Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work practices, and employee work discipline on employee performance in the hospitality industry (Case Study: Hotel Utami Juanda). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was conducted by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 52 respondents, employees of Hotel Utami Juanda. The data analysis technique used in this study used the SPSS version 24 program.The results of this study prove that the work environment does not partially affect the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees, work practices have a partially significant effect on the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees, employee work discipline has a partially significant effect on the performance of Utami Juanda Hotel employees and the work environment, practice Work, and Employee Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance in the Hospitality Industry (Case Study: Hotel Utami Juanda).

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of accounting conservatism, firm size, company growth, and capital structure on the earnings response coefficient. This research method uses quantitative research methods, data collection used documentation studies in the form of secondary data sources of financial statements and stock prices in Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The research’s population are the Property, Real Estate, and building construction companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2017-2019 as much as 81 companies. Sampling method were selected by using non probability sampling purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained as much as 34 companies. Anlyze the data used SPSS 26. The result shows that accounting conservatism, firm size, and company growth have no effect on the earnings response coefficient while capital structure has effect and significant on the ernings response coefficient.

Abstract

Many previous sources have described various factors that affect firm value so that there are inconsistencies between one study and another. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, capital structure, investment decisions and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on firm value. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data used is a type of secondary data. The population in this study are all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 60 companies. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 25 application. The result of this research is that liquidity and capital structure variables have no effect on firm value. On the other hand, the investment decision variables and the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) are considered to have a partial effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether company size, capital structure and cash flow have an effect on firm value in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2020 period. The method used is quantitative. In this study, the type of data used was secondary data with data collection techniques using the documentation method, as well as sampling using the purposive sampling method. Population data as many as 16 companies, and obtained a sample of 8 companies. in this study using SPSS. The results of this study are firm size has no significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, cash flow has no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to strengthen the promotion strategy of the Umama instant hijab brand on purchasing decisions among students in the Sidoarjo area. This study examines respondents, namely students in the Sidoarjo area who have known and used Umama's instant hijab products in their daily lives. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of 100 students. Data collection at the interval level was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is the outer model test and the inner model test on the Smart PLS software application. The results of this study indicate that strengthening the promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effecct of Information Asymmetry, Deferred Tax Expense, Bonus Compensation, and leverage on earning management. The approach used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in study was 108 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in the study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 9 with the aim of testing Information Asymmetry (X1), Deferred Tax Expense (X2), Bonus Compensation (X3), Leverage (X4), on Earning Management (Y). The result of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant effect between Information Asymmetry, Deferred Tax Expense, Bonus Compensation, and leverage on Earning Management. While partially Deferred Tax Expense have a significant Positive effect on Earning Management. Information Asymmetry, Bonus Compensation, and leverage does not have a significant effect on Earning Management.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study as many as 100 respondents, namely customers who use the services of Gojek. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, f test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 18.0 application program. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from customers who use Gojek's services. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of exchange rates, interest rates (BI Rates), World Gold Prices and The Dow Jones Index on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series with the period January 2019 – June 2021. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method where the entire population in the study is used as a sample, where in this study the data is taken every week with a sample count of 131. The data analysis in this study used eviews-10. The results of this study showed that the Exchange Rate, Interest Rate (BI Rate), World Gold Price and Dow Jones Index simultaneously had a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The World Gold Price and The Dow Jones Index partially had a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). while the Exchange Rate and Interest Rate (BI Rate) have no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates on Stock Prices. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are 45 LQ45 indexed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 60 samples obtained from 5 banking companies included in the LQ45 index during the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 9 with the aim of testing the Rupiah Exchange (X1), Inflation (X2), and Interest Rates (X3) on Stock Prices (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant effect between the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, and Interest Rates on Stock Prices. While partially the Rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative effect on stock prices and interest rates have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while inflation has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with associative explanatory method, where this associative relationship is used to determine the relationship between two or more variables that are shown in a causal relationship or cause and effect. ). The samples taken in this study were Hisana Fried Chicken consumers in Sidoarjo who had visited and bought 100 respondents. Based on the Simultaneous F test, the value of sig = 0.00 and the value of = 0.05 means that P < then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of brand equity, service quality and prices on the purchasing decisions of Hisana Fried Chicken in Sidoarjo, It is expected that respondents will pay more attention and consider in making purchases of goods and services so as to further increase the effectiveness of purchases and consumer convenience.
