pembuatan keputusan yang dijadikan sebagai landasan dibanyak industri manufaktur dan industri pelayanan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk meramalkan jumlah produksi sehingga dapat menentukan jumlah produksi mesin pendingin dalam 12 periode dimasa yang akan datang. Analisis regresi merupakan analisis yang bertujuan untuk menentukan model yang paling sesuai untuk pasangan data serta dapat digunakan untuk membuat model dan menyelidiki hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hasil persamaan matematika regresi yang mempengaruhi jumlah produksi adalah variabel kerusakan mesin (KM) dan harga bahan baku (HBB) serta jumlah tenaga kerja (JTK) nilai konstanta 500.308 menyatakan bahwa jika tidak ada variabel kerusakan mesin, harga bahan baku dan jumlah tenaga kerja, maka jumlah produksi sebesar 500.300. Dengan mengasumsikan diabaikannya variabel independen lainnya, jika kedua variabel (X1_KM) bernilai positif sebesar 47.869 dan (X2_HBB) bernilai positif sebesar 7.2700000, maka jumlah produksi meningkat sebesar 1%, dan jika variable (X3_JTK) bernilai negatif -3.460, jumlah produksi mengalami penurunan 1%, sebesar 3.640.
