Abstract

General Background: Knowledge sharing has become a critical organizational practice in modern institutions as digital transformation reshapes how employees collaborate, learn, and develop entrepreneurial capabilities in the digital environment. Specific Background: Within university libraries, staff members increasingly rely on knowledge exchange mechanisms such as written contributions, organizational communication channels, personal encounters, and communities of practice to support digital-oriented work processes and professional development. Knowledge Gap: Despite the growing relevance of knowledge sharing for institutional development, empirical evidence describing how different knowledge-sharing behaviors relate to digital entrepreneurship dimensions in academic library settings remains limited. Aims: This study examines knowledge-sharing behaviors and their association with digital entrepreneurship among staff members in governmental university libraries in the Middle Euphrates region. Results: Using survey data from 114 library employees and statistical analysis, the findings indicate that organizational communication represents the most prominent knowledge-sharing dimension, supported by formal mechanisms such as periodic meetings, work reports, and established communication channels that function as primary sources of knowledge exchange among staff. Conversely, digital creation and innovation appear as the least represented dimensions within the examined libraries, indicating limitations in innovative digital practices. Novelty: The study provides empirical evidence linking structured knowledge-sharing practices with multiple dimensions of digital entrepreneurship in university library institutions. Implications: These findings highlight the administrative importance of formal communication systems as foundations for institutional knowledge circulation and suggest opportunities for future managerial initiatives aimed at strengthening digital innovation capacities within academic libraries. Abstract

General Background: Organizations face increasing pressure to adapt leadership approaches in response to rapid digitalization and technological change. Specific Background: Digital leadership, encompassing digital vision, decision-making, execution, and guidance, has emerged as a strategic approach within the telecommunications sector to support organizational creative performance. Knowledge Gap: Despite growing scholarly attention, limited empirical evidence exists regarding how digital leadership simultaneously relates to exploratory and exploitative creative performance, particularly in developing economies and dynamic industries. Aims: This study examines the relationship between digital leadership and organizational creative performance in Asiacell Telecommunications Company in Northern Iraq. Results: Using a quantitative cross-sectional design with 88 valid responses analyzed through PLS-SEM, the findings reveal a strong and statistically significant positive relationship between digital leadership and organizational creative performance, with all dimensions contributing meaningfully. Novelty: The study provides empirical validation of digital leadership as a multidimensional construct that simultaneously supports both exploratory and exploitative creativity within a telecommunications context in a developing economy. Implications: The results highlight the importance for organizations to develop digital leadership capabilities to sustain creativity and maintain competitiveness in digitally transforming environments. Abstract

General Background: Total Quality Management (TQM) has evolved into a strategic approach for improving organizational processes and long-term sustainability in competitive environments. Specific Background: In industrial settings, integrating TQM strategies into strategic projects is increasingly associated with efficient resource utilization and sustainability outcomes. Knowledge Gap: However, limited empirical evidence exists on how specific TQM dimensions contribute to resource sustainability within strategic project contexts, particularly in developing economies. Aims: This study examines the relationship between TQM strategies and resource sustainability in strategic projects at the Kufa Cement Plant. Results: Using data from 135 employees and structural equation modeling, the findings reveal a significant positive relationship between TQM strategies and resource sustainability, with leadership, supplier development, and continuous improvement showing strong contributions. Novelty: The study introduces an integrated model linking TQM dimensions with sustainability outcomes in an industrial project setting. Implications: The results provide practical insights for organizations seeking to reduce waste, optimize resources, and support long-term sustainability through strategic quality management practices. Abstract

General Background: Strategic management has evolved to incorporate postmodern perspectives that emphasize flexibility, innovation, and dynamic organizational capabilities. Specific Background: Organizations increasingly rely on postmodern strategic approaches to achieve higher levels of organizational excellence in complex and competitive environments. Knowledge Gap: Despite this development, limited empirical research examines how postmodern strategic management contributes to organizational excellence within specific institutional contexts. Aims: This study aims to analyze the relationship between postmodern strategic management and organizational excellence. Results: The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between strategic management dimensions and organizational excellence, supported by statistical analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Abstract

Background: In many destinations, reliance on limited tourism products creates challenges for sustainability and competitiveness. Knowledge Gap: There is limited integrated analysis of how tourism product diversification aligns with sustainable planning frameworks and destination management strategies. Aims: This study aims to examine the role of tourism diversification in supporting sustainable destination development through planning and management approaches. Results: The findings indicate that diversified tourism products contribute to broader economic opportunities, improved resource utilization, and increased resilience of destinations. Strategic planning and stakeholder involvement are identified as key elements in achieving balanced development. Novelty: This study provides a conceptual integration of tourism diversification and sustainable planning, emphasizing their interconnected roles in destination management. Abstract

General Background Strategic management increasingly emphasizes organizational capability to respond to dynamic and uncertain environments, particularly within service sectors such as delivery companies. Specific Background Delivery firms in the Kurdistan Region–Iraq face challenges in addressing evolving customer demands, technological changes, and competitive pressures, requiring stronger strategic response mechanisms. Knowledge Gap Despite recognition of strategic monitoring as a modern managerial approach, limited empirical evidence exists on how its dimensions contribute to strategic response in delivery companies. Aims This study aims to examine the role of strategic monitoring comprising strategic intelligence, strategic thinking, and strategic vigilance in strengthening strategic response, including resource fluidity, business process maturity, reactive response, and proactive response. Results Using a descriptive-analytical approach and data from 66 managers analyzed via SMART PLS and SPSS, findings indicate that organizations demonstrate moderate levels of strategic monitoring and strategic response, with strong vigilance and proactive response but weak strategic intelligence and resource fluidity. Novelty The study provides an integrated empirical model linking strategic monitoring dimensions with multiple facets of strategic response within delivery companies. Implications The findings suggest that organizations should adopt proactive monitoring systems to improve adaptability, maintain competitive advantage, and strengthen operational resilience in rapidly changing environments.
