Abstract

The Village Government is one part of the state administrators who have the task of providing good quality public services to the community based on five indicators of public services, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The analysis technique in this study uses the service quality (Servqual) technique or a technique that produces a gap score derived from the results of service performance to the community with the expectation of service quality expected by the community. The results of this study indicate that the quality of administrative services for the Banjarbendo Village Government, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency can be categorized as poor administrative service quality because it produces an overall average gap score (-0.3400) and a gap score on the five dimensions 1) Physical Evidence/ Tangible (-0,13809) with bad category, 2) Reliability (-0.3728) with bad category, 3) Responsiveness (-0.3356) with bad category, 4) Assurance (-0.3587) with bad category, and 5) Caring/Empathy (-0.2548) with bad category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the tourism development program in Watesnegoro Village. This research is based on the fact that the promotion carried out by the Village Government and tourism management has not gone as expected, so that this tour is not yet known by the general public. The research method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative, data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques used in this study refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the program carried out by the Watesnegoro Village Government in developing gadung source tourism was by promoting through mass media where the Watesnegoro Village Government collaborated with Radar Mojokerto to promote this tourism to be known by the general public, the Watesnegoro Village Government also plans to carry out additional promotions through web and accounts on social media. Instagram and Facebook are social media applications chosen by the Village Government and tourism managers in promoting the tourism. In addition, the Watesnegoro Village Government will also conduct socialization to the general public, and will coordinate with the Mojokerto Regency Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office.

Abstract

This study examines how the public communication strategy of the Sidoarjo district government in minimizing the impact of Covid-19 transmission in Sidoarjo. This study uses the theory of communication strategy and public communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Sidoarjo district government in minimizing the impact of the transmission of COVID-19 in Sidoarjo. The research is descriptive and the research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews consisting of 5 people. The results of research that have been carried out on the public communication strategy of the Sidoarjo Regency government in minimizing the impact of the transmission of covid-19 in Sidoarjo are shown to the public, but in general on people's behavior in complying with health protocols, the public can also receive message information from various sources such as online media Instagram. , web and facebook. And also through print media such as banners, posters and billboards, the community also gets information about prevention and minimizing the impact of Covid-19 transmission from village socialization.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive method intended to describe the role of government. The research subjects were the Head of Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism, the Head of the Regional Government, Perhutani, BPCB (Cultural Conservation Preservation Center). Data collection was obtained by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that the services provided were not optimal, as evidenced by the existence of a report from the BPCB (Cultural Conservation Preservation Center), the government's role in improving services had not been maximized. But there is a good side in improving services is to know and understand the duties and functions that are their responsibility, to carry out the role of government. The three trees around the Pertirtaan Jolotundo Temple are old and tall, they are afraid of rain and wind, but once every six months the government carries out tree mitigation. Fourth, there is heavy rain for more than two to three hours, it must be sterilized first, no visitors should come afraid of landslides. Fifth, when on the night of 1 Suro and Friday Legi people come to bathe in the booths using flowers and added fragrance oil, etc., it can affect the surface of the stone when it is cleaned it will peel off.

Abstract

e-Filing is a tax reporting novelty that can be accessed more quickly with the internet network. But in reality e-Filing itself is still not widely spread. This is due to the lack of widespread socialization from the KPP Pratama. This study aims to find out and understand the novelty of tax reporting through e-Filing at the Pratama Tax Service Office of South Sidoarjo. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the novelty of Tax Reporting Services through e-Filing at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan in terms of innovation characteristics, namely having features and elements of novelty where with e-filing taxpayers can save time and costs, because e-filing can be accessed anytime and anywhere with internet facilities. The novelty of tax reporting through e-filing does not only benefit one party, but both parties, namely the taxpayer and also the South Sidoarjo KPP Pratama which can save storage space and paper.

Abstract

The effectiveness of health services is carried out to increase the satisfaction of the people who seek treatment. Problems with services are timeliness, community dissatisfaction, and indiscipline of health workers in providing services. This research method uses descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants by purposive sampling involved, namely the head, coordinator, administrator, dental practitioner, MCH/KB implementer, drug and pharmacy implementer through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are the effectiveness of services by improving facilities and infrastructure, and the quality of human resources. It is proven by the implementation of the nutrition post program for weighing and measuring the height of toddlers so that parents are trained to choose food for their child's growth and development, the free covid-19 vaccination program. The supporting factor is the collaboration between health workers, village government, and the community and periodic evaluation by analyzing the results of the suggestion box. The inhibiting factor is timeliness and indiscipline, causing public dissatisfaction with services. Keyword: , , .

Abstract

The weak understanding of BUMDes is what makes BUMDes discourse not well socialized to the villagers. How can you socialize if your own understanding is still very inadequate. As a result, the issue of BUMDes only blows on the village elite only or only in the village device circle. The weak development of human resources is what makes the institutional capacity and entrepreneurship of the village undeveloped and the lack of personnel to manage BUMDes MARGO JOYO in Semambung village jabon subdistrict and the thing that is no less important is most young people to work. It is still difficult to convince young people that BUMDes can guarantee harmony for its activists. The methods used qualitative descriptive data are obtained through observation, documentation, interviews and using the source of books, journals, and policy documents. The result of this research is that there are three processes of managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) namely planning which in planning there are 2 categories including work program plans that include making budget budgets to get capital and can open new business units. The second category in the planning is the acceptance target plan which includes socialization of Semambung Village residents to participate in the use of POS Indonesia services in electronic bill payment services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze Transmission in the Implementation of the E-Registation Program as an Effort to Ease the Registration of Taxpayer Identification Numbers with a case study of the Lamongan Pratama Tax Service office or KPP Pratama Lamongan. The research method is descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation and documentation technique with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the communication variable at the point of transmission of socialization has been carried out by KPP Pratama Lamongan through social media managed by KPP Pratama Lamongan but socialization on social media cannot reach all levels of society and at the point of clarity of online registration if the process has been completed. After completion, KPP Pratama Lamongan will send a physical TIN card using a third party, namely an expedition, but there is uncertainty about the time of receiving a physical TIN card or not receiving a TIN due to unclear delivery addresses and many villages in Dilamongan have multiple RTs in their gangs so that couriers have difficulty sending deliveries. package.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the commitment of the Environmental and Hygiene Service of Sidoarjo Regency in managing waste and the factors constraining commitment to waste management carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Environmental and Hygiene Service. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This resource determination technique uses a purposive sampling technique, which consists of 1 Head of Waste Management, 1 staff of Cleanliness, 1 waste officer, and 3 community members. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by the method based on the concept of Milles and Hubberman. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The commitment of the Environmental and Hygiene Service (DLHK) of Sidoarjo Regency in the waste management program consists of three indicators of affective, normative, and continuity; 2) Constraints faced by the Environmental and Hygiene Service (DLHK) of Sidoarjo Regency in waste management, namely consistency and lack of budget.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card Policy as a form of government program launched to address the problem is still found in many students who are still of school age but drop out of school due to financial difficulties given to students from Elementary School or Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, Junior High School or Madrasah education levels Tsanawiyah, Vocational High School or Senior High School or Madrasah Aliyah. One of the regencies or cities in East Java that has realized acceptance of the Smart Indonesia Program is Sidoarjo Regency. including the class as students whose parents are underprivileged or students whose parents are registered as owners of PKH and KKS cards. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles, such as those at SDN Kenongo 1, namely the acceptance of the Smart Indonesia program is still uneven and has decreased when implementing it due to the lack of monitoring and data collection carried out by homeroom teachers on students, besides that, socialization to parents and guardians of students is only carried out when taking report cards only. The purpose of this study is to find out how the resources for implementing the smart Indonesia program are in an effort to equalize education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a purposive sampling technique in determining informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation.
